• Jitske (10/5): Ontzettend fijne plek met een nog fijnere host! - Als je ergens wilt verblijven op Santorini, verblijf dan hier! Ontzettend fijne accommodatie waar je echt tot rust komt. Perfecte kamers en een gezellige gezamenlijke buitenruimte wat als een huiskamer voelt. De host, Efi, is ook ontzettend vriendelijk & verwelkomend en wil je met alles helpen. Wat ons betreft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een relaxte vakantie. Efi bedankt! Niks!

• Sophie (10/5): - Staying at Alloro Perissa was absolutely perfect, the rooms were stunning and cleaned spotlessly every morning. The Air BNB overall was beautiful. The location is ideal, as it is not too far away from shops etc but not so close it was noisy. It’s just opposite the bus stop that takes you to Fira amongst other destinations further up the island. It is close to some lovely bars and is a super short walk away from the beach and shops for essentials. The lovely host Efi and her family were extremely welcoming and friendly. They were always there to help if we needed something. We were unlucky enough to miss our flight and after finding another flight arriving later that night Efi was kind enough to reorganise transport for us from her brother Angelos. He came and collected us from the airport late at night and took us back to the airport when we were leaving. Often when travelling to new destinations it’s hard to know where is worth visiting and where is just a “tourist trap”. But thanks to Efi we were informed about all the best places to go in Perissa and Santorini as a whole. Every morning Efi was there if we needed anything or just for a chat. We had the best time in Santorini and staying at Alloro Perissa and much of that is thanks to Efi and her lovely family.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel incredibly welcome—they were warm, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly maintained, with a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. It’s just a short walk to the stunning Perissa Beach and great local restaurants. The personal touches and hospitality here made all the difference—you really feel like a valued guest, not just a booking. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini! Nothing at all.
• Matheus (10/5): Melhor hospedagem da minha vida - Absolutamente tudo na acomodação é perfeito. O ambiente é lindo, os quartos são grandes e confortáveis, tudo é extremamente limpo, além de ser tudo muito calmo, você sente uma paz lá incrível lá dentro. Muito bem localizado, supermercados e restaurantes por todos os lados, praias a 400 metros e você está em qualquer parte da ilha em poucos minutos. Mas o melhor é a Effe (a anfitriã) (perdão se não escrevi o nome dela correto). Ela e sua mãe fizeram eu e minha esposa nos sentir-mos quando visitamos nossos pais, amei conhecer ela. O único ponto negativo é que nesse mundo tão grande, talvez eu nunca mais as veja novamente, são pessoas incríveis. Se estiver em dúvidas de hotel, escolha esse, não existe opção melhor em Santorini.

• Varrkan (9/5): Totally recommend this property to stay in for a vacation - The hostess and her family are fanatic people! So much hospitality and kindness. If you need something additional(exceptional) or you need an advise - they are the best people for you to help. Our room was quite big and clean(as it was cleaned everyday) It has comfortable bed and we had enough space to put all our stuff. Air conditioner is quite(i think its around 30-35db) So I totally recommend to visit this place I've already told the hostess. The toilet door creaked a little and the windows vibrated in the strong wind. Sunlight also shone through the shutters (if anyone needs total darkness). But these are subjective points. And these shortcomings can easily be corrected.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and kind, making sure we had everything we needed and was always available for any questions or requests. The accommodation was spotless. Without a doubt, one of the best places to spend a week in peace and relaxation.

• Deimante (7/5): Good - Good location, everything was a rather short drive away. The room was cozy. Also, we were the only ones there (apart from the owners), so it was really calm and quiet. The shower curtain was too short so it had nowhere to cling to apart our bodies, and some water would still get on the floor. The thing we disliked the most though is that while the owner was polite and I think she meant well, she got pretty annoying because we did not want any cleaning (we were there only 3 nights and we are tidy and don't like when cleaners come in and rearrange our stuff) and the owner seemed not too happy about it, every time we would run into her (because she lived right above us) she would continuously ask if we really didn't want any cleaning (even though we would write "no cleaning needed, thanks" on the little blackboard that is right by our door, so she would read it almost as soon as we left the room) and we had to repeat multiple times "no, thanks, we are sure". Even when we left and said goodbye and thanked her for everything she had to comment that there is nothing to thank for, as she didn't even get to clean our room. So weird! She made us feel guilty for our preferences and we were just hoping not to run into her going in and out. So if you really want some peace and be left alone maybe this place is not it.

Location is calm and there's lovely sitting area with pool and beach chairs by the entrance. Room looked perfectly with enough space, light, comfortable bed and nice chilling area outside. Your room gets cleaned and fresh towels supplied every day. We also have to highlight very pleasant owner with her husband and family. It was lovely stay in really stunning family hotel. <3 Thank You very much for this stay! :) If we will visit this island again we will book are stay in this hotel again. We wish you all the best! <3

Efi is an amazing host and if asked she will provide you with things to do on the island that aren’t the normal tourist places. The place is great to relax by the pool, walk to the beaches in Perissa or hire a vehicle to explore the island. Thank you Efi for the warm welcome and amazing acceptance. It was good that we used the transportation that Efi provided as it was super easy. We visited in May 2025. Would love to visit in June as it would be a little warmer.

• Aneta (10/5): Exceptional - I have been looking for a place where we can spend a beautiful, peaceful holiday in Santorini for a long time. Thanks to the positive opinions I came across Alloro Perissa and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived Efe, the mother and her family were wonderful hosts, they welcomed us with open arms. We felt like family, their warmth and hospitality, the smile on their faces every day were unmatched, creating truly special and unforgettable moments. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable, we slept really well. Efe was always there to help us, she showed us places we should see, helped with transportation from the airport, told us about amazing restaurants where they serve the best fish and seafood. During our entire stay we were surrounded by wonderful care by the hosts, who are wonderful people, so it was hard to leave and they will always remain in our hearts. We wholeheartedly recommend this facility, which is located about 5-6 minutes from the sea (where there are many restaurants)nearby there is a bakery open 24 hours where you can drink coffee, eat Greek delicacies. This was our best vacation ever, we can't wait to go back. Effi thank you for everything

We’re certain we’ll be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and serene place to stay in Santorini.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - We were guests at Alloro Perissa for 8 days in September. We got room number 6. It was located at the end of the property, so we had a lot of privacy. Each room has its own small terrace where you can have breakfast. The room was very cozy and nicely decorated. It is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Additionally, we asked for an iron and it was at our disposal throughout the stay. The host is extremely polite, helpful, willing to tell you about the island. I recommend asking Effie at the very beginning what is worth seeing. The location is great. We recommend renting a property in Perissa and renting a car, because it is close to all the cities (the furthest is Oia about 40 min), and it is definitely less crowded than other cities. We drove every day and we used less than half a tank. An additional advantage is the beach close to the property. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, if we were to return, we would definitely choose this property again!

The room was beautiful, the attention to detail and all the little extras were superb and the cleanliness was outstanding. The owner was the loveliest host she was super accommodating and made my birthday super special leaving a cake and sparking wine in the room (was delicious, thank you!) the location was perfect for us close to our favourite cocktail bar (meltemi), supermarket and a short walk from the bus stop and beach. This was by far our favourite holiday to perissa and we will definitely being using Alloro for our future visits to perissa. Big thank you Efi we will hopefully see you next year 🥰 Nothing!

It is a small guest-house with only a few rooms and that contributes to the family atmosphere. Our room was clean and nicely furnished.  Car parking is available a few meters away from the guest-house building next to the street. In the front yard, there is a small pool, ideal for cooling down on hot days.  Efi was so kind to us, very helpful anytime and with any requests. She recommended us what is worth visiting in Santorini - interesting places, nice beaches and restaurants. Efi introduced us to her family, and we spent a lovely evening with them. If we ever visit Santorini again, we will stay at Alloro Perissa.

• Alfred (10/5): Excellent stay in Perissa - The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodated everything that we needed while also giving us suggestions about where to visit in the area. The rooms were cleaned to a high stanfard and had everything we needed. The hotel is very well placed as only a 5 minute walk to the beach and we found perissa beach the best most accessible beach to swim on the whole island. There is a wide selection of restaurants along the beach front which is very handy after a long day of exploring and a few bakeries nearby which serve pastries at very reasonable prices. We loved our stay at Alloro and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a peaceful area and travel to the more touristy parts either by bus or rented vehicle.

Supermarket and bus stop just around the corner and many restaurants and bars right outside the door. Breakfast is not offered. But there is both a coffee machine and a toaster available, so we arranged ourselves for a few days and otherwise we found a favorite place on the way down to the beach. Tutti Frutti, that serves the best smoothie bowl and avocado toasts!

• Kune (10/5): Perissa , Santorini - Alloro Perissa is an aparthotel in the centre of Perissa. The accommodation is near everything, such as restaurants, shops, besides that it is located around a 5 minutes walk from the beach. The aparthotel is adult only so if you want to have a relaxed and quiet holiday then this is a suitable choice for you. Alloro Perissa is a friendly place since the owner is always ready to help you. The first night in our bedroom we only had one blanket which my husband took, so I did not have one. At 6 a.m. I was freezing to death and I decided to sleep next to the pool on a sunbed. The owner in the morning asked us how we slept at night. When she heard that I slept outside she immediately helped me and gave me a blanket, the following nights I slept well Not only was the accommodation crystal clean but also the pool. What’s more, the owner helped us with everything such as where we can rent a car and where we can find the best restaurant in Perissa. Next door to the aparthotel is a lovely coffee shop where we drank coffee every morning. I’d recommend this accommodation to literally anyone who is an adult without little children. Alloro Perissa is a flawless aparthotel with friendly and helpful people. Everything you can possibly need is close to it such as restaurants, bus stations, shops and more. I highly recommend it. The place is stunning and the staff, are simply the b - The property was superb, excellent location, with traditional, yet contemporary features and stunning views. The facilities are brilliant too - with only a few rooms you can sometimes have the pool to yourself!
• Vlad (10/5): Exceptional - This accommodation is more than a hotel, it felt like a perfect home for a week in Santorini. The room was very very clean, the design was unique and inspired from the local architecture, the location was close to the beach, the courtyard, the balcony and the pool were so quiet and relaxing. Efi and her family were very welcoming and kind, ready to help with anything, either with dinner recommendations, a Greek coffee in the morning or arranging for airport transfer. We really enjoyed our stay at Alloro Perissa and we hope to come back in the future.

They were always there to help us in order to offer us the best trip ever: they showed us the most beautiful places to visit. Not only the helped us in the organization of the trip but also gave us many tips like how to use carefully our quad, what type of street we should have preferred and so on... We also had a big problem at the end of our journey, our flight has been delayed but there was not one minute in which they haven't helped us: Ify and one of her friends, a driver, have been so helpful and we really appreciate it

The property is very comfortable, and the location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can reach Perissa from Fira by getting off at the BOBs bar bus stop. I Hope they offer a basic breakfast .
• Beatrice (10/5): Rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt in herzlicher, familiärer Atmosphäre - Alloro Perissa exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very nice and tastefully decorated, exactly as in the pictures. It is very clean, it is cleaned daily and it always smells very fresh and pleasant. The inner courtyard and the small balcony on the ground floor were very sunny, which pleasantly surprised me. But what impressed us most, was the incredibly warm host Efi, who welcomed us with open arms. She is very helpful, very open, friendly and tried very hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is ideal, about a 5-minute walk to the beach, where there are also many nice restaurants where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner. We would book at Alloro Perissa again in a heartbeat!
• Stefan (8/5): Quaint little place off the beaten path - Large comfy room with updated bathroom and bar area with mini fridge. All taps are salt water. After a day at the beach with sunscreen it’s hard to feel clean.
• Alfie (10/5): Perfection - It was perfect from start to finish just perfect, the room was beautiful in an ideal location and Efi the woman who runs it is genuinely incredible so helpful with anything you could ever want couldn’t recommend this stay enough. It was perfect
• Lisa (10/5): Excellent excellent excellent - We had a very relaxing time at Alloro Perissa, Efi and her brother were so friendly and made us feel so welcome upon arrival and were so kind to allow us to stay in our room until late in the evening the day of checking out. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Every day the room was cleaned and fresh towels provided. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and there's also a supermarket very close by. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would have no hesitation in recommending Alloro Perissa. Thank you Efi. Nothing.... only regret is that we only stayed 4 nights.

• Karen (10/5): Amazing!! - The owners of this property, Dimitri and Efi (brother and sister) cannot do enough for you, they are so kind and just perfect hosts. We had a room with a balcony that looked onto the pool which was lovely. The bed was really comfortable and had great pillows, the shower was powerful and always hot and everywhere so clean and well kept. The only reason I didnt give the facilities a top mark was because the room had no cupboards or drawers but they will definately have sorted this by next year so it wont be a problem. This hotel only has 7 rooms but is a little gem. Nothing

I haven't met such kind people for a l - everything was just wonderful, very beautiful and cozy room. the owners are just wonderful people. Cleaning was done every day, it was very nice to come back to a clean room. Everything is nearby within walking distance I can't find any faults for myself

• Anonymous (8/5): Very good - The room was exactly like how it was picture and it was quite big. It was offered to be cleaned everyday. The location was great, very walkable to the beach and restaurants and grocery stores close by. Effie and demetri were quite helpful when we needed advice on things to do. It is family run and therefore throughout the day there were many family members who were using the facilities which meant that there was no space for the guests and we felt as if we were intruding. Also as we were nearest to the pool, it tended to be quite loud the whole day as there were usually 8 family members around the common areas.

• Ezequiel (10/5): Alloro Perissa is nice and close walking distance to a lot of stores and the beach and boardwalk. - We enjoyed how kind and attentive the owner and her family were. They were attentive and gave us whatever we needed as soon as we asked, even if there was no hurry. The pool had leaves and bugs at times from the trees nearby but other than that it was a great stay!

• Megan (10/5): Perfect ☺️ - I never normally write reviews. This property is so lovely, it’s cute and beautifully finished. It is the friendliest, most welcoming family run hotel. Effy is an angel, nothing is too much trouble. She will help you arrange tours, show you all the good places to go, recommend restaurants, help rent a car. I cannot recommend enough. Location is great, perissa is lovely, and if you hire a car/quad bike nothing on Santorini is too far. Nothing.
• Leanne (10/5): Beautiful hotel - Perfect location near by to the beach and lots of restaurants! We made good use of the pool (which luckily we often had to ourselves!) We found the hotel randomly one day on booking.com and for the price it was a no brainier! The family who run the hotel were so accommodating and we can’t fault them them for their efforts! It is their first year running the hotel after renovating and they are certainly doing an amazing job! They have lots of plans for the hotel in the future and we would love to come back and see what they have in store!
