- Athanasios (10/5): Spacious river-view room, friendly staff, great location by Chain Bridge. - Hotel Traveler is in an excellent location right next to the bus terminal and the Chain Bridge, putting everything within a 10-minute walk. The room was incredibly spacious with a beautiful view overlooking the river, and the entire property was kept very clean. To top it off, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. It was a fantastic experience all around.

They waited me on airport 1h after midnight, smile and pleasant behavior, I was feeling really welcome in Kutaisi. Communication with owner was great too. Definitely for recommendation! The hotel also has its own driver, and they offer organized tours, which was a fantastic experience. Everything was arranged on time and very smoothly, including our transfer to Tbilisi. They were also very flexible with breakfast and prepared it earlier upon our request, which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ιδιαίτερα άνετη και ευχάριστη. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με χαμόγελο. Η θέα ήταν πανέμορφη και προσέφερε μια αίσθηση χαλάρωσης σε κάθε στιγμή της ημέρας. Επιπλέον, το ξενοδοχείο παρέχει υπηρεσίες μεταφοράς, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μου πολύ εύκολες και βολικές. Ένα ακόμη μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα είναι ότι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημαντικά σημεία της περιοχής, κάτι που διευκολύνει ιδιαίτερα τη διαμονή. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

El hotel cuenta con un servicio de recogida en aeropuerto por 15 euros/unos 30km, lo que facilita mucho si se llega de madrugada. El ruido. El hotel se encuentra ubicado entre dos calles por las que transitan coches, acusándose más a partir de las 8 am. Recomiendo llevarse tampones en caso de no estar acostumbrado al ruido. No hay persianas. Sin estar lejos del centro, sí que es cierto que hay hoteles mejor situados pero el precio no es tan bueno.

Также предоставляется бутылка воды. Я останавливалась здесь два раза. В первый раз в ванной была бутылочка под умывальником без надписи — я подумала, что это мыло, но точно не было понятно. Было бы хорошо, если бы все средства были подписаны, а сами упаковки — либо небольшие одноразовые, либо большие с дозатором на стене. Во второй раз уже был шампунь, а мне лично не хватало геля для душа.

Although booking says it is possible to have breakfast for 20 lari, this is not really the case - they do not serve breakfast, however there is a bakery nearby where you can buy fresh pastries.

I took a private day tour with a driver to Prometheus cave and canyons. I highly recommend! Also they organised an airport transfer for me with the same driver. This is also a great option. The hotel manager and staff were very nice and welcoming. The toilet seat refused to stay open, but I saw this in many places in Georgia.

I booked this hotel so randomly right after cancelling my first pick due to the owner saying she was unsure about the checkout timings. But boy I'm glad it happened! I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat to anyone going to Kutaisi. It was super clean, peaceful and with a river for a view, you can't go wrong with this one! Good hairdryer which is rare in many hotels. Overall it's good for the price and I would stay here again. The room was a bit cold at night even with the AC on for heating. Also it was a bit unusual to not have 24/7 reception at a hotel but the manager is reachable through WhatsApp.

The level of hospitality I experienced here was beyond exceptional. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me with an early check-in, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. Despite being the only guest in the hotel due to the off-peak season, the staff remained fully present and attentive to ensure my comfort. Their dedication was truly heartwarming. What impressed me the most was their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. When the bidet in my washroom started leaking overnight, I woke up to find the floor full of water. Without hesitation, the staff manually dried the entire floor using towels, putting in hard work just to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced. Their genuine care and effort left me in awe. The manager personally checked in on me multiple times, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such personalized attention in a hotel, and this level of service truly sets 3 Star Hotel Traveler apart. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kutaisi. The combination of warm hospitality, dedicated staff, and exceptional service makes it an absolute gem. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like family, this is the place to be.
