- Mangano (1/5): TERRIBILE - la posizione, vista mare Siamo andati via un giorno prima del previsto per via delle pessime condizioni trovate e del trattamento ricevuto. Durante il nostro soggiorno infatti il gestore ci ha chiaramente ignorati, a partire da quando abbiamo palesato il nostro disappunto nelle terribili condizioni della stanza dandoci un aspirapolvere e alcuni stracci logori e lerci, senza fare nulla, probabilmente aspettandosi dovessimo pulirla noi, anche se nel prezzo sono chiaramente inclusi € 40 di pulizia. Abbiamo anche chiesto un phon funzionante, previsto dal contratto (quello presente era rotto) o della carta igienica venendo sempre ignorati. Era evidentemente che non ci fossero state pulizie: i comodini e tutte le superfici avevano uno strato spesso di polvere(prima cosa che pulisci almeno per fare vedere che ci hai provato), la stanza era PIENA di ragnatele, nella struttura dei letti e sotto il materasso c'erano ragnatele centenarie e larve di insetti vari, non c'era un coprimaterasso ma solo un lenzuolo buttato sopra, la cucina era in pessime condizioni con tutti gli utensili sciacquati male e riposti sullo scolapiatti sporchissimo e non al loro posto, le pentole riposte sotto il lavandino in cui c'era lo SCHIFO SCURO mai pulito, il frigo puzzava di morte,il bagno in pessime condizioni ignieniche(soprattutto lo scopettino del cesso), appena spostavi i letti di un centimetro di rendevi conto che l'aspirapolvere non era mai arrivata là... Purtroppo posso mettere un numero limitato di foto. Al momento dell'arrivo, inoltre, i nostri documenti non sono stati registrati. Come se non bastasse il pagamento del saldo è stato effettutato in automatico senza alcuna notifica dal nostro conto corrente, anche se nella prenotazione è scritto chiaramente che deve essere fatto in struttura all' arrivo, ma come detto in precedenza non ci ha nemmeno registrati e quindi nemmeno fatto pagare subito (probabilmente consapevole delle terribili condizioni della struttura e del trattamento).

- Danguole Kotryna (4/5): If you can stand dirt, bring your own linen and don’t mind the snarky comments, can be ok for a night - The dog! The building itself has its decadent charm. The croissants for breakfast were ok, but that’s because the hotel doesn’t make them. We chose this because it was the lesser of all evils in mid-August in Vieste. We had read the previous reviews and had very low expectations, but the hotel still managed to disappoint us. I got a weird message a few weeks before the stay, saying we can pay the price difference during our stay, while the specified amount was already paid via Booking. I asked for clarifications twice, didn’t get any reply until three days before our stay, when the hotel informed us that there is an extra charge for bed linen and towels (around 20€ per person, keep that in mind if this hotel seems cheaper than others). We took our own linen from home, but when we got there, the beds were already made and the owner/manager decided to provide them free of charge (thanks I guess?). Apart from the lack of cleanliness, total lack of toilet paper and kitchen utensils (there’s basically nothing, except for a few plates), the main issue of the hotel is the manager and his weird communication. He keeps complaining and saying snarky comments about his guests hoping we will not understand them in Italian I guess? We arrived a few hours before their specified checkin time interval ends - he said, what do you think, that it’s Hilton? We asked when’s breakfast, he said - from 8am, so we were there a few minutes after 8, and he complained we’re early.
- Salvatore (9/5): - Sono stato ospite della struttura per una setti mana sono stato accolto molto bene dal sig. Gianpaolo che è stato sempre disponibile molto socievole infatti organizzata molto spesso grigliate che invita i suoi ospiti della struttura . Molto buona anche la colazione con ampia scelta di cornetti . La struttura è situata in collina in una zona molto tranquilla ideale per rilassarsi. Sicuramente da ritornare . La struttura è un po' con salita
