• Margarita (7/5): - Big and warm house Need done some decorating,like change table,fix water tubes, and fix heating Can't take a shower because water stay in bath and shower,also can't change temperature in house as say don't touch and was very hut at night.

Geld totaal niet waard! - De rustige locatie Geen villa maar een huis dat niet schoon is, vieze bedden bij aankomst, vlekken in lakens, eerst moeten wassen om een beetje een schoon bed te hebben, de beschrijving klopt totaal niet: geen vaatwasser wat wel is aangegeven, geen bestek, glazen etc voor 7 personen , geen mogelijkheid om met 7 personen add as n tafel te zitten, terwijl dit wel in de advertentie staat, badkamer: water loopt slecht weg, douchekop stuk en niet aangesloten, geen spiegel op badkamer, meubilair stuk; verwarming aan: sauna, geen mogelijkheid om in te stellen, kortom een uitgeleefd huis.

• Inmaculada (4/5): Decepcionante - El entorno era bonito y la casa era bonita y grande La casa en general se le veía descuidada, poco equipada, y le faltaban limpieza, horno súper sucio por ejemplo y en los baños, sin presión ninguna en los grifos, carecían del mobiliario mínimo… ni porta rollos, ni toalleros…, e incluso en uno, el que se encontraba dentro de un dormitorio, sin espejos en el baño y ni siquiera dentro del dormitorio. Le faltaba menaje de cocina. Una pena porque si el propietario invirtiera un mínimo sería una estupenda casa.
• Abioye (8/5): Brief and enjoyable. - Location was in a quiet neighborhood which is very good for my friends and I. The accommodation can easily sleep 7 people comfortably. There are adequate facilities for us for our weekend stay but those staying longer may need to be provided with more utensils. The wifi is great and there's good instruction on how to turn on heating. All in all its good value for money. If possible the host should consider early check-in or early luggage drop. There are some other issues which had been shared with the host.
• Maryna (4/5): Disappointing - In the house, the electricity, hot water, and kettle were not working. In addition, the kettle was tripping the fuses, which was not obvious. We turned the electricity on, but the kettle that kept tripping the fuses confused us, and we had to call the hosts, who didn’t respond immediately either. They eventually fixed at least the wiring, and the electricity started working, but in an icy house without a working kettle, heating, or hot water, it was very uncomfortable. One person got sick, and we couldn’t take a proper shower. People had arrived from the airport and after a working day, and the only way to heat water was the working stove – the only thing that worked. Even though the booking was for five people, there were only three cups and one teaspoon. Then they started fixing the heating and hot water, and I had to endlessly meet with engineers and the host, which went on for a whole day. Instead of focusing on the group and our event, I constantly had to deal with heating, hot water, and engineers coming and going, unable to resolve anything. Overall, the house looked like a disaster. By the evening of the second day, the host brought another kettle and cups, and hot water was finally fixed, making our stay somewhat comfortable. I’m not even mentioning minor issues like water not draining in the bathroom, which is simply uncomfortable and unhygienic. I’m leaving a review "4" instead of "1" only because in the end, they fixed everything on the second day and allowed us to check out at 3:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM. However, they declined the offer of a partial refund, so I have very mixed feelings about this stay.

• Aidan (7/5): Large property in a decent location. Decent Value - The property is well located in a nice residential neighbourhood. There are 4 bedrooms which can sleep a max of 7 people with a large living room and dining room. Well equipped kitchen. The property is sparsely decorated. Some basic toilet roll holders and mirrors in the bathrooms are needed. The dining room table needs to be replaced as the tabletop is severely damaged. A splash of colour on the walls would be nice as the house is painted completely white. A property with Hugh potential.

• Callum (10/5): Very nice stay and I highly reccomend anyone staying a couple nights in Dublin. - It was a very nice stay. Great location, great facilities and was spotless. Also very comfortable chairs downstairs and beds upstairs. I’ve nothing bad to say about tbe property. The self check in was also very easy to use. Credit to the owners.

• John (6/5): Pleasant - Overall the place was clean and comfortable enough, no issues sleeping. Shower in upstairs bathroom didn't work, had to share the ensuite. Plugs in the kitchen missing a screw, could be dangerous. Items, blocks, bricks, paint cans, ladders left in the garden after the renovations, which impacts the aesthetics and really are a health and safety hazard. Water pressure very low in the working shower and sinks. Advert suggests a luxury villa when in reality it's a house with some slapped together rushed paint job to cover up the deterioration of the cabinets. Kitchen cabinets appear to have had the plastic outer layer removed and painted over. Bad quality finish to many items, cupboards, doors, upstairs bathroom suggest the renovations were a DIY job. I was expecting more for the price

• Roisin (8/5): A Great Base. - Great big house, there were 4 adults and 3 children, and we had plenty of room. It's in a great location near Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. There was plenty of pots/pans and glasses etc if you want to cook. Even a washing machine.. Maybe lacked some finishing touches. We couldn't figure out how to use upstairs bath, so maybe leave instructions for things like that and how to turn heating on and off. It has a lovely back garden and if the grass was cut and maybe some table and chairs, we definitely would have made good use of it. (Especially having 3 boys with us :-)
• Elaine (6/5): Pleasant - The house is in a good location an easy drive to lots of parts of Dublin. We also travelled to emarald park in meath The house is still being work on and unfinished. In places. Some appliances still had plastic on them.
• Byrne (4/5): Disappointing - It's a nice house Their was a very strong smell of paint in the house, and all the sinks were filthy dirty and the small bathroom down stairs was very dirty, there were no TV channels on the TV in the sitting room, ,it looked like they did a very rushed job just to get people into the house the bathroom mirror on the bathroom wall up stairs was very high up you would need to be six foot or more too see into it 😀al in all very disappointed
