• Maria Qiu (7/5): - The property is perfect but the management not so much. We were 4 adults and 2 children and there was only 3 towels. We asked for more and told us in 30 minutes but thei never brought it. The pillows were missing the pillow cases.

Stayed in the Building C, app 3b which had a great sea view from the kitchen, terrace and the Living Room. Best crystal clear beaches in this part of the island. Everything clean. Hot Water without the need of pushing any extra buttons. All amenities were sufficient :-).

The apartment didn't have some basic amenities such as kitchen paper.. We were given only one towel instead of two.

Μας ζήτησαν να βγάλουμε έξω και τα σκουπίδια...μου φάνηκε λίγο παράξενο... Τα quilts ήταν μέσα στο ερμάρι και έπρεπε εμείς να τα ντύσουμε με το quilt cover. Όλα τα πιο πάνω αναφέρονται γιατί η τιμή ήταν αρκετά ψηλή για ένα βράδυ.

Great location close to all the fun areas to go to and yet located in a calm area. I didn’t like that there not a desk with one person to answer our questions. We were lost in the heat around the property until we could find one person to tell up where to store our luggage until check in time comes.

• Michael (8/5): Spacious apartment overlooking the sea - A very spacious 1st floor apartment in Block C with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms overlooking the sea. The location was very quiet and most local amenities were closed. However a 15 minute drive to Parlimni provided access to 3 large supermarkets and shopping. The large wrap around terrace enjoyed sunshine all day. The beds were very comfortable. There were adequate utensils to cook but not everything required for a longer stay e.g. oven gloves missing. The hot water supply was intermittent as available via a solar panel. Hence some hot water at the end of the day. The electric water heater system did not work. So most showers were lukewarm at best. There is a new development being built next to the swimming pool, whilst it did not disturb us, with groundworks being dug, we would imagine when full construction gets underway in the Spring and Summer it could disturb guests.

Widać że apartament ma już swoje lata. Niektóre sprzęty wymagają naprawy lub wymiany tj. patelnia czy rozpadający się w łazience wieszak. Poandto miał być widok na morze, a tymczasem większość widoku to widok na plac budowy.

• Christopher (4/5): Nice apartment in a good location but the building works in front and the noise spoilt it. - Great location. There were two nice sized rooms, two bathrooms and a good size living and dining area with a balcony. There is a nice view over the sea and there is a small cove with a nice beach and which is great to swim at. There are also water sports available for payment. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was not have everything we expected and the oven was missing a baking tray although the host did supply one when we requested it. In one of the bedrooms the cupboards need fixing as the door does not slide properly. The key issue is that there is building works in front of the property. There was rock breaking and excavator work which started and 0730 and continued all day. This meant we could not sit on the balcony and had to keep the windows closed most of the time in order to avoid the noise.
• Olga (5/5): Не то место, куда хочется вернуться ещё у - Новые, современные и очень просторные апартаменты с видом на море Апартаменты практически абсолютно «голые»очень мало необходимых вещей- три комплекта полотенец на 6 (потенциальных) человек, нет не то что пляжных, но и кухонных полотенец. 1 бокал на всех) нет подушек для мебели на балконе- сидеть неудобно. С первого дня в раковине не проходит вода- реакция хозяина ноль! Вода часто еле теплая, невозможно помыться. Клиентоориентированность 0,0% Когда речь идет об оплате (продление на два дня) и как оказалось помимо букинга, хозяйка отвечает молниеносно, когда речь идет о проблемах или просьба о позднем выселении- игнор! Телефоны все выключены, на рецепшн никого нет. Рядом маленький, симпатичный пляжик, киоск и ресторан (вкусно!) и всё! Без машины здесь делать нечего, до протараса 40 минут пешком вдоль моря, на машине 12 минут. Вечером абсолютная тишина. Только в 7 утра под окнами идут строительные работы. В общем на любителя

On weekdays, the construction work in the neighborhood was noisy, though of course that’s not the host’s fault. It would have been nice to be able to choose the specific room, floor, and side of the building, as the double bedroom apartment in the photos looked slightly different from the one we stayed in. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience.

You can 'tell' there is sea but compare the photos advertised vs the actual. No grasses but construction ground. Update the photos if there have been changes to the environment. I booked sea view at extra cost to stay in, but this affected my holiday plan. The housekeeping manager admitted the difference, but response from the property owner was irresonsible just saying it is the sea view to him.

The apartment building is located right next to the newly started construction of the SABAI BY THE SEA comp - Excellent location and apartments, we have stayed here repeatedly. Please note that it is currently uninhabitable due to new construction work. Of course, we were not informed in advance by the accommodation provider about the ongoing construction work, and subsequently they showed no insight or willingness to resolve or compensate for the situation in any way. Attention!!! In the immediate vicinity of the Emerald Suites apartment complex, construction is beginning on a large new apartment complex + several villas. The project is called SABAI BY THE SEA. According to inquiries made on site, construction will continue throughout the entire next season! The construction site is about 20 meters away from the accommodation, see photo. During our stay, there was enormous noise from excavators and enormous dust, making it uninhabitable from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No self-reflection from the accommodation provider, only lies. Disappointment also with the approach of Booking's customer service.

• Ekaterina (3/5): - Расположение отличное Рядом шла стройка, мы были с ребенком и стройка сильно мешала отдыху, было пыльно, менеджер обещал 2 уборки балкона и одну уборку квартиры на время нашего пребывания, однако у нас убрали балкон только 1 раз. Кондиционер в большой комнате был супер грязный и там прям плесень была на нем, очень опасно было включать. В спальне дверь шкафа болталась и было опасно спать, так как она могла упасть, но менеджер сказал, что починить не могут оперативно. В целом апартаменты не ремонтировали с 2021 года (когда мы были там первый раз), все затертое и слегка потрепанное. Диван очень грязный и был застелен просо простыню. В 2021 году нам очень понравилось, а сейчас нет, наверно больше не поеду туда.

• Roy (8/5): Really good, but - Been here before, great location, huge apartments, allocated parking, pool, nice view. Sufficiently far away from the strip but walkable. ok apartment slightly under equipped, three wine glasses, iron but no ironing board, no guest towel in the bathroom. Gerry, the mirror in the ensuite in A104 just needs replacing, it has brown splotches over it. The laminate flooring in the main bedroom is lifting outside the ensuite, I guess there has been a leak previously. Now for the bad news for travelers, and beyond the control of ES, the plot in front of the apartments, between the apartments and and the sea is being built on. There was initial breaking out going on, which started at 7.30 am weekdays. By the looks of the schematic you will probably only get a sea view from the top floor of ES in future. • Elizabeth (9/5): - Nous avions un appartement 3 chambres spacieux et propre. Idéalement situé a côté d'une plage green bay surveillé avec des transats et parasol disponibles a moindre coût. De nombreux restaurants a proximité nous y reviendrons si nous devons séjourner a Chypre de nouveau. Loin de la foule d Aya Napa
