• Luisa (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Sehr sauber. Große Gemeinschaftsküche. Sehr nettes Personal. 15min Fußweg vom Busbahnhof und Zugstation. 25min Fußweg an den Strand und in die Neu-Stadt. Guter Preis. Keine Vorhänge an den Betten und nur ein Kleines Handtuch. War für mich kein Problem, da ich alleine im 4-Bett-Zimmer war.

• Guest (9/5): - La posizione dell'ostello è stata per me molto comoda, arrivando di sera a Bar con il treno da sola e volendo trascorrere poi un paio di giorni solo per visitare la città. Lo stesso si trova a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione (bisogna seguire le istruzioni fornite per raggiungerlo, altrimenti ci si perde) e a meta' tra la vecchia citta e la nuova, vicino alla fermata del bus cittadino che conduce alle due aree. La stanza era riservata a poche persone (4), con spazio adeguato. Presenti tre ampi bagni, puliti.
• Ryan (8/5): Nice, clean, and organized hostel, but not that close to things - Incredibly clean and lots of space to hang out (as per the name) both inside and outside. The kitchen had lots of space and supplies and lots of room in the fridge. Wifi was excellent and guests were polite. The staff was helpful in provided directions and info about the local sites. It was very quiet overnight for sleeping. The hostel is in a strange location. It is somewhat "central" to a variety of things in Bar, but not particularly close to any one of those things. e.g. the bus station, cruise port, main grocery store are 15-25 minutes walk, and the beach, old town, or restaurants are 30-60 minutes walk. This location might be okay if you had a car.

• Josette (6/5): Clean room, friendly staff - The hostel is located close to the bus and train stations, and the staff are really kind and helpful. We stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom and both were clean, if sparse. The hostel is a long walk from the old town and the beach, and the surrounding area is pretty industrial, so there isn’t much to do nearby. It was also a bit difficult to find as there were no signs indicating the name of the hostel along the way (we thought we were walking into a random person’s house when we arrived). There also wasn’t much in terms of common areas, so it wasn’t very comfortable to hang out here. I felt the hostel was a bit expensive for what it is — our room didn’t even have a light fixture. I think it only makes sense to stay here if you have to catch an early train/bus or come in quite late.
• Arnau (10/5): Amazing spot in Bar - The owner is super attentive and the volunteers are great too. They will help you a lot and tell you everything about the place. The hostel is impeccably clean and well situated between the modern town and the old town, and very close to the bus and train stations. The atmosphere is perfect for socialising.

• bottleny (9/5): A comfortable and convenient stay for a hostel - The hostel is conveniently located near the bus station and within walking distance of both Old Bar and New Bar. Facilities are standard for a hostel, with clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. Wi-Fi is OK, and while the kitchen can get messy due to some guests, the staff do a great job maintaining the overall cleanliness of the place. Nothing.

• Nancyw (8/5): Short Stay in Bar - Clean and quiet hostel, chill volunteers. Carolina was so lovely, she gave me the best recommendations :) Bathroom had a nice shower with shower gel and washing machine. The room was basic but we had a great sleep listening to the storm! Supermarket nearby. An extra bathroom could be useful during toilet rush hour ☺️ The room was nice but it lacked a bedside lamp.
• Mathilda (10/5): The stay at this hostel was my favorite I’ve been so far and I would love to come back :D - The people working there were incredibly nice and helpful. You really felt at home and I met so many interesting individuals and enjoyed every second in this wonderful hostel! The bedrooms were small, clean and comfortable. Everyone seemed to be willing to talk to people and open for a conversation filled with interest and kindness :)

• Dominika (10/5): Exceptional - This hostel has nice and friendly atmosphere. It is really nice to spend time there. It is not a party hostel but more of a chilled out place to relax after a hot summer day out. Staff and volunteers are really nice. Premises are super clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby and also a bus stop to the old town and to the coast and beaches. You get all the information about the town and activities upon arrival. I would say this is one of the good places to stay in.

• Ginger (9/5): Superb - Nice hostel a bit far from the attractions but there is a bus stop only 2mns from the accommodation. The owner and volunteers gave excellent recommendations on things to see and do in the city. A pleasant stay. Curtains around the beds would be perfect.

The host was very helpful and informed me about many local delicacies to try and how to get about, and also let me keep luggage locked up beyond check-out time. A well-run hostel that was a pleasure to stay at.
• Thomas (8/5): Very good - Very good kitchen, common area and rooms with air-conditioning. The manager was helpful with everything to do in the area. Cleaning was done everyday. Nice and quite at night bit expensive for a hostel
• Amelia (10/5): Exceptional - Great hostel to stay in! Staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Location is okay - 20 min walk to new town/coast and 45 min walk to the old town. Close to bus and train stop though. Hostel was clean and one of the volunteers baked and shared it with everyone. It was great! There is a pen of puppies just behind the hostel which bark all night. Nothing the hostel can control but just bring your ear plugs

• Sophie (10/5): Comfortable and clean hostel with friendly staff :) - The volunteers and staff were all super friendly and helpful - even had yummy muffins made to share one morning! The hostel was kept very clean and the dorms were comfortable :) Location was a bit out of the way but easy bus to the old town and quick walk to the train station + bus terminal. Just wish the beds had curtains, but can't win them all!

He gives a lot of information on what to do in the area. - Location is a bit hard to find, but they provide very clear instructions on how to get to the hostel. - The location is quiet far from old town and the beach, but the distance to the train/bus station was okay. - I was just there for the night, but it didn't look like the most social hostel.

He sits down (or the volunteers who he spends hours educating) with you and very detailed about everything you can do in the area and wants to ensure everyone has a good time. • Christian (10/5): Great hostel in Bar - The hostel is conveniently located close to the bus station , it’s very clean and the owner got a lot of tips what to do in the area … I extended my stay because it’s very chilled and you feel like home !

• Bernd (9/5): Superb - All members of the staff were friendly and gave really good recomadations about waterfalls, beach sides and the old town! The Hostel is in between the old town and the beach. This is on one side good but on the other Hand bad as it takes min 45 minutes to either locations. At high usual high temperutares this is hard ;)
• Norman (8/5): Very good - Had a great stay and time here. The staff were very friendly, helpful and engage with the guests for activities etc. which creates a sense of community. That was great! The room itself was big, clean and the bed was comfy. Showers/bathroom also very spacious and clean. Overall the hostel is newly renovated. No paved "official" roads to the hostel. The paths leading there are a bit unofficial and off-road.
• Elien (8/5): Very good - The host provided us with a lot of information about what to do in Bar. He was also very helpful, thank you! The hostel is located close to the train station and right in between the beach and the old town, but not a walkable distance.
• Alicja (10/5): Great hostel - I liked pretty much everything about the hostel. The staff was super friendly and super helpful. The location was convenient. The hostel was very clean. The room, the bathrooms, the kitchen - everything was very clean. The kitchen was also well-equipped. Free tea and free coffee were available. Towels were provided. The wifi worked fine. There was AC in the room so it wasn't too hot. The hostel felt very safe and the atmosphere there was nice. I would definitely stay there again. One small disadvantage was that you had to cross the railways when you wanted to get to the new town. Fortunately, trains didn't go very often though.

• Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful hostel! Everything is clean and cozy. The people working at the hostel are very hospitable, helpful and understanding. For me personally, the location of the hostel was very comfortable. There is a railway station and a bus station nearby. It is located in the middle between the beach and the old town. The hostel is located a little far from the beach and restaurants (it is especially difficult to walk in hot weather), but for me personally this is not a disadvantage, because I like to walk.
• Amr_elgamal (10/5): Exceptional - The host is super helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the country and the Balkans in general. He helped me plan my stay and get around easily. And his recommendations were spot on.  The hostel is very clean. The bathroom and the kitchen are spotless. At night it was quiet and I slept very well there. Each guest has his locker. And the locker got my 60L hiking bag comfortably.

Also people working there were so nice and welcoming. Small minus is that you have to cross the railway track and it was a little bit stressful for me. It takes around 20 minutes walk to get to the beach.

• Silvia (10/5): Homey and Spotless Stay in Bar - I recently stayed at a hostel in Bar for two nights, and it was an excellent experience. The hostel was spotless and very homey, making me feel right at home. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable about Bar and Montenegro, providing me with many helpful tips and engaging in great conversations. The bathrooms are massive and immaculately clean. It was a perfect spot to rest and do laundry. Additionally, the hostel is in a strategic location, situated between new Bar and the old town, and only a few minutes from the bus stop, making it easy to reach both areas. The train and bus stations are also very close by, making it an ideal base for day trips and avoiding the crowds found in other cities. The only downside, which is more of a suggestion, would be to have some small lights for the beds. Other than that, the place was perfect for me.

• Andrea (10/5): Best hostel in Bar. - Everything was perfect. The location is a bit hidden but if you arrive at Bar during the day is easy to spot on. Beautiful staff, one of the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed at and the view, wow, another level. Highly recommended!

• Svetlana (9/5): In general it was nice and one of the best hostels in Montenegro - The location is really near the bus and train station, this is perfect. You find it very easy if read instructions attentively. Volunteers in hostel are good, people who stayed there with me were brilliant. Moreover i liked clean room, toilets and showers (i noticed, that there were a lot of toilet paper). Kitchen was also ok for preparing something. The construction of the garden is not finished, now it looks like a construction site. In kitchen during the afternoon was little bit dirty, cabin for garbage full of trash and wasn't spinning plate in the microwave, that was strange. Volunteers offered me high bed, but i stayed 2 nights and this room was almost empty. But girl who was only one night stayed on law bed... Strange priority, which I didn't understand (although they told me i could choose any locker and recommend me high locker, but i had suitcase thats why i refused). Also for me little bit strange the politics of the hostel with a lot of conditions — they don't take cards, don't welcome people older 40 and you can't stay here more than 7 days. What if I'm reach 42 yo man with really young soul who is in love with Bar and wants to stay more?(I'm joking, but anyway)😄

The bathrooms are also new and spacious as well being clean and of good quality. Wifi in all areas as well as good aircondtioning, kitchen and hangout areas indoors and outdoors, was only here for one night but would’ve stayed longer if my plans allowed me!

Very helpful and friendly owner and volunteers, good location, conveniently placed in between the center and the Old Town of Bar. The bed in the dorm I stayed in was comfy, there were power sockets next to each bed. The room was air-conditioned. There is a kitchen with all the basics needed for cooking, a garden for chilling... Adding some bed curtains for more privacy would be great. Also, there was only one light in the dorm I was staying in. It would be great to have some bedlamps next to each bed or at least some other kind of light apart from the main one, so that guests can use it when needed without having to turn on the main light and possibly disturb the other guests.

• Jonsson (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was superb. Helped you plan your stay and made you feel welcome. This is the hostel for travellers in Bar The location was not the best, quite far from center and the bus was not ideal. But not bad location otherwise

• Markus (7/5): Good - Chilled and laid-back hostel in between Old and New Town of Bar. They do laundry service and have a lot of info about the attractions in and around Bar, although they don't organize anything be themselves. The location is quite remote because it is situated in between both parts of town. Thus, you have to walk 10mins to/from the train station and 20mins to each of the city centres and/or beaches.
