• Erika (3/5): stressful - We arrived at the property and, despite having a written confirmation for the booking, we were told that our apartment had been given away because we hadn't responded to a message asking for the exact arrival time they had sent a few hours earlier (while we were on a long flight). On arrival at the property, we had to wait for over 1.5 hours outside in the evening with two small children after a long flight, and make over 5 calls to the owner begging for an apartment so that we had a place to stay for the night. Eventually, we were reluctantly assisted with another apartment. It was very stressful.

Our host Monicah was very reliable and responded very quickly to our concerns. We loved Joe Apartments and will definetly book Joe Apartments again for our next trip to Nairobi
• Anna (10/5): Absolutely wonderful stay in a spacious comfortable apartment. Really enjoyed our stay, will return. - Loved the location of this apartment, overlooking the National Park. Saw giraffes, rhinos, gazelles, buffalo and ostriches. The apartment was a real home from Home with all the amenities and comfort of the space available. 2 superb bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved the 2 balconies and the security on the gate was a real added bonus. We felt safe at all times. Would have liked Standard TV channels
• Anna (10/5): Best Apartments in Nairobi - Everything was just wonderful! This is the best place I have stayed in during my two long-term visits to Kenya. A wonderful apartment with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, impeccable cleanliness and absolute comfort. I loved the huge balcony and the view of the Nairobi National Park. I managed to see two giraffes, gazelles and five rhinos. The house is in a good area, you are guaranteed complete safety, there are several shops, restaurants and a bakery on the territory, there is a large swimming pool and an excellent playground where your children will play safely and swing on the swings. Next time I will stay only here. Monica, thank you very much for such a warm welcome and excellent service! I will recommend these apartments to everyone!

• Raffaele (10/5): Optimal contact point for short and long stays! - very nice and efficient host without any problems. I had a very pleasant stay and the apartment was also very clean and equipped. Since I arrived in Nairobi very early, I asked for an early check-in. This was arranged without any problems and I was able to check in straight away without a long wait. Optimal contact point for short and long stays. Nothing bad to say
• David (9/5): Enjoyed the stay. Loved the apartment community. Lots of small shops within the community as well. - Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood itself was very quiet at night. A beautiful view from the west balcony of the Nairobi National Park. Easy access to Mombasa Road. The trains at night would wake us up at times, but overall able to sleep just fine.
• Randy (9/5): An Extended Stay Thanks to Beautiful Views and Comfort - I really enjoyed my stay, especially the prime location with amazing views of the SGR and Nairobi National Park from the bedroom. The house was spacious, with all utilities in perfect working order, and the lighting was excellent. The soft, low-light glow in the main bedroom at night added a cozy charm. I loved the stay so much that I extended it from two nights to three. It was a truly immersive and relaxing experience! The only thing I found a bit inconvenient during my stay was that the internet was down for about 8 hours. I understand this wasn’t within the host's control, but it did cause a bit of disruption. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic!

• Judith (10/5): Large, clean apartment overlooking Nairobi National Park. - Great security in the property. The property is very big, very clean and was very comfortable for us. Our host Monica was easy to communicate with. We really liked the place and wished we could stay a bit longer due to it's comfort. The apartment has a view to the Nairobi National Park. There's a swimming pool, playground and some small shops that have pretty much everything you need for a short stay.

• Jarek (10/5): Exceptional - Even though we spent only one night in this place, we can only say great things about the apartment and its host!!! starting from helping with the transfer from the airport, through welcoming us late at night in a spacious, well-located place with a view of the national park, where in the morning we admired a herd of giraffes from the balcony while drinking coffee!! I definitely recommend it!! jarek and family
• Nikolaos (8/5): Very nice complex apartments - The apartment is exaclty like the pictures, super clean, modern, stylish, host is very welcoming and helpful, cleaning services were offered without any charge. The view is also very nice and in general it's an apartment which can enjoy staying in! Unfortunately the main bedroom is located on the back-side of the building where its very close to the railway. Trains are travelling during night time, the noise is really loud. We were lucky that the apartment has 2 bedrooms and we could sleep on the smaller bedroom without any inconvenience.

It felt very secure with security on the gate, the apartment was spacious and modern and exactly what we needed for a stopover after a long flight to Nairobi. Thank you so much!
• Toon (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment with great view at Nairobi NP from the balcony, with several rhino's and even Cheetah (but from great distance - binoculars needed). Very clean, very large rooms with separate bathroom. (We got upgrade due to over booking, so I'm not sure if this also applied to Joe apartment) Swimming pool was very cold.
