• Meyer-Dobkowitz (8/5): Toller Ausgangspunkt, um Bologna zu entdecken - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einem großzügigen Appartement im Dachgeschoss. Die Lage ist ideal – zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und gemütlich 15 Minuten zum zentralen Platz. Mit Fahrstuhl im Haus, aber einer Treppe in der Wohnung (nicht barrierefrei). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, gemütliche Betten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Ort, um Bologna zu entdecken.

• Ryan (7/5): Bologna Italy was a new travel destination for our family and our stay in RealKasa Attico Indipendenza made our stay fee - Plenty of space and was isolated away from neighbors and high off the street to feel some level of privacy and safety considering condos are typically loud and busy. Full size fridge was great and two large rooms really made unpacking and living in the space comfortable. The elevator goes straight to the door which was great for our luggage situation as we didn’t have to haul any bags up steps. Hairdryer was a great added bonus as it reduced what we needed to pack when traveling. Building renovations prevented us from utilizing the 1 parking space but owner provided location of public parking and a rebate for the cost difference which was extremely accommodating last minute. Water pressure and water temperature were never a question like in other properties. Could run hot water for a full shower without the concern of it getting cold; seems like that’s an obvious requirement but you’d be surprised at places where the hot water heater or in line heater isn’t large enough to maintain temperature though a full shower. Outlets by the bed in close proximity to use your device while it changes with a standard charger was very nice. Property management was easy to communicate with between booking and arrival and they easily accommodated our flight delay which resulted in delayed arrival. Unfortunately we arrived outside of normal check in time but the team was available to patiently wait for us and greet us at the apartment upon our arrival! 5star customer service! Couches definitely needed some type of footrest-they scream recliners with their back adjustability and don’t have an ottoman or anything to elevate your feet. Only had 1roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and over a 5 day stay it was a limiting factor. There was a washing machine (don’t think it was part of the advertisement so wasn’t expected) but it was “out of service” in a utility closet which would have been a huge plus if it was in working condition as there was the equipment & space to dry clothes in the unit. We would have gladly washed the dishes in the dishwasher but no dishwasher pods so all that was hand washed. The rental is for four people and we only had one towel per person so for 5 days the linens were really stretched due to inability to wash them onsite. Need to have coffee accessories (sugar, creamer,etc.) for the supplied coffee and coffee maker station.

Dommage qu'un inventaire sérieux ne soit pas fait avant l'arrivée : ex, 3 petites cuillères à dessert ou café pour 4, 3 verres à vin, 1 rouleau papier wc etc...etc...mais l'agence a fait le nécessaire dès le lendemain soir ! Nous avons passé un agréable moment

• 黃怡潔 (10/5): very cozy and comfortale. - The location is perfect. there are many caffe nearby and to the downtown is around 5 mins walking. and there are also many bus lines. to get to the bologna fiere is also convient.
• Joseph (9/5): Superb - Beautiful, spacious loft. Good size patio with a view of Via Indipendenza. Lots of natural light. We stayed for 3 nights, but the property did not include enough coffee pods for our stay. The bath towels were very small, thin, and of low quality.
• Adrian (7/5): Good - Nice space, great location, clean and tidy It rained very heavily while we were there and the roof leaked in several places. Poorly equipped, would have been good to have a washing machine. Key situation is a bit of a nuisance, you need the key to open the gates but on checkout you are asked to leave the key in the apartment, so we had to open the gate, drive out, one of us had to sprint back into the apartment to leave the key, we had to find a place to stop (not easy) so we could pick our key runner up. They need a key safe on the outside

• Catherine (7/5): Central and ideal for a break in Bologna - Fantastic location: very close to the train station, and a quick walk down Via Indipednenza to many piazzas, markets, bars, restaurants, museums, and shops. The apartment (with a lift up to the third floor) is spacious and comfortable. The wee terrace on the roof was lovely but if you have the AC on, it is loud out there but nice for a quick cup of coffee. The two bedrooms (one en-suite) are a good size with comfortable beds, great AC, and windows on the roof you can open too. Good sized kitchen with utensils. Other than coffee pods there were no basics in the kitchen which was a shame as we didn't expect to have to buy salt and pepper etc Although comfortable, the finishes in the bedrooms were basic which seemed quite out of place. We were also provided with a face cloth and two small towels each, but no hand towels or shower mats in the bathrooms. I requested some extra towels to use in the bathrooms - especially as even with the shower head facing straight down, water still went everywhere making the floor soaking wet - and I was told there would be a charge for this, which I said was not appropriate so I was not charged. It would be be helpful to have some general instructions/handbook in the apartment: I had to ask what to do with the dishwasher as no tablets were provided, and the verbal directions for the bins and recycling were very unclear at the time of check-in. Likewise with which button the press to exit the gate leaving the apartment block - there is a lot to take in at check-in so some basics written down would be so helpful!

Lovely to have a terrace/outside space, great to have two bathrooms. Excellent apartment for two couples Pillows weren't great, but manageable. Would be good to have alternative types in wardrobe as everyone likes different pillows!

We were there for 3 nights and basically everything was as described here in booking Good location, add-on parking directly inside the complex, two keys, all basics available in the kitchen, nice little balcony and plenty of room for 3+1 persons! -

• Stuart (9/5): Fabulous and stylish apartment in a great location. - The apartment was both stylish and well equipped. Some of the spaces were a bit quirky but that’s the nature of an attic apartment and added to the charm. Good sized rooms and a bonus outdoor terrace which we used, even in October. Luigi checked us in and was very helpful in showing us around and explaining how things worked. He gave us a wonderful list of local restaurants which we really appreciated. It was also a great location for getting out on foot to see the city. One bedroom had severely limited headroom around the bed. The 2 full bathrooms were both great but we would have preferred both to be en-suite bathrooms. Not sure that was apparent from the property description.
• Susanna (8/5): Setting aside the problems we had, the apartment met our needs more than adequately. - The apartment was spacious, convenient and close to the train station. It occupies the attic, so it’s gets really hot so it was great to have the aircon which worked and was quiet. We had some issues including a delay in checking in, not enough toilet paper, having to dispose of our rubbish, a washing machine that did not work, and trouble checking out. The latter two issues arose due to miscommunication, and to their credit, the host did make good on these issues. The apartment is not in a quiet location so you do hear traffic noise.

• Robert (6/5): Disapointing experience but nice apartment and good location - Apartment layout and style very nice Stairs at entrance. If old person with heavy luggage, can not climb the stairs. Strong vibration when buses are driving on the basement. Only one remote control for the 2 aircon units in each rooms. If you use the other remote for the living room in one of the rooms the entire system goes wrong and we had to spend one horrible night without aircon in the rooms while the apartment gets very hot as you are under the roof. Nobody told us that before. Washing machine not working although it was in the listing but team told me that they knew but didn’t took it out from the listing. Please make sure to park the car on no 5 otherwise you will face the neighbours anger as we did because the lady representative told us to park anywhere. At this price, one or two coffee capsules would have been nice.
• Catherine (9/5): Great place to explore Bologna from! - Spacious and comfortable and we were able to book short notice when our Airbnb canceled just before we got on out flight. It was cool on very hot days & we liked the location - a little bit out of the tourist center. Not having a washing machine after flying for 25 hours was a bit of a challenge but we managed.
• Mike (7/5): Great location! - Great location! Close walking distance to city center and easy access to central train station. Place was clean with lots of space. Nice deck! There are skylights in most rooms at this place. At first, it seems like a great idea and looks really nice and keeps the place well lit - however, the controls (wall switches that are similar to light switches) are not labelled on the walls and can easily be opened if not careful. This led to having numerous encounters with mosquitos - kids were miserable for a few days....
• Marianne (8/5): A fantastic location. - We didn’t have breakfast 🤷🏻‍♀️. The location was perfect and the apartment itself was quite comfortable. Nice bathrooms and spacious living area. A few more amenities would have been nice. Shampoo, conditioner and an extra key. The washing machine didn’t work, nor did the vacuum. The ceilings are weirdly low, especially in one of the bedrooms where you had to crawl into bed. Beds were comfortable, but could have used extra pillows. The air conditioning was great but loud in one of the bedrooms.

• Henrik (10/5): An individual and very convenient place to stay. - The apartment is in a very central position of the town, directly in one of the central business streets, close to the Medieval part of the town and to the Main Railway station, where the busses from the airport also arrive. The apartment is big and well equipped in an elegant style. It is very suitable for two independent travellers, like we were. The rooms are big enough to give room to people working. Since we were attending a conference, we had to do some office work, and the apartment suited itself very well to this. It might have been convenient to have two keys, considering that we were two independent persons in the apartment. Apart from this minor detail, everything was so fine!
