• Sameera (3/5): - Very bad and immature reception boy. Please train him before contact customers. They noticed many facilities, but there's no more facilities,even TV . They haven't safe parking. Balcony and room view directly open to road and a school.

• Julie (6/5): - Its quite peaceful as up the hill from the lake & the 1 member of staff that's here is a sweetie & helpful No fridge, no bedside light ( just very bright ceiling light) nowhere to eat & drink nearby & altho I have a balcony there is no view & nothing to sit on! Also the pool is not here - its in a hotel down the road!

The staff at this establishment were remarkably welcoming and attentive, demonstrating outstanding customer service throughout my stay. The accommodations were pristine and exceptionally comfortable. My room, which had been newly refurbished, was both cozy and immaculate. The bathroom was thoroughly cleaned, and the bed offered a restful night's sleep. The lobby's grand, old-fashioned decor added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. Additionally, I had the opportunity to visit their sister property, Rivora Heights, where I enjoyed a delightful breakfast and lunch. The cuisine was not only delicious but also offered great value for money, with attentive and efficient service to match. Overall, my experience at Hotel Rivora Gallery was highly satisfactory and offered excellent value for the price paid. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its superior service and quality accommodations. Nothing!!!

• Kaushi (10/5): Kandy’s Favorite City Hotel - I went with my friends and this is the best hotel for the value of money. Rooms are well equipped with amenities required and very clean . They will arrange a good breakfast if you request for a reasonable rate. Rooms are very comfortable and specially the lobby looks fantastic with lot of antiques which older than 100 years. The staff here was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely visit here again. Thank You Rivora Gallery for the amazing hospitality. Nothing.
