• Emsw1209 (9/5): Great place to choose if you want to stay out of Rome city centre - The place was pretty good. Each room was set up differently, and there was a washing machine with laundry tablets. Plus, the kitchen was super well-stocked with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, all sorts of pans, cups and an oven. The bed was comfy, and there was a desk right there, which was handy. 2 x air conditioners in the accommodation, which is very nice. Good connection for onwards travel as well. The floor was made by wooden panels, so it makes creaking or squeaking noise when walking. It is quite loud especially at night. The accommodation only provided 2 toilet rolls during 5 nights stay so it will be better if they can stock more.

• Alessia (5/5): Mai più - Appartamento vicino a stazione Tiburtina ed a vari servizi come supermercati, negozi e punti tattici. Casetta apparentemente molto bella ma gestita malissimo Ho passato quasi una settimana in questa struttura e non mi sento assolutamente di consigliarla. La ho prenotata per la presenza di un terrazzino ma, al mio arrivo, il terrazzo non era agibile dai clienti (e leggendo le recensioni precedenti è stato un problema di molte persone) nonostante ci fossero molte foto a riguardo e nella descrizione fosse indicato. Dopo averlo fatto presente allo staff mi è stato risposto che fosse un “punto di attenzione” (????) e l’annuncio è stato cambiato con e le foto tolte durante il mio soggiorno (a voi le considerazioni). L’alloggio era sporco, con diverse macchie su asciugamani, lenzuola, tappeti e soprattutto sul pavimento del bagno, bonus alcuni punti di muffa alle pareti. Non era presente nessuna moka o macchina del caffè é, a mia richiesta ne è stata portata una non compatibile con il piano cottura (così come tantissime padelle presenti nella cucina con zero adattatori per farle utilizzare) con il risultato di dover usare una padella per fare il caffè nella moka (buono il caffè bruciato la mattina) ciliegina sulla torta: sono stata due giorni e due notti al freddo senza riscaldamento e senza acqua calda perchè la caldaia non regge entrambe le cose e salta di continuo, anche il tecnico (che è stata l’unica persona gentile) si è reso conto che ci fosse qualcosa che non andava ed alla fine, pur di poter fare le docce calde (anzi, o bollenti o congelate senza via di mezzo) ha dovuto togliere il riscaldamento e per avere la casa un minimo calda ho dovuto usare un condizionatore mezzo rotto. Nella prima sera in cui letteralmente ho dormito congelando (inizio febbraio con freddo e pioggia a Roma) ho provato a cercare un piumone nell’armadio ma ne era presente solo uno tutto sporco che mi sono rifiutata di usare e ho optato per due coperte leggere un po più apparentemente pulite.

• Sefora (6/5): - quando sono arrivata la struttura non era stata pulita (letto disfatto tutto molto sporco) e chiaramente ciò ha creato dei disagi. in 40 minuti mi hanno dato la stanza al fianco, non male ma la pulizia non era al massimo.

• Ilaria (7/5): Potenziale buono - Struttura ben arredata e molto grande, un buonissimo potenziale peccato perda valore paragonato ai disservizi. Caldaia difettosa, andava in blocco spesso, risposte tramite form lente, terrazzino non accessibile, termosifoni difficili da impostare e scarsa pulizia.
