- Anne Marie (7/5): Fantastic location, lovely helpful host. Kitchen area & floor could do with some maintaince - The location was amazing, you could see the Colosseum at the end of our road. The hostess was so helpful & accommodating. Shop’s & restaurants all around. Beautiful bathroom & one bedroom. Friend stayed in the other room had to double up the mattresses. One of the beds was very uncomfortable. My bed was so comfortable but the kitchen was at the end of the room and the bathroom was off that so it wasn’t ideal. The other room was separate to this. The floor in the kitchen area was lifting, counters need rejuvenation as did the saddle of the bathroom door & the door into the other room was sticking due to damp / water damage

- María Dolores (10/5): - La ubicación de la casa es excepcional. Se puede ver el coliseo al final de la calle y se encuentra cerca de muchos restaurantes y paradas de bus.

- Blaszkowiak (5/5): Passable - Location was great. Easy walk distance to Colosseum and many Restaurants. Property Manager was very accommodating, Let me drop off my luggage early while getting the property ready. Property was dated, this was a studio apartment small kitchenette, no living area just a 2 beds in one main room and other bedroom that opens right up to the outside. If you are looking at ratings please note that the European rating of Excellent is not the same as American. I would rate this property as good.
- Janice (4/5): Disappointing - The location is really good, very central and you can see the colloseum one's out of the door. The staff was super helpful, very organized both for checkin and check out. She also offered to keep our luggages after check out. She was very helpful also as she booked us a taxi from the airport. The flat's upkeep is very different from the photos. It needs a bit of a refurbishment. Paint looks old and is pealing of the wall in different parts of the house. The knob of the bathroom door was broken and to close the door was a but of hassle. The floor was dusty and have fallen paint on it, for the rating I expected much better in regards to cleanliness. The sofa beds although I expected them not to be the best were very uncomfortable, the mattress is not thicker than 10cm, whilst laying I could feel the structure underneath.
