• Julie (6/5): Appartement adapté pour un court séjour à Menaggio - Localisation idéale, beaucoup de lieux accessibles à pied facilement. Calme la nuit malgré la proximité des restaurants. Cuisine assez petite. Malgré les ventilateurs, difficile de rafraîchir les jours de canicule.
• Alan (2/5): Our week in lovely Menaggio was ruined by the above issues - Wonderful location & views *putrid sewerage smell for a week which staff tried to hide with room sprays *disorganised, unattractive kitchen with junk everywhere *poor lighting & tripping hazards in foyer & stairs *ineffective host who denied the above issues *uncomfortable sofa in lounge w old unappealing cushions *cupboards & shelves with unwanted odds n ends *chained sideboard in living room
• Margaret (6/5): Would not stay again. - Location was brilliant. No power points to plug in the fans. No dish cloth. TV was not plugged in or set up. Asked to check in before the check in time of 4pm but this was declined. The room was obviously ready before 4pm this is just poor customer service when an early checkin is asked for but it is declined even though the room is ready. 4 pm check in is too late especially when check out is 10am! No lift and many stairs. Easier to stay at a hotel for 3 nights than to deal with damage deposit and late check in.
• Johanna (10/5): Amazing, we loved our stay there - It’s an amazing location, with an exceptional view if the lake The sleeper couch is not really comfortable
• Maxim (7/5): Perfect location and view at lake - Perfect view at lake Como and pier with yachts, perfect location. Also we found a compliment box in kitchen, which includes water, cookies, a bottle of very fine white wine and some little things. Dark staircase, annoying and hard smell of “home fragrance” which caused headache among some guests and didn’t disappear even after 3 days. Looks like owners tried to hide smell of “old housing”.

• Kirstin (9/5): Fantastic location in Menaggio with unbeatable views from every room! - The location and the views from all windows could not be beat! Fantastic!!! Great local team- nice welcome box of goodies! Loved it! The kitchen could be a little more better equipped for cooking, but we got by!
• Karen (7/5): Ok - Big property once you found it Difficult to access information whilst traveling, it assumes you have capability to download large volumes of instructions. No wifi facilities which is a surprise given amount you pay and no air conditioning either
