• Laham (2/5): - Nur die Lage sonst garnichts ! Das Personal ware sehr unhöflich und respektlos. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig und hat nach Abflüsse gestunken. Außerdem war der Fahrer bei uns oben hat uns mit den Sachen geholfen und hat sich dabei geschnitten und wir wollten ihn ein Verband geben. Dann sind die Security hoch gekommen und haben ihn beleidigend rausgeschmissen, da er nicht rein darf und dies war um 3 Uhr nachts. Die Balkone waren gemeinschaftlich, also könnte jeder in dein Zimmer reinschauen und reinkommen wenn man nicht abgesperrt hat. Also gar nicht empfehlenswert.

The place has all the facilites which can be expected from an apartment. I had difficulty with operating the TV and air condition unit.

• Jake (6/5): Location is good but place facilities are falsely advertised! - Location is good, the owner and cleaner was responsive and helpful, nice balcony with great view. This accommodation is falsely advertised, this is more of an Air BnB than any level of hotel/resort. Photos show pool area and gym area, this is at a beach club 5 minute walk away which you have to pay for daily with discount cards given in room. We had multiple issues whilst staying here, owner was responsive and helped out massively. But upon arriving all the water was turned off, having to locate the issue and turn back on myself which wasn’t convenient, WiFi is terrible, Shower drain constantly blocking and filling up whilst having a shower, sink drain leaking out onto the floor, kitchen tap leaking onto worktops, window facing street doesn’t close and worse thing, two cushions provided in the room absolutely stunk of urine which made it feel like a very unclean stay. Upon requesting more toilet roll we was given two rolls which looked like they’d eaten or damp. Owner was helpful when we needed him and tried his best to help us which was appreciated, but he used a separate key to access the room without our knowledge or permission. He then insisted to meet us whilst having dinner out to show us a rectified issue, but upon meeting him outside the restaurant he then proceeded to tell us off for having the AC on and told us to turn things off to save him money. NOT PROFESSIONAL!

The fridge was spilling water in the floor all the time. No toilet paper. For this piece you can go to an hotel with better facilities

• Tom (9/5): - Amazing view from the pop floor. And a huge outdoor deck. A little bit of a trudge to get your luggage the stairs. But the staff helped and once in the apartment the view is worth it. Right in the middle of the New Marine facility which has everything that you need, including lots of good restaurant choices, a supermarket and plenty of other shops.

• marjorie (6/5): Studio avec jolie vue sur la marina - L’hôte est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport à 3h du matin pour seulement dix euros comme c’était 3h du matin , nous ne pouvons pas récupérer notre logement donc l’hôte nous a prêté sa maison. Merci énormément pour cela… La vue de l’appartement est magnifique et surplombe la Marina , - les matelas étaient confortables Moustapha, le concierge est venu nous changer les draps une semaine de notre séjour. - Moustapha, le concierge est très rapide et sympa si nous avons un problème. - Le petit frigo est très utile - Ce logement est parfaitement équipé pour un séjour de plus de 10 jours . - il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la marina de Hurgada, supermarché, restaurant, distributeur . - Il y a des gardes à l’entrée et à la sortie donc c’est très safe . Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation, ce qui nous a gâché 3 jours de notre séjour car en Égypte en plein mois d’août, il fait 48° -l’odeur d’égouts nauséabonde dans la salle de bain est vraiment très désagréable et ça sent fort dans tout le logement - Les installations sanitaires Vétustes ( douche , wc , joints de carrelage , aucuns débit d’eau pour se laver les cheveux ) - l’appartement est au quatrième étage sans ascenseur, mais c’est bien précisé dans l’annonce - La piscine de la résidence et l’accès à la plage est payant 600 EGP par personne pour une journée - pas de machine à laver le linge .

• Josip-slaven (9/5): Top spot in New Marine! - Khaled was so nice and waited for us at the airport (which caused misunderstanding with my previously booked transport to the appartment). He shared his contacts with me before the trip, so he was all the time available. Discreet, polite and very friendly - he let us enjoy. Appartment has a great terrace overlooking at the promenade, harbor and sea - it faces east so the sunrise is magnificent. Appartment is probably on the best spot in whole Marina - just over the Greek restaurant (among the others) - forget about cooking in the appartment :) Airconditioning was functional and effective, bathroom facilities are decent and well maintained. I did not have any objections.

Khaled, then made Comfort 5 available for the next nights, at no extra cost! This two bed, spacious apartment, overlooking the Marina, proved perfect for the rest of my stay, Many thanks to Khaled, top guy, who went out of his way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A Super Host, if ever there was one! The fact that I had to leave!

The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mr. Khalid. He was incredibly helpful going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. I even left some personal belongings behind, and he did everything possible to send them back to me in my home country. Highly recommended!

All I wish was to find this Comfort Marina earlier. By the way you won't find it on Google maps because it's private. So if you go to Hurghada Marina there is a Greek restaurant in the front, around half way into Marina, behind it it's a stair that say B6, that's where it it's. But you have to get in contact with owner so he will come to give you the key. You can also get an airport pickup for 7 euro, wich is a bargain comparing to Uber or any other app where the driver it's texting you that wants extra money outside what you pay for Uber (they normally ask for 15 euro).
