В квартире есть все необходимое (ванные принадлежности, фен, разная посуда, средство для мытья посуды) Дизайн квартиры приятный Квартира находится на первом этаже, поэтому постоянно слышен шум на улице, ощущение, будто живешь на дороге ( я привыкла к высоким этажам) Видимо из-за низкого этажа в один из дней обнаружила в квартире большого таракана, такое неприятно, но ожидаемо в жару. Есть утюг, но пользоваться им нереально.
• Konrád (8/5): Minden rendben volt. - Jó lokáció Szűk utcában volt, így elég sötét volt napközben is, illetve közvetlenül az ablak előtt nagyon hangzavar volt majdnem minden reggel. De akit ez nem zavar annak jó, nekem inkább csak kényelmetlen volt, nem rontotta ez el a nyaralást.

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location and equipped apartment. Very quiet at night. Host were wonderful and stored our bags before check in time! I would book it again!
• Jessica (10/5): Good location to stay in Madrid, near the city center - The location is perfect, the apartment was clean, and it was good for a short stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is noisy, but we read about it before so we took earplugs and that helped.
• Renel (9/5): Superb - The place was easy to find! And it’s actually very nice and clean. It was well prepared for us. I needed something to wipe the counter with when I’m washing dishes, needed different types of cooking cutlery, also the washer didn’t really dry our clothes but it’s okay.
• Živilė (7/5): Good value for the price - All the gadgets you might need - iron, big fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, dishwasher. Easy communication with the owner. Perfect location. Check-in was not the smoothest; it was really cold in the appartment, even with the heating on. Light was not always working in the bedroom and once all lights disappeared, so we had to call the owner.

• Elva (10/5): Great staying in Madrid. - Location, host was welcoming and apartments was nice. Grocery store and city centre was close to apartments. -
• Angeliki (7/5): Good - Location. There is a couch and a simple metallic bed frame that squeaks all the time but no real beds. The apartment is slightly elevated from the street, so it is almost ground floor. There is a portable A/C that if you want to use you have to keep the balcony door open. Many tiles in the bathroom were broken. Too noisy during the night.
