Guest Reviews
- Lilien (10/5): Lovely stay. Bring a car and get the coffee ice cream - (American, M, 20s) Came on a solo ski trip. Staff were kind and helpful despite language barrier. Room was more than a bang for my buck — paid ~300USD and got what was effectively a king suite with huge patio for two nights, breakfast included. Restaurant was lovely, and the ice cream was out of this world. Not a knock on the hotel itself but the location was surprisingly inconvenient. Only real way to or from Flumserberg is a gondola that closes early meaning I couldn’t engage in the flumserberg nightlife, but as I understand it I wasn’t missing out on much. Hotel amenities made up for this.

- Nicholas (9/5): Alpine setting - Very friendly staff and excellent food Quite a walk to the lift station if carrying skis and wearing ski boots
- Andreas (9/5): Super Unterkunft!
Excelente staff, super limpo e profissional.

And we were snowboarding and they had a storage room which was very helpful. The couple running the place were very friend and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Nothing it was an excellent stay.
- Gabby (9/5): We enjoyed every minute here and would stay again. Special thanks to the staff for the wonderful service. - This property was in an excellent location and perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s a family owned business with a small staff; everyone was welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the Suite Terza which was beautiful and had a great view of the mountain. The restaurant had a small menu, but the food was good with a variety of wines. It was nice to have the restaurant after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast was available with few selections; for our family it was perfect.
- Thomas (10/5): Highly recommended- great hotel - Really lovely hotel. Cosy and warm after long days on the mountain. Lovely food and great hosts.

- Alex (8/5): Very good -
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good - Expensive dinner menu, but very nice selection of local wines. Bathroom renovation would be welcome.
- Francis (10/5): Exceptional - Greeted in a very kind and friendly manner, everything in the hotel was clean. Room very nice, good size and with a great view of the mountains through the large rooms window. Evening meal was delicious. Everything was just pleasant and enjoyable.
- Aurel (9/5): Superb - Charming location, great view over lake, close to mountain skiing, wandering and biking routes - Switzerland at its best!
- Sara (8/5): beautiful stay - really cozy and beautiful hotel at a hill side. sorrounded by mountains in a small village. is was quiet and peaceful. the staff was so nice and friendly. parking available for free. the room was spacious with a balcony. the food at the restaurant was great
- Craig (10/5): Perfect for a weekend skiing at Flumserberg - Beautiful hotel , very clean and well maintained.
Very close to the Flumserberg ski lift . Breakfast buffet was really good and the restaurant food was amazing Nothing
- Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located a short walk away from the ski lift, so it's very convenient to go skiing in Flumserberg. The views are great, the village is very picturesque. The hotel staff is very nice. Breakfast is delicious, and we also had dinner at the restaurant and loved it. If you are planning to use public transport and arrive after 8pm, make sure to check your options. We headed out by train from Zurich shortly after 7pm, and it turned out we missed the last public transport connection (bus) to Oberterzen by 10 minutes. According to Google Maps, there was no public transport at all, and the walk from Unterterzen to Oberterzen was 40 minutes with 250m ascent (and apparently the road is not lit up). The hotel reception is officially open only until 9pm, so we weren't sure we would even be able to check-in if we went on foot. We didn't want to hike up in the dark with our skis, so we decided to book a taxi (there is no Uber). Luckily Walensee Taxi was great, the driver was waiting for us at Unterterzen station when our train arrived, there was also an ATM machine so we could get cash to pay for the taxi.
- Dimitrios (10/5): Exceptional - clean and friendly
- Jonathan (9/5): excellent place to stay with friendly staff. Great assortment for breakfast too! - friendly and helpful staff and excellent food
- Vasiliki (8/5): Very good - The personnel was friendly and the inhouse restaurant was really nice. Overall the location was quite convenient for skiing in Flumserberg. If taking the train, better leave the ski equipment in the lockers in Flumserberg so you don't have to carry them up and down. Its a bit of an uphill walk to reach the hotel from the Oberterzen lift, but doable. I would have preferred a few amenities in the bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.).
- Atraveller13 (8/5): Very good -
