• Julian (6/5): My stay was pretty ok. - The staff was helpful and friendly. They also gave great tips on saving money. Better to pay withyour card than to take cash from the ATM for example. Breakfast isn't the same as I experience in ohter countries. Its a bit less luxurious and less options

• Lucie (2/5): Très mauvaise expérience - Personnel agréable mais c'est tout !! Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hotel très vétuste. Surtout la salle de bain, une honte ! De l'eau partout, ca fuit c'est rouillé, bref inacceptable. Aucune insonorisation et petit-déj très moyen.

• Veronika (6/5): - Ubytování má soukromé parkoviště přímo v areálu hotelu, bazén jsme sice nestihli využít, ale vypadal pěkně. Snídaně byla formou bufetu, dobrá. Samotný pokoj je pěkný, čistý, vybavení takové starší, ale všechno v pořádku, televize se nám nepodařila rozchodit, všude byla hromada zásuvek. Na pokoji byla lednice. Koupelna už má nejlepší čas za sebou, byla zašlá, plesnivý závěs, vybavení by se mohlo vyměnit. Na jednu noc vyhovující, a dětmi asi ne.

• William (10/5): Lovely stay at Sorrente Hotel - What a lovely stay with wonderful staff Roza, Altin and Grisss made us feel very welcome. The mosquito's were very bad around the hotel and surrounding areas
• Stephen (8/5): Lovely homely hotel with good amenities. - Family run Hotel where we were looked after wonderfully by Roza, Altin and Grisss. Especially with the free breakfast when they went out their way to accommodate our taste. Everywhere was clean, all the amenities needed were accommodated, no issues with the pool area. Nice drinks at a very reasonable price. Mosquitoes were everywhere which was mostly out of the hotels control and we all got bitten severely. Beds and room furniture were a little dated and shower drainage poor.

• Dupljaku (7/5): - Hotel is a short walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around. Loads to choose for breakfast. Pool was out of service, so a bit disappointing but we were offered discount. Manager was great with communicating and very helpful Hallways look great but our hotel room could do with a little furniture upgrade.
• Lukáš (10/5): Personál, jedlo, čistota, služby - Veľmi sa nám páčil prístup personálu, boli veľmi milí, usmiati a nápomocní. Boli ochotní nám vždy poradiť a vyhovieť požiadavkám. Taktiež izby boli stále čisté a upratané každý deň a tak isto aj priestory celého hotela čo sa nám tiež veľmi páčilo. Výborná bola aj možnosť parkovania priamo pri hoteli. Raňajky boli formou bufetu kde si každý vyberie na čo má chuť a večere boli veľmi chutné, a rozmanité taktiež formou bufetovych stolov. A súčasťou hotela bol aj bar a bazén čo je tiež výhodou.

• Jean (10/5): Top Preis-Leistungsverhäktnis - Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal ist und unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir durften sogar unsere Wäsche wachsen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Das Zimmer und Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und der Preis dafür ist unschlagbar. Wenn man dann eh den ganzen Tag am Strand ist. Dieser ist ca. 5 Fussminuten entfernt und dort sind Restaurants, liegen, Shops... Party, alles. Im hotel ist es zum schlafen schön ruhig. Ausstattung und Zustand des Zimmers entspricht keinem EU Standard und könnte erneuertwerden. Ist aber sauber und zum schlafen ausreichend.

From Angie, Griss, and Cindy at reception to Rose, the owner, everyone treated us with warmth and kindness. The rooms were cozy, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every room has a balcony with a beautiful view. The food was exceptional—each night featured something special, and we even had the chance to try traditional Albanian dishes (seashells were an option too!). A special shoutout to the bar/hotel owner—he's an absolute KING! A really good man who knows his job inside and out. We had a wonderful time and felt completely taken care of. Big kisses to everyone! This experience was truly unforgettable—10/10!

Grisi at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfect, and was very helpful with all that we needed! Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was professional, and eager to help. The owner Roza was always on the move and making sure that everything we need is gonna be there. The hotel itself was very nice with fresh breakfast and drinks and the waiters are very friendly too, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the team. If you're looking for a place where you feel genuinely cared for, Hotel Sorrente is it. We can't wait to come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Highly recommended!

• Aggie (7/5): Good - Staff was friendly Rooms were cleaned every day (sheets and towels replaced) With no explanation staff was turning off the coffee machine almost every morning for breakfast so we had to ask for coffee which was very annoying.. I will only write about breakfast as we paid extra for it Breakfast was from 8 till 10. We were there at around 9 o'clock and most of the food was gone and cold, rarely was something added most often bread. Breakfast was always the same bread, something that looked and tasted like processed ham, once there was scrambled eggs that we could tasted and it was nice, apart from that you could eat milk with flakes that was ok too, tomatoes, cucumbers, once there was something that tasted like donuts it was nice too. There also was watermelon but unfortunately not very fresh. Unfortunately we only ate some of the food once.
• Tamara (10/5): Lovely hotel - Lovely hotel, clean, spacious rooms. We had the biggest balcony overlooking the pool. We loved the pool for our little toddler and for us also, we spent most of our time there. There was plenty of loungers and tables by the pool as well as shade and just a very nice atmosphere all around. Also a bar with the friendliest staff we've encountered. The beach is not far, a walking distance with shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, our toddler loved them also :) Thank you for your hospitality

• Kirsi (8/5): Very good - The staff was very very friendly and helpfull with all our concerns. Late check-in was available. The dining room was beautiful and Cozy, breakfast was okay.. Room was spacious and beds okay. There were suddenly so many customers on the hotel and not enough cleaners to clean all the rooms, so they skipped our room twice. But they cleaned it when I asked about it. The bathroom should be renewed. There were no chair to sit inside The room, only beds and one table.
• Martina (5/5): Passable - Friendly staff, but hotel needs some renovation The staff here were absolutely lovely – very friendly, helpful, and always willing to accommodate our needs. The owners were also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay feel very personal and pleasant. The hotel is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is a big plus. However, it’s situated right next to a busy main road, so there was some noise, especially during the day. While everything was clean and well taken care of in terms of housekeeping, the building itself could use some renovation and maintenance to make it more comfortable and modern. Overall, a good stay thanks to the amazing people working here and the convenient location – if you’re not too sensitive to noise and don’t mind an older building, it’s definitely worth considering.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to plenty beach bars and restaurants.The on-site dining options were top-notch, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. Overall had a great time and can't wait to visit again.

We loved it.the hotel has a lovely swimming pool and the bar next to it. The location is great. Walking distance to a lot of attractions around Definitely will go back there in the future. It would be great if it had a lift but is only 3 floors the building so not a problem for us to go up and down.
• Václav (8/5): Great Holiday! - Sorrente Hotel is a mid range facility and seems to be a family run. (It is just my impression, can´t guarantee). It¨s an older building, newly refurbished and some more work should be done yet. Anyway, we approciate very cordial and helpful approach of the the management and all the staff. They resolved everything we asked for. Both breakfast and dinner are tasty Albanian cuisine, buffet style. Only the first two nights, out of nine, we had a served dinner because of a low number of guests. Coffee is excellent! The swimming pool is also a great asset. There are two grocery shops, just a few minutes walk from the hotel, so is a beautiful, long sandy beach. Other shops, restaurants, bars and lots of amusements you will find alle over the promenade.
