• Guest (2/5): Перемыть там все, включая за мебелью. - Расположение. Очень грязно. Полотенца и белье пахли. Пришлось все сразу стирать. И потом еще раз стирать, но полотенца все равно пахли. Полотенце для рук было только одно. Когда плпросили еще, то хозяйка ответила ерунду.

• Maria teresa (1/5): - La posizione della casa, la casa di una sporcizia vergognosa, da ufficio di igiene. Escrementi di piccione e peli nel lucernaio. Si poteva scegliere se stare senza aria ad agosto o aprire la finestra sul lucernaio infestato. Guardare per credere! Una delle tre stanze della casa era caldissima e non era possibile aprire la finestra, in quanto affacciava su un piccolo pozzetto di luce completamente ricoperto di escrementi e peli di piccione. Lenzuola bucate e mucchi di vecchia polvere sotto il letto, in compagnia di fazzolettini sporchi, ciabatte, cotton fiock,. L’unico split dell’aria condizionata non forniva aria alla stanza in alto, situata troppo lontano. Ho chiesto un ventilatore e mi è stato negato. Eravamo in cinque e nella casa ne sono rimasti tre. La mia amica ha pulito tutto da cima a fondo. Sono dovuta scappare in hotel per respirare e avere igiene e aria condizionata. Il proprietario ha proposto di rimborsarmi una notte, io ho chiesto di rimborsarmi un terzo del soggiorno, non ha mai più risposto. Anche Booking non mi ha aiutata, ha solo creato un contraddittorio mediato con il proprietario poco disponibile senza trovare una soluzione né economica né come sistemazione alternativa. One of the three rooms in the house was extremely hot, and it wasn't possible to open the window, as it overlooked a small well of light completely covered in pigeon droppings and hair. Hole-filled sheets and piles of old dust under the bed, along with dirty tissues, slippers, and cotton swabs. The single split air conditioning in the house didn't provide air to the room above, which was too far away. I asked for a fan and it was denied. There were five of us in the house and only three remained there. My friend cleaned everything from top to bottom. I went to an hotel after the first night, simply to have air, hygiene, and air conditioning.

• JUSTINE (10/5): Génial - Bonne communication avec l'hôte qui est très aimable. L'emplacement est géniale, en plein centre ville avec des transports à proximité. L'intérieur du bâtiment est joli et l'appartement est très fonctionnel.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a great location, very clean, excellent condition and management was very accommodating throughout the trip if we had any questions. Would recommend for anyone to stay there.
• Lee (10/5): Very good host and stay - Reka was very helpful and communicated very well. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Personal choice but the bed downstairs would have preferred a "real" mattress rather than a sofa bed, but that's just a preference.
• Anonymous (10/5): A quiet place for a couple - The apartment is very peaceful close to the center but far enough to be quiet, the neighbors were very friendly and the local prices were very affordable Besides that on every corner there was a convenience store nothing

Very good Very nice flat, with lots of modern appliances to us Good location and if i return to Budapest, this will be the place that i will choose Thanks Reka!
• Milica (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the apartment was not so far away from the city center ( 20min walk). It was quite clean and the furniture was comfortable. First of all when we arrived at the apartment we noticed that WiFi was not working, we couldn't find the WiFi box at all to be able to check, we contacted the owner but she told us that there was some kind of internet provider issue. We stayed 3 nights and she wasn't able to fix that. The second big issue was heating, the air-conditioning was dirty and full of dust (filter was clogged) and it could not heat up the apartment, it was very cold since it was the end of December. In the second bedroom was a small air heater but it was also broken. We contacted the owner about that also but she just replied - oh that's not good news - and did nothing to help.

In a quiet, safe neighbourhood and very close to 2 metro stations and tram The apartment was spacious and laid out smartly: one bedroom is accessible via a staircase and overlooks the living room The host was friendly and responded swiftly The apartment is in need of some repairs; there were some power outlets that looked loose, one step was missing from the staircase and the window in the master bedroom did not have the curtain rod installed
• Sophia (1/5): Not a good experience - Espaço bem dividido. The host could be more honest and kind. I had to left the apartament with one day of stay and let her know. I asked for the amount that I paid for the entire week and she tried to convince me that she was now responsible for the house, even after try to charge me more money via WhatsApp because I was travelling with a friend. The world doesn’t need people like this. Avoid it! The house is in a shared ground floor with some weird plants.

• Andres (10/5): Exceptional - Great Location. 2bedrooms. In a quite neigborhood. If you go by car you need to look for a place or parking lot.
