• Eduardo Kulik (9/5): Hospedagem confortável e localização excelente. - A anfitriã Silvia é extremamente prestativa, gentil e atenciosa, sempre pronta para responder com rapidez, esclarecer dúvidas e ainda dar ótimas dicas sobre o local, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Viajamos em família, com duas crianças, e ficamos muito confortáveis no espaço, que se mostrou prático, agradável e acolhedor. A localização é realmente excelente, permitindo fazer muitas coisas a pé, o que torna a experiência ainda mais especial e conveniente. Além disso, a rua conta com diversos restaurantes próximos. Ao abrir a janela, é possível sentir os aromas da comida de Florença, o que cria uma atmosfera encantadora e autêntica, fazendo com que a experiência se torne ainda mais memorável. A rua onde fica o apartamento é charmosa, e transmite sensação de segurança, o que nos deixou muito à vontade durante toda a estadia. Foi uma experiência muito positiva, em um lugar que reúne ótima localização, conforto e a hospitalidade de uma anfitriã realmente dedicada.

L'Appartamento andrebbe rinfrescato E alcuni elettrodomestici rinnovati
• Rosita (8/5): - Posizione strategica, proprietaria gentile. Letti comodi ma rete rumorosa a ogni leggero movimento. Consiglio di cambiarle. Odore di cucina nella camera a causa del ristorante ubicato sotto l'edificio, cambiando gli infissi probabilmente si risolverebbe il problema. Segnalare alla signora delle pulizie di non entrare in camera e iniziare le faccende al check out se gli ospiti sono ancora presenti anche se in ritardo (di poco) Al massimo sollecitare l'uscita.

Éramos 4, el sofá cama no es cómodo, no encontré todo lo que necesitaba para servir el desayuno (servilletas, cucharas, papel toalla) El departamento está sobre un restaurante y siendo lo bonito que es hay demasiada bulla y olor a comida. Otro aspecto que no es el mejor es tener que pagar en efectivo (lo dice al hacer la reserva )y en teoría no suena tan mal pero en la práctica tener que cargar efectivo no es para nada cómodo

Silvia gentilissima con il check in e tutto super preciso e puntuale. Consiglio assolutamente per vivere la bellissima città di Firenze a due passi da piazza della Signoria e ponte Vecchio che dista pochissimi metri. Spero di tornare ancora una volta per la città e per la posizione perfetta della casa. Unica cosa che migliorerei, inserirei la possibilità di avere anche una macchina del caffè con le cialde (tipo nespresso) Solo questo da suggerire

Keep in mind this is more of an “Air BnB” kind of stay, but checking in was easy with instructions and staff assisting with letting us in the building the first night. Staff was excellent and communicative; I could not have chosen a better place. Thank you!

Ana was the host we had to meet for paying. she was rude, impolite and careless. she was screaming at us like it was our fault the apartment was not what we expected as we saw on the pictures.

She was very kind to leave some amenities for us such as water, cookies, and some yummy nespresso pods! Since you are in the middle of all the action, you’ll hear all the late night party goers coming and going.

The bed sheets and pillows did not smell good and I wondered whether they were washed every time. Also, the coffee machine was broken and when I used it, it spilled all over.

Found a fabulous little restaurant on our last night - if you go down the side of the building and turn right, it's on your right. The shower is a little small and dark with doors that don't quite meet but it does the job, and it wouldn't stop us from returning!

• Katherine (10/5): Excellent stay and I would stay here again! - Excellent location. Fast Wi-Fi. Very comfortable for our family with 3 young kids. Easy to check in with a lock box. Check out is payment in cash, which is rare having to get that much. The lady who met us though was very nice.Good communication on WhatsApp! Mosquitoes in the unit. :( No windows open. Also being in the city, the alley we were in was very noisy. The garbage truck came multiple times a night every day we were there (3 nights).
• Delia (7/5): Great location, shabby chic style, very accommodating hosts - Walking down the stairs and through a courtyard, we were in the very centre of Florence. All necessary equipment was available and in working order. It helped us save money on food, which in Florence is anything but cheap. Provided treats (coffee in various forms, sweets, etc) exceeded expectations. Obviously these people care for their guests. Aesthetics reminding of 1980th taste for plastic and glitter. Most of the facilities and handy work were of modest level. The toilet seat was wobbly, the table was wobbly, the gaps around the bathroom door frame, etc. So if you appreciate the shabby chic style, than this place is for you.

You only pay for the location nothing else. - The location was great. the apartment is above a restaurant and all the smell of it was all over apartment. We couldn’t open the windows in the toilet. It was smelling bad all the time, was impossible to sleep. The mattres and the pillows were terrible, they were old we were having severe neck pain and back pain. It wasn’t clean at all, your couldn’t walk around the house without your shoes. it didn’t have any flip flops to walk around the house. The shower was small and very old. You pay at the and 20 € cleaning fee and there was not a cleaning daily or a cleaning at all. There wasn’t enough towels. We didn’t meet the staff, we are not sure if there is any. Overall it was old and needs immediate renovation. You only pay for the location nothing else.
