• laurine (5/5): Lieu d'exception , la nature est généreuse - Emplacement exceptionnel dans un grand domaine au calme absolu . Suite très confortable , et vaste . Plusieurs impairs inacceptables au vu du standing supposé . La facture du séjour m'a été adressée par mail alors que mon conjoint qui me l'offrait avait demandé expressément à la recevoir LUI . Chargeur oublié le matin et miraculeusement retrouvé après mon appel a 21 h . Mesquinerie d'une mini bouteille d'eau minérale "Métro" offerte waouh ! pour une nuitée à plus de 300 euro + un déjeuner au restaurant gastronomique + un room service du soir . Room service où la moitié des plats étaient oubliés dont le pain 3 tranches tout de même , quelle farce pour une Salade jambon à 24 euro. 5 étoiles ? Plus jamais . Le petit déjeuner n'avait rien d'exceptionnel , fin à 10h mais à 09h 45 il reste un croissant et 2cm de truite fumée . L'orange pressée est mélangée à une sorte de poudre . Non pas d'effet magique , pas de générosité . Pour finir Il serait temps de changer les matelas de piscine dont certains sont tachés . En bref le lieu est exceptionnel mais on a la même vue en randonnée après tout .

• Vladislav (3/5): Cet hôtel est idéal pour ceux qui ne voient pas les problèmes évidents sous leur nez. - La nature, les montagnes. J'ai eu du mal à dormir et les oreillers étaient inconfortables. Nous avons payé plus de 500 euros la nuit, et cela ne les valait pas. Cet hôtel est loin d'être un 5 étoiles. Le petit-déjeuner se limite à du pain, sans omelette ni porridge. Le quartier est plongé dans le noir complet après 21h, ce qui rend les déplacements difficiles, et il n'y a pas d'éclairage public. Le restaurant a servi une salade contenant des larves de vers, dont certaines vivantes. Le personnel est mal formé et certains employés sont impolis. La salle de sport ne dispose que d'un vieux tapis de course et d'un vélo, rien d'autre. On trouve des ongles d'autres clients dans la salle de bain et le ménage est négligé.

Personne n’est à la piscine, impossible de commander à boire ou des snacks, l’eau citronnée en libre service était épuisée et personne pour en remettre Voiturette électrique disfonctionnant sans support Le plus décevant a été le restaurant bistronomique d’une qualité très moyenne !!

Otopark’a otomobilinizi bıraktıktan sonra size bir buggy veriyorlar ve tesis içinde buggy ile dolaşıyorsunuz. Doğanın içerisinde enfes bir ortam yaratılmış. Özellikle güzel bir havada restoranda tüm gün oturabilirsiniz, öyle bir manzarası var. Restoran olarak sürekli farklı şeflerin olduğu akşamlar oluyor. Menü çok kısıtlı ancak olan her şey çok lezzetli. Hayatımda yediğim en lezzetli deniz tarağını yedim. Kahvaltı da her şey lezzetli ve güzel bir menüsü vardı. Açık ama ısıtılan bir havuzu var. Gelirken mayo getirmeyi unutmayın :).

Le menu découverte du restaurant gastronomique, qualité des produits et attention du personnel. Petit déjeuner très bien. Bravo ! Un peu déçus par la suite que nous avions réservée compte tenu du prix. De l’espace certes, mais un manque de caractère et d’attention dans la décoration, laquelle manque de partis pris et de chaleur alors que tout est là pour en faire un lieu singulier. Literie assez moyenne.

• Joanna (10/5): - The setting is stunning, with views of mountains and valleys. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard with antique furniture and stylish bathrooms. The view from the terrace and pool area was spectacular. The pool and it's setting was beautiful. My grandson's favourite thing was the little golf buggies which you could get around the quite spread out site in. The breakfast was very good but was not included in the price which pushed the cost up considerably.

The beds, the pillows, for a 5 stars hotel they could do better than 2 single beds put together with a thick seams all around, they need foam mattresses.
• Nick (9/5): Paradise for a Real Country Escape - We had booked here for 3 nights, and loved it so much, we stayed longer! This was honestly the highlight of our trip to the Basque country! Not sure what we did to deserve it, but we were upgraded to the most incredible apartment with walk-in closet, office, lounge, huge bedroom and TWO bathrooms - one with a double shower and the other a full bath. Just sheer luxury. The decor is French country, really classic and clean, balanced with beautiful antique pieces. We had a large patio overlooking the mountains and close to the pool. A delight to wake up to (and admire the bright stars at night)! We had dinner twice at the restsurant, and loved it all. The staff really make this property what it is. The times the restaurant was not open. We went a short way doen the hill to a local restaurant, which was perfect. The pool is nice and big and the jacuzzi such a treat. There is also a sauna, but we did not use it. The breakfast is wonderful. Dont miss it. Homemade quiche, tarts, Basque cake.... yummy!!!!!! All in all, this is now our number one destination, and we cant wait to return. Relax. And repeat. Thank you to everyone for the memories. I gave this a 9 only because we missed the full hotel feel, of being able to order food and drinks by the pool. The area has nice flavoured water for guests... but no staff or phone to order. Not a deal breaker, but we did miss it. Also if the restaurant is closed, you cannot order food, so we needed to go out for that. Very small things, and we were personslly phoned before and advised... so the hotel really does warn you. For us it was no problem, but just plan ahead a bit if this will bug you.

Eco-friendly- electric caddies for use inside the property, between different locations. Poor Wi-Fi. Restaurant closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday lunch. Finally we dined there in one evening. Unfortunately was there a group of 12 very noisy and laughing…But we enjoyed the high quality and presentation of dishes.
