- David (10/5): Three bedroom apartment in quiet spot - Three bedroom apartment within 15 minutes walk to old town center. Restaurants downstairs and nearby. Great shower with hot water. Washing machine. Clothes drying stand. Good kitchen. Youtube on TV. Nada
- Marta (6/5): Very loud area, not a good place for a quiet stay. - The apartament is very spacious and has 3 separate bedrooms. It has a small kitchen and one bathroom. It’s located close to the city center. We didn’t expect to have a huge party right in front of our windows. The party began at 10pm and finished 4am - we were completely tired and couldn’t sleep at all. Also the second night was terrible, the appartment is located just above two very crowded bars. If you look for a quiet place I don’t reccomend it. I also think that we could have been informed by the owner that they built up a party tent right in front of our appartment - I wouldn’t choose this place then.
- Javier (8/5): Great place to stay but noisy - Location, flexibility, the house is big, the mattresses are good. The heating is warm air, it is very noisy due to 2 bars downstairs, the kitchen could be better equipped
- Jean (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Great location and convenient for bars and restaurants. Extremely spacious spacious apartment (it has three bedrooms, not two as shown). The hosts had left plenty of spare towels and bedding. Communications were answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again if in Valencia The noise at night but this can be expected in a city centre location. A kettle would be a great addition as would some instructions for the heating and wifi

The apartment is super super big, can easily fit 5 people. We were able to do the check in way earlier without being charged any extra money. AC in every room that worked well for heating purposes.

- Mino (4/5): We had to move the bed to the living room so we could sleep - Good location in the city center The property is big enough : living room , 3 rooms It has only 1 bathroom There is a bar downstairs in the building which is very loud at night , it’s very hard to sleep with the noise.
