• Elaine (10/5): - The villa was great, each room had its own bathroom (which was a surprise) and the pool was the centrepiece of the villa. The daily breakfast included freshly made juice, fresh fruit, toast and eggs. Many shops are close within walking distance - small mall, laundry, restaurants, barber, Eyerizz and many others We kept in mind that the villa is on a one-way st and the traffic makes it a long drive if picked up on the st. We walked to the end of the block and across the road to get picked up, which saved a lot of time. It is a busy area for traffic

• Claire (9/5): Amazing property and a wonderful host. - The property was beautiful and our host was amazing. He cooked us breakfast each monring which was a great start to our day. The rooms were all comfortable and spacious and we loved the combined open living and dining room that looked out at the gorgeous pool. There was nothing we didn't like about the villa.

• Terence (10/5): - The place was huge! I was staying with a Balinese family of 4 and they loved being able to lounge around. The art work was beautiful and if original, very valuable. But not easy to steal, because the paintings were huge as well. 8 adults wouldn't crowd this place. The dining table sits 12 and there is plenty of room around it. Breakfast cooked in our kitchen was very tasty. There were quite a few mosquitoes but they didn't trouble me

He was respectful and couldn't do enough to ensure we were comfortable. For the price it was VFM but a little older than I expected but still had a great stay and the location was pretty good

• Elliot (8/5): Overall, it’s a good place to stay at if you have a group of 6-8 people and if you don’t mind getting bitten by mosquito - The pool and living room, we spent a good amount of time chilling in these parts of the villa. Mosquitoes mainly and the lone room all the way at the end of the villa behind the kitchen. Has a strong smell. Can be unpleasant to some.

Cutlery & utensils seems very old Freeze wasn’t clean from inside.. no proper lock to main door of villa & to other bedrooms from outside… Hand & Bath towels are of poor quality. breakfast with limited options.. taxis are not reaching to villa.. Rate wise high compare to facilities offered..

• Manreet (9/5): Lovely villa in a great location - Ketut is wonderful - so welcoming, cheerful, always helpful and caring and making us tasty breakfasts each morning. The villa is spacious with 4 bedrooms, each with big beds and a kitchen/living area spacious enough for all 6 of us. We enjoyed the pool as well. Very convenient location to all the Seminyak restaurants, massage places and shops. The lane area outside the villa floods if it rains and you have to wade in shin deep water to get to the main road. Not a problem if you don't go in rainy season ! Ketut carried my luggage for me which was so kind.
• Spyros (3/5): Disappointing Experience at Villa Seminyak – AVOID! - Positive Outcome: That said, the owner did refund us the money for the days we had booked, which allowed us to find alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay. I appreciate this gesture, but I sincerely hope that the owner takes the issues we've raised seriously and makes the necessary improvements. It's such a shame to see a villa with so much potential in this condition. With proper maintenance and care, it could be a wonderful property, but as it stands, it's simply not safe or comfortable for guests. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at Villa Seminyak was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share my experience to warn others. I booked this villa through Booking.com, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, the property fell far below the standards advertised. The Problems: Unacceptable Cleanliness & Maintenance: Upon arrival, the villa was in a shocking state of disrepair. The kitchen was infested with live cockroaches in the cupboards, and the countertops, stove tops, and cookware were filthy. Appliances like the kettle and microwave were rusted and covered in old food. It was clear that the cleaning service had neglected basic hygiene. Worn & Dirty Furniture: The furniture throughout the villa was extremely worn and unsanitary. The sofa was torn, the sunbeds were stained, and there were not enough seats for the 8 people the villa is advertised to accommodate. This left us feeling very uncomfortable. Unsafe Pool Area: The pool was in a state of neglect—cloudy water and a strong sewage smell made it unusable. To make matters worse, there were exposed electrical wires near the TV, and the doors and windows were not properly sealed, presenting major safety concerns. Plumbing & Water Issues: There was no hot water, and the water pressure was extremely low, making simple tasks like showering or washing dishes a challenge. In addition, toilets in two of the bedrooms were not properly secured to the floor, and a water tap in another bedroom was loose and unstable. Non-Functional Amenities: Many of the advertised amenities were either broken or unusable. The home cinema system didn’t work, and the outdoor lighting was very poor—dim pool lights and a non-functioning pergola light made it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space in the evening. Overall, the villa was in a state of neglect, and I was deeply concerned about the health and safety risks posed by the unsanitary conditions and hazards.
• Amanda (8/5): Overall, we had a great stay at Villa Teko the staff were outstanding and very accommodating and we felt very secure and - Staff were amazing, located down a quiet lane off a busy Seminyak street close to supermarket, Burger King and coffee shop once in the villa it was very quiet and tranquil Amenities and rooms a little dated and the hot water for the 2 king rooms shared so some nights we had cold showers

• Jessica (10/5): Tranquil in the middle of the hustle and bustle vibe of seminyak - We loved the villa just off the road with hustle and bustle restaurant and shops and you felt a world away so tranquil and calming. Loved the big open living space. Pool was a great size. Kitchen was well equipped if you were to cook. Breakfast was great. We were really looked after. Slept like a dream in the soft sheets so much so we all wanted to know where to get them from! A few creeky floor boards and noisy doors to close
