Sun (1/5): 방 사이즈 10평? 될까말까 30평이라고 거짓정보 세탁기 절대 없음 - 위치 Scam Listing – Completely Ruined Our Trip This place is an absolute scam. The listing was completely misleading and false. The actual apartment was less than half the advertised size, and there was no washing machine inside — a major reason I booked this place. Instead, there was a laundry facility in the basement run by someone else, and I had to pay extra just to do my laundry. Completely unacceptable. The space was advertised for up to 6 people, but in reality, even 3 people could barely fit. Once we opened a few suitcases, there was no room to walk. It was claustrophobic and poorly maintained. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The whole place felt unfinished, unprepared, and unprofessional. Because of this disaster of a stay, my entire Seoul trip was ruined. I was tired, frustrated, and stressed out every day because of this horrible accommodation. This was not just disappointing — it was infuriating. Do not stay here. I regret booking this place more than any other travel experience. This host should not be allowed to list properties.
Corin (5/5): Worried - It was close to a lot of restaurants and the subway, the person in charge answered fast. It was not clean, there were stains on the beds. We didn’t get the room that we paid for and when we got there they said we had to pay even more because the room was ”upgraded” but it looked even worse than the room we had chosen.
L (8/5): Very good - Lived how the apartment had toilet paper, trash bags etc available. The laundry machines in the basement only took app payments, so we couldn't use them

Alejandro (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing place! Location is perfect if you are looking for a lively neighbourhood and easy access to the metro to visit Seoul. The apartment isn't very big, but is a comfortable and perfect place for relaxing after a day of sightseeing
Gita (4/5): Disappointing - The room is not the same as it shown on the listing, the host didnt want to throw the garbage, we need to throw it by ourselves and we need to separate it correctly if not there will be fines of 300.000 won, the location is great, but didnt recommend to comeback

Fadzil (10/5): Value for money, excellent location and excellent service. - The location is everything. Very convenient, very accessible. Love the fact that they have an elevator and it is near the train station that goes direct to the airport. Response was very fast every time there was an issue. Very accommodating and very helpful. My unit didnt have a washing machine as per listed but it was not a big issue.
