• Diede (6/5): - De locatie is fantastisch! Het appartement is mooi ingericht. Op een aantal punten schiet het appartement tekort. We waren 4 nachten in Londen en hebben gevraagd om een aantal extra handdoeken. Helaas werd dit niet geregeld. Het appartement is erg vochtig en in de kleine slaapkamer druppelt condens van het plafond. Het was er best koud en we kwamen er later achter dat er extra heaters stonden om de ruimte te verwarmen. De waterdruk is erg laag, dus douchen was niet erg comfortabel. Daarnaast zou er een vaatwasser zijn die er niet bleek te zijn.
• Marianne Pia Steen (6/5): Dejligt sted, men meget varmt om sommeren - Dejlig udsigt, dejlig stor og åben stue og lækkert badeværelse. Meget levende område Flere ting virkede ikke - gardinet i det store soveværelse kunne ikke køre op så man f.eks. kunne åbne et vindue om natten. Wifi koden virkede ikke. Sengen i det lille soveværelse var meget lille. Værten vendte ikke tilbage med svar på vores mail.
• Joanie (10/5): - La vue, l’emplacement, appartement spacieux et très beau, propre, fidèle aux photos/descriptions, la communication efficace et le guide d’infos complet, laveuse sur place, sentiment de sécurité, tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner comme à la maison. Pour un séjour de 8 nuits à 4 personnes, nous n’avions pas suffisamment de serviettes à notre disposition. Pas d’eau froide dans la douche en période de canicule. Wi-fi fonctionnel de façon intermittente seulement.

The amenities are perfect. Nothing to dislike, very close to neighbours so noise travels but the owner does make this clear when booking so is to be expected.
• Florian Leeder (8/5): Tolles Appartment mitTop Ausstattung in toller Lage, im Winter allerdings schlecht beheizt - Sehr schönes Appartment, top ausgestattet in TOP Lage Ausstattung: Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Auch eine Mikro, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine (Siebträger mit Mahlwerk) sind da! Ferner ausreichend Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr für 4 Personen. Modernes Design und Technik überall, ebenso TV und Soundanlage und gemütliche Loungeecke im Wohnzimmer. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Bad mit WC, alles sehr stylisch. Lage: Mitten in Shoreditch, was ein super spannendes Viertel ist. Zwei tolle Frühstückscafes direkt vor dem Haus, Supermarkt in Laufweite und rundherum Pubs, Restaurants und Bars. Zu Fuß brauchten wir zur Tower Bridge etwa 30 Minuten. Zur U-Bahn Shortditch sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, der Bus fährt direkt vorm Haus ab. Also TOP! Wir waren im Januar bei Minusgraden da und trotz auf Anschlag laufender Heizungen und Heizlüfter hat die Wohnung kaum 18 Grad erreicht.

• Nathan (6/5): Good location, comfortable but needs some TLC - Location was great. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Great coffee machine. Clear instructions provided and very responsive host. No dishwasher, which was listed. The apartment needs a thorough clean and maintenance - quite dusty with cobwebs, missing skirting boards, cracked mirrors, poor lighting throughout and a heating system with a mind of it's own. It has serious damp issues with condensation running down walls making puddles and mould in places on the floors and walls. The bed in the small bedroom wasn't a 'large' double bed and the concrete ceiling in the small bedroom dripped water from condensation. The water pressure in the rain shower head rendered it virtually unusable and we had limited hot water available upon arrival. WiFi went down for 24 hours for no apparent reason. Washing machine only works on 1 specific cycle

• Amber (10/5): - Amazing location, very walkable area and really close to public transport. Gorgeous apartment, super well equipped and host was great. Will definitely be back. Bit noisy on weekend nights but to be expected in such a central area.

• Rianne (7/5): Fijn en ruim appartement op toplocatie, maar met wat gebreken in onderhoud en communicatie. - De ligging is ideaal, midden in Shoreditch met veel leuke koffietentjes en restaurants in de buurt. Het appartement is ruim, comfortabel en echt ideaal als je met kinderen reist — veel fijner dan een hotelkamer. Het inchecken verliep helaas wat chaotisch. We hadden van tevoren afgesproken dat we onze koffers vanaf 10 uur konden afzetten, maar toen we onderweg waren duurde het ruim een uur voordat we reactie kregen op ons bericht. Uiteindelijk mochten we al om 11 uur inchecken (superfijn!), maar het bleef onduidelijk hoe dat precies moest. De communicatie via Booking en WhatsApp liep stroef, en het telefoonnummer werkte niet. Pas om kwart over 11 kregen we de juiste instructies, maar toen was het schoonmaakteam al vertrokken en moesten we de sleutels elders ophalen. Dat was wat onhandig en onrustig na de reis. Verder viel het op dat het appartement vrij vochtig is. ‘s Ochtends waren de ramen helemaal beslagen, de afzuiger kreeg de vochtige lucht in de badkamer niet goed afgevoerd en na één douchebeurt waren de spiegels direct volledig aangeslagen. Ook de waterdruk was erg laag, waardoor douchen wat minder comfortabel was. Daarnaast misten we een vaatwasser (die volgens de beschrijving wel aanwezig zou zijn) en vonden we het aantal handdoeken wat beperkt: één grote en één kleine per persoon voor vier nachten. Er is wel een was-droogcombinatie, maar de droger had drie rondes nodig om de handdoeken enigszins droog te krijgen. Het digitale informatieboekje is handig opgezet, maar sommige links (zoals de uitleg over het koffiezetapparaat) verwijzen naar een besloten Google Drive, waardoor je zonder toegang niets kunt openen. Het koffiezetapparaat zelf gaf bovendien aan dat het gereinigd moest worden, dus we hebben dat maar gelaten en genoten van het lekkere koffietentje beneden. Tot slot: de kleine slaapkamer boven is vrij donker door het gebrek aan verlichting.

• Markus (7/5): Lage echt toll aber durch die Wärmeim Sommer an Schlaf wenig zu denken da keine Klimaanlage und Fenster öffnen bei der - Die Lage war echt gut. Aber auch ein Nachteil da eine Einfahrt Straße direkt neben der Wohnung und deswegen sehr laut. Leider keine Klima Anlage. Für den Sommer deswegen nicht geeignet

• Halla (10/5): Brilliant, clean and beautiful - The apartment is wonderful, clean and with a great view, we were there in there in a heatwave and it was brilliant to be able to open the doors and windows, the beads are comfortable and the apartment has everything you need. There is also a fun game of finding eights or fours. We would love to stay again next time. I think it was because of the heat, so I doubt that it is usually like that, but there was little cold water

Easy access to the flat via elevator and easy disposal of garbage. great coffee/breakfast and dining options right down the street. Lovely neighborhood, friendly peoplez Could be cleaner. No cold water in the shower. You are a bit exposed in the living room with no curtains. You shouldn’t be noise sensitive - being in the center, the life on street is quite loud.
• Miika (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment in a nice location. The area of Shoreditch was not familiar to us beforehand but we did like the artsy vibe of the neighborhood. Plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do nearby. Shoreditch High Street Station really close by and Liverpool Street Station a short walk away so navigating the public transport system in London was easy and effortless. The apartment was spacious and clean - perfect for our group of four adults. Amenities and equipment worked nicely - it was especially nice to be able to wash and dry our clothes at the end of our week-long trip traveling with only carry-ons. Such a nice place and will definitely check out the availability the next time we’re heading to London.
• Olivia (7/5): Good apartment stay - After picking up the keys, the fob didn't work to get into the building, so we had to wait for about 45 minutes before the property management company responded to our messages to give us the code to get in. However, the place met expectations and was a great base for exploring London with friends for a few days.
• Claire (10/5): Wonderful apartment in Shoreditch - Beautiful building! Loved it. Perfectly located for Brick lane, but also super quiet in the night! The beds were comfy. Bathroom was lovely. View was beautiful and so was the buildings and decorations. Some of the items didn’t work? Spent a while trying to get the coffee machine going, but failed. Also kept worrying how to turn the bathroom lights on, so just left them on.

• Laura (8/5): Nice flat in a great location near tons of great shops & restaurants - Large, cool open space with awesome views. Great location. Nice bathroom with good products. Love that the blackout curtains double as art pieces. Good soundsystem in the flat, though we were scared to listen to music so as not to disturb the neighbors. We had a few issues at first but the host is a good and quick communicator that helped us work through them. The washer/dryer does not work right, and instructions for it were not helpful. This was one of the big reasons we chose to stay at this property (we are musicians on tour) so we ended up going to a laundromat down the street multiple times during our stay, which was fine, but kind of annoying that we couldn't just use the one in the apartment. Lots of remotes to control lights/air/blinds that didn't work at times - again, host was helpful in troubleshooting but wish these had been easier to work in the first place.
