• Jeeva DM (10/5): - We had a wonderful 2-day family stay at Grand Glorious. The hotel has a beautiful location with amazing mountain views and a very peaceful atmosphere. It was perfect for relaxing with kids and family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, caring, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. The food was tasty, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. My kids really enjoyed the environment and the calm weather in Haputale. We felt safe and comfortable during the whole visit. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the hills. We will definitely visit again!

The food was also very tasty. My family also really enjoyed the stay. The food portions were a little small compared to other places.

• Tharana (7/5): Good - First of all, I would like to appreciate the staff. All the members that we engaged in were super nice and friendly and they did a great job. Secondly, I really like the location. You can see the full view of the Haputale city and the mountain range. The bed is also comfortable. The food was delicious. Cleanliness is poor. The washroom is not good and needs to be repaired. Facilities are not enough.

There was no hot water available in the evening. Although the issue was resolved after speaking with the manager, having consistent hot water availability would significantly improve guest comfort. The blankets provided were not adequate, which affected our overall comfort during the stay.
