Jean-Paul (10/5): Parfait pour une visite du centre historique d'Ascoli Piceno - Tout était parfait, et la gentillesse et la serviabilité de nos hôtes Stefania et Flavio plus que parfaites. Appartement très propre et super équipé, à proximité immédiate du centre historique d'Ascoli Piceno. Palazzo antico, cela veut dire un cadre magnifique mais... pas d'ascenseur ! A prendre en compte si vous êtes, comme nous, des séniors avec quelques difficultés de déplacement. Mais Stefania et Flavio nous ont aidés à porter nos bagages à l'arrivée et au départ et tout s'est très bien passé.

Serge (10/5): Magnifique appartement tout près fu centre historique - Bel appartement dans un ancien palais situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. L’accueil très chaleureux de l’hôtesse des lieux. Endroit très calme Il serait agréable de trouver une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo mais c’est un détail.

MALVEAU (10/5): - La qualité de l'accueil par les propritaires et leurs enfants. L'attention qu'ils ont apporté pour satisfaire nos demandes. La décoration élégante de leur belle maison, bien équipée et bien située dans la ville vivante d'Asconi- Piceno. Rien n'a été discordant durant le séjour.

Stefano (10/5): Accolto ad Ascoli con cortesia, simpatia ed eleganza, un buon motivo per tornarci. - Appartamento luminoso, ben arredato, completo di tutto. Ho molto gradito le premure che i gestori hanno avuto, a partire dalla telefonata per darmi indicazioni su come giungere alla struttura. Area parcheggio purtroppo difficoltosa per la moto, ma la cortesia e disponibilità di Giuliano e Stefania mi ha consentito di parcheggiarla proprio davanti all’entrata, vedi foto.

Hilary (9/5): A potentially brilliant new Booking.com listing. - This is a new property on Booking.com and is presented very well in a beautiful old building. There are some outstanding features to mention - the apartment is spotlessly clean, the host, Flavio, and his parents, Giuliano and Stefania, are delightful and extremely helpful, the washing machine is a very welcome extra, fresh croissants delivered by Flavio every morning, the position related to tourist attractions and easy cheap parking. The mattress was dreadful. Lumpy, thin (collapsed on the side) with little support. Two single beds pushed together does not qualify as a double bed. I would strongly advise the owners to change the mattress.
