It's not very large, but everything is furnished so efficiently and efficiently that you'll be delighted. It's just a shame it's so hard to rent for a long period. • Juraj (1/5): - NIC Po zaplateni rezervacie nas kontaktoval majitel ubytovania cez Whataspp a nasledne od nas ziadal zaslat fotky obcianskych preukazov s cim sme nesuhlasili. Navrhol som osobne stretnutie, aby si ich pozrel, ale s tym nesuhlasil, ze na to nema cas. Nasledne som ho ziadal, ze s tym nesuhlasime a chceme ubytovanie zrusit, a ze ziadat fotku OP je proti pravidlam booking.com. Jeho arogantna reakcia bola, ze on je majitel apartmanu a nie booking a ze bud posleme foto OP alebo nas na ubytko nepusti. Preto sme boli nuteni ist na ine ubytovanie. Pristup majitela velmi nevhodny a urcite neodporucame.

• Klára (5/5): Hodnotím pozitívne, je však čo vylepšovať. Pomer cena/kvalita je OK. - Ubytovanie v tichej lokalite, v apartmáne bolo útulne. Pomer cena/kvalita hodnotím pozitívne, mám však mierne výtky k čistote: apartmán by si zaslúžil generálne upratovanie a menšie opravy, ktoré by hneď "lahodili na oko" (pod gaučom, sokle, oprava "kľučky" na dverách, výmena zopár kusov nábytku, odvápnenie rýchlovarnej kanvice, vyčistenie a oprava šuflíkov a podobne). Nepáčilo sa mi, že napriek tomu, že som pobyt rezervovala cez Booking, musela som posielať fotku svojho OP mimo Booking cudzej osobe (funguje to aj pri inom portály na rezerváciu objednania, ale ide to všetko priamo cez ten portál). Teraz som posielala OP úplne cudzej osobe cez WhatsApp, čo som nepochopila. Stráca sa bezpečnosť. Verím, že sa nič neudeje. Toto bude asi skôr systémová chyba.

• Patryk (9/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo w porządku, dojazd do głównej stacji jak i do centrum Bratysławy ok. 30min +dojście na przystanek 3-5min (odjazdy co 15minut). Apartament w porządku, da się coś ugotować i zjeść. Spory telewizor z funkcjami Smart TV, Wi-Fi. Łóżko wygodne, kanapa na przeciwko telewizora mniej wygodna, ale jest w porządku. Po apartamencie trochę widać już jego wiek, w paru miejscach było widać spore "wyeksploatowanie", nie działało ogrzewanie podłogowe (na szczęście wystarczyło ogrzewanie klimatyzacją).

No instructions for settling in were given to us, they could have written about it when we booked the apartment, at 4 pm. At 9:30 pm we already agreed to pay extra, but at first they ignored us, and then they said that they could not settle us in. We had to look for new accommodation at night, as the owners of this accommodation simply took the money and did not settle us in.

• Gabriella (9/5): Sauber, freundlich, unkompliziert. - Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, Kommunikation unkompliziert. Unterkunft sauber und voll ausgestattet, wie in der Beschreibung. Zu niedrige Toilette, zu hohes Bett, für ältere Herrschaften nur bedingt geeignet. Bei Anreise am Abend kaum Parkplatz in der Nähe. Leider nur slovakische TV-Sender, trotz Nähe zu Österreich und Ungarn.

• Milo (3/5): Nevšední zážitek - Byt byl vybaven opravdu vaším možným, dokonce i teploměr, v kuchyni kávovar, spousta nádobí taky. V koupelně byly kartáčky, pasta, kosmetické příslušenství, pantofle. Velká kvalitní TV a repro. Bohužel vše, co se líbilo bylo přebito docela zásadními nedostatky. Už první rozhovor se správcem ubytování byl červená vlaječka - byl jsem velice nepříjemným tónem napomenut, že kdybych si pořádně přečetl instrukce, tak budu vědět. Problém je, že se zjevně jedná o předělaný nebytový prostor a tak není vchod označen. Umístění na mapě odkazuje do garáží. Druhé, co nás přivítalo byl všudypřítomný smrad z cigaret, nejspíš od sousedů. Když bylo puštěno odvětrávání v koupelně, tak to bylo ještě intenzivnější. V instrukcích byla info, že pro teplou vodu, je potřeba zapnout bojler. Ok, ale pak čekat 4 hodiny na ohřátí vody, takže jsme si museli počkat do noci (přijeli jsme po 19. hod.), abychom se mohli opláchnout. Velikost ručníků byla taky vtipná - jeden ve velikosti kuchyňské úterky, druhý o kus větší. Špunt od vany chyběl. V kuchyni je špatně izolované osvětlení, takže když manželka hledala vypínač, tak ji kopla elektřina. Myčka skvělá, akorát ji nikdo před naším příchodem nevyložil. Jako největší překvapení jsou 2 okénka z každé ložnice - jedno otevírací do kuchyně, z druhé do obýváku. Další okénka bez možnosti zatemnění. A taky bez možnosti otevření, větrání. Postele, ve kterých jsme spali s manželkou děsně vrzaly, pohodlnost opravdu diskutabilní. Zásuvka vedle jedné bez krytu, takže hrozí zranění. Obývák prostorný, ale pohovka měla poškozené nohy, takže velice opatrně sedat. Stejně tak byla nezatemnitelná okna i v obýváku, ale tentokrát s výhledem na celé sídliště, resp. oni mají výhled na vás. Vchodové dveře do bytu špinavé a netěsnící (škvíra tak velká, že bylo málem vidět do bytu). Bohužel sem lze nahrát pouze 4 fotky, ale mám nafoceno vše, o čem tady píšu. Jako třešnička na dortu byl hovor od správce, okamžitě po udělení tohoto hodnocení, kdy se nejdřív slušně poptal na důvod nízkého hodnocení, nabídl vrácení peněz, ale následně přešel do útoku a urážek s tím, že mi taky udělí špatné hodnocení. Ostatně jak i tady v reakcích na recenze...

• Tomáš (7/5): - apartmán je naozaj rozľahlý, priestorovo veľkorysý.. je dobre vybavený a plne zariadený. až by som povedal, že je tam zbytočne veľa vybavenia na to, že ide o apartmán na krátkodobé prenájmy. majiteľ ochotný a komunikatívny, rýchlo reagoval a riešil, čo bolo potrebné úprimne povedané, neviem si predstaviť, kde tento apartmán nabral také vysoké hodnotenie :) prišli sme tam v noci a pol hodiny sme hľadali vchod a miesto na parkovanie. označenie bolo nedostatočné, lokalita v podstate uprostred sidliska, zaparkovať teda vôbec nebolo jednoduché. v apartmáne bolo chladno, kúrenie sme si museli zapnúť sami po tom, čo nás usmernil majiteľ. našťastie tam bola klíma, ktorou sa dalo pomerne rýchlo vykúriť. apartmán by potreboval zásadnú údržbu.. pôsobil dosť opotrebovane a niektoré vybavenie bolo nefunkčné.. čistota tiež nie je ktovie čo.. to radšej ani nejdem detailne rozvádzať... no trochu sme boli sklamaní, vzhľadom k vysokým hodnoteniam, ktoré ubytovanie na bookingu má. na matracoch sme sa moc nevyspali, strašne vŕzgaju :)

• Katarína (8/5): Na krátky pobyt hodnotím pozitívne , ak by som potrebovala ísť do tých končín určite si zase vyberiem toto ubytovanie . - Čisto , veľký apartmán , to čo sme potrebovali na jednu noc nám stačilo . Majiteľ príjemný , k dispozícii kávovar , príjemne prostredie . Malý nedostatok bol len v tom že sa slabo kurilo, a boli veľmi tenké periny , tak nám bolo chladnejšie ale dalo sa to prežiť my máme radi trochu teplejšie ale samozrejme sto ľudí sto chuti .

• Pališin (10/5): - Ubytovanie prekonalo naše očakávania. Lokalita je pomerne tichá taktiež je po blízku MHD doprava takže cesta do centra nebola komplikovaná. Nič.

Gute Kaffeemaschine, wer es braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine, riesiger Fernseher mit unzähligen Kanälen. Das Bad gehört zeitnah saniert, und der Zweck des "Hochbetts" in ca. 80 cm erschließt sich mir nicht. Ist drunter ungenutzter Raum und erschwert das einsteigen.

• Janani (5/5): Passable - I like the fact that the apartment was big and was well furnished The apartment had no ventilation. The rooms had no windows. It was basically suffocating the whole night. The host and we had an issue towards the end on the checkout timing. Booking.com says 10 AM - 11AM and the host kept repeating that the checkout time is 10 AM so its best to check with the host on the checkout time to avoid issues. But we were late anyways, because we found that the vessels from the dishwasher were not washed properly and we had to wash it by hand just before checkout. But the host was quite angry over it that we didn't like.
• Nerine (10/5): Very comfortable and cosy stay! - Very impressed with this accommodation as the owner has clearly put a lot of thought and care into making the place a comfortable stay! We enjoyed the apartment as it was fully equipped with everything we needed and more - from bedroom slippers, to coffee, toothbrush and toothpaste, washing machine, lots of spare blankets and pillows, smart tv, heaters, cooking utensils etc. Only concern was that in the morning, the light from the windows would point straight at the bed so you’ll be awaken. But this wasn’t a major problem for us.

• Lazar (1/5): Bad owner and crook - The owner of the apartment is a bad person and a blackmailer.I booked the apartment for October 17. Check-in was from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m..We were coming from Hamburg and so I requested a slightly later check-in time from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m..The owner wrote that if I came after 8:00 p.m., I would have to pay 25 euros extra, which were not recorded in the description for the apartment in Booking. This was a third of the price of the apartment, and that's why I refused. We arrived 10 minutes after 8 p.m.. After a long time of calling and SMS, it became clear that he would not come to open the apartment for us. So, We had to stay out all night even though we had paid the price of the apartment. Booking.com promised me that they would ask him if he agreed to return the money to me. To this day, my money has not been returned even though I slept on the street in my car.
• Mihai (9/5): Superb - Very good location, you can drop the luggage in front of the apartment door. The apartment has a lot of appliances. Parking place a little bit difficult to find it, there are some visitors parking places around the flat, not always available. Watch the signs or ask the owner of the apartment.
• Halina (8/5): Very good - I like coffee and machine and tea avaliable and snacks like chocolate bar very welcoming gesture. In the bathroom we had bad smell coming from pipes.
• Paweł (9/5): Superb - The apartment was equipped with everything needed and more. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Drive to the city centre takes about 15 minutes. It got a bit hot during our stay and the portable AC couldn't keep up.
• Tomer (10/5): Exceptional - I needed a place to stay for one night before taking the train to Prague, and I booked this apartment only a couple of hours before checking in. I didn't really look very deeply on the page on booking.com, and I was really pleasantly surprised with the size and all the amenities. As a solo traveler, this apartment was much too big for me, and I would warmly recommend it for a family. There is a master bedroom for the parents, and a smaller bedroom for the kids with two beds. So a family of four would be very comfortable here. They have lots of toys for the children, as well as a cot for a baby. You could wash your clothes there and hang them to dry. The attention to detail is significant. You have all the small items you might need, starting from tampons, q-tips, condoms, toothbrushes, cloth pins, etc., etc. The location is nice. There is a park nearby with lots of blackberries in this season, and I overall had a great time.

No worries- it is there!!! Absolutely amazing! Very clean and easy to access. And the host? The most fun man we met! Imagine us, driving for the last 14 hours, and him making us laugh within 5minutes. Overall amazing in every detail!

• Dora (5/5): Passable - Very clean, modern and lots of things you may need, going as far as tampons… I had to book a bit in a squeeze due to our travel plan changes, and missed the ratings/comments section (only checked afterwards) The no windows make this aparmert indeed a premium basement, as one other commenter was writing. It is VERY depressing not to have windows… The 3 apartments seem to form a letter T. The top of the T are apts 1and 3, i think they have at least some natural light. If you may expect something good from a basement it is that it should be cool. This did not manage that either. I would not go back even for another one-nighter, no matter modern look and amenities. Another important thing: don’t go there by bike unless you are used to Alps :) The whole area is located on a small hill, cca 100m altitude increase from the bike route. I haven’t checked this either and ended up with family pushing the bikes uphill 30 mins, with luggage… Learning: read comments from others :), check map for altitudes if by bike, do not go to place where no windows are visible on pictures.
