- Rosa (7/5): - Pulizia, comodità letto, bagno Poco funzionale come appartamento, si tratta di una stanza d’albergo con piccolo angolo cottura, tavolo piccolissimo per mangiare solo in balcone, no vista mare ma vista su strada molto rumorosa fino a tardi per incontro gruppi giovani, molto distante dal mare e non così vicino al centro

- Tim (4/5): It was okay and I wouldn’t explicitly advise anyone against it, but overall it was rather disappoint - I really liked the location of the accommodation. It was ideally situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea. You can easily walk to the city center, there are supermarkets nearby, and a small beach is just a short walk away. The location is truly excellent. I also found the bed personally comfortable. Unfortunately, our bed was not clean. The blanket smelled unpleasant, and there was even a plaster from previous guests stuck on it. The stove didn’t work properly – before each use you had to reset the fuse, which the staff was aware of. The toaster also didn’t work. The room had no dining table, only a very small desk (about 30 cm wide) under the TV, which was more suitable for office work. There were no chairs for dining either. Since we were two people, we couldn’t even sit and eat properly in the room. Having a kitchen is of little use if you end up having to eat your meals in bed because there’s no proper dining table with chairs.

- Karolina (3/5): Overall it wasn’t that bad but will not book again. Hope the owner will improve cleaning and hire some cats to hunt the - Building with good potential. Super close to city center if you use the high stairs next to it. Comfortable bed. Spacious. Sea view (but with other building in center) Toilet was smelling badly all the time like it was moving the smell back from severs (?). Internet mostly didn’t work. A cockroach came to our room which I had to kill and I hate to kill anything so this made me super sad. No cleaning throughout the stay and no change of linen (one day we asked the lady that was around there and she gave us a change of towels) - on the page there is info „Linen and towel change every 3 days - Cleaning every 3 days”. No spare toilet papier, no spare trash bag and I recommend taking some kitchen cloth with you and a pan because the pan in the apartment is maximally scratched and you cannot cook on it. Sea view was not as good as in pictures of the room we booked - front was totally covered by building in front. Hard to find parking space.
- Laura (10/5): - A legcsodálatosabb szállás ahol idén jártam. Elképesztő kilátás csodálatos szoba. Egyszerűen mesébe illő, modern, parkolóhellyel is rendelkezik. Nem volt lehetőség takarításra, 5 napra foglaltunk, nem tudtuk hova tenni a szemetünket ami nagyon zavaró volt az utolsó nap végére.

- Antonis (5/5): I may say decent place but for 2 people and very athletic. Dont expect to find parking space - The only thing I liked was the view from the room balcony I was expecting a 2 rooms space and it was just 1 space for 4 people. Also I was expecting to have parking space but there were 3 slots available for 7-8 rooms (I dont know the exact number). No host just Whatup messages and Viber which were blocked as phishing attempts. Very poor communication. Also it is mentioned as near to city location while you have to be very athletic to cope with the hill walk. No you cannot walk to the city.
- Giorgia (9/5): Struttura elegante con vista mozzafiato! - Struttura molto bella e moderna, nuova e elegante con vista mozzafiato. Parcheggio libero ma non privato. Abbiamo alloggiato in 3, la camera era spaziosa ed essenziale con un bel balcone con vista direttamente sul mare. La doccia è spettacolare, enorme! Il bagno invece è separato, perfetto per ottimizzare i tempi. Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro di Rethymno centro, un po’ lunga la strada per arrivarci a piedi. Purtroppo non era presente neanche uno specchio grande, se non quello del bagno. Eravamo in 3 e c’erano solo 2 sedie quindi se decidi di mangiare in casa è un po’ scomodo anche per via del tavolo piccolino.
- Pauline (9/5): Bel appartement de luxe à Réthymnon - Chambre très confortable, que ce soit la literie ou la taille du lit, spacieuse on peut facilement disposer nos affaires. La cuisine et le frigo avec un compartiment congèle sont pratiques. La salle de bain est pratique avec le toilette et lavabo d’un côté et la douche de l’autre. Belle terrasse avec vue sur le couché du soleil. 3 places de parking devant l’immeuble et quelques stationnements aux alentours. Emplacement à 15 minutes du centre-ville, des commerces et restaurants. Le rooftop est appréciable pour les couchers de soleil. Le ménage global est très bien de bonne qualité. Le fait de ne pas avoir de clé est vraiment agréable. Hôte réactif qui recommande des bonnes adresses. Manque d’équipements : gel douche (uniquement du shampooing), pas de poivre, ni de sel, ni huile d’olive, pas de fer à repasser, vaisselle limitée Je recommande d’aménager le rooftop avec des chaises, tables, transats et peut être même une piscine ou un jacuzzi. Vue depuis la terrasse altérée par un poteau électrique et la maison d’en face (photo de l’annonce était la terrasse du 3ème étage nous étions au 1er)

The owner shall consider changing the check out later than 10am, considering that the next check in is at 5pm... We asked for more time to leave due to our children being ill, but we received a negative response.

- Lise (6/5): mooie douche jammer van de netflix en handdoeken en personeel - prachtige douche De netflix werkt niet en er werd niet geholpen. We verbleven 6 dagen en kregen geen nieuwe handdoeken wat voor dat geld minimaal was! Geen reactie gekregen op het personeel gek!!!

- Sara (7/5): Da migliorare! - Struttura nuova, arredata con cura, letto alto e spazioso, angolo cottura fornito di macchina del caffè, bollitore e tostapane e altre poche cose per cucinare. Ho apprezzato tantissimo di aver trovato la spugna nuova per i piatti. Balconcino privato con stendino per i costumi. Aria condizionata presente e funzionante. Self check-in comodo e intuitivo. Parcheggio disponibile se non davanti la struttura ma comunque nelle vicinanze. Vicinanza al centro, noi abbiamo sempre utilizzato l’auto. Non ci sono appendiabiti per le asciugami in bagno o nella stanza, non vi alcun gancio per appendere qualcosa. Wi-Fi non funzionante. Nella doccia la finestra non ha oscurante alle 6 di mattino entra piena luce nella stanza. Poltrona inutile in camera, ma assenza di un tavolino per poter anche far colazione, in balcone c’è ma bisogna portarlo dentro perché al mattino è esposto in pieno sole. Al momento della prenotazione ho chiesto in modo specifico le modalità del cambio asciugami e il servizio pulizia. Purtroppo ho dovuto scrivere e insistere per avere entrambi, peccato.
- Iva (9/5): Superb - There’s plenty of parking, the view is beautiful, and the facility is clean and feels brand new. The communication with the staff was smooth and friendly. Everything was tidy and cozy. Some amenities were missing, such as a drying rack and the remote control (though it was provided after we requested it). The stove stopped working on the second day, and the room lacked a proper table and chairs, as well as hooks for towels in the bathroom. Our room didn’t have a balcony, but there is a lovely rooftop terrace with a stunning view, which was a nice bonus.
- Basilis (5/5): Passable - The facility was new , modern, well spaced , comfortable with a good view and a spacious veranda. The facility was considerably close to the city centre and we usually walked. We had absolutely no interaction with the host in person, only communication was via messages, and that was scarce too. I had one phone conversation as there was a mix up with the floor and entry code to the apartment of our stay and I was told to communicate only via messages and avoid calling.If there was the possibility of getting clean towels and sheets we weren't informed, so we spent 8 days with no change of towels and no way to clean them. We were also not informed about additional toilet paper so we purchased them ourselves and we also had to dispose of trash ourselves. It is a shame really as the facility itself was quite satisfactory. The service though was practically non-existent.

Booking.com gave us the wrong room when we selected upgrade and the host was just amazing in helping us get the room and view we wanted first! The host is amazing and so is the property - booking.com was the worst Nothing just booking.com giving us the wrong room
- Predrag (10/5): Magnificient apartment on magnificient location, for recommendation. - Wonderfull modern apartment on great location (cca 15 minutes walking to old town), perfect sea view from balcony, very clean and spaceous room, free parking in front of apartment! Exellent value for money👌🏻😊 Really nothing can we complain about. Everything was perfect!

There was a beautiful view high above the water. Easy access to old town. Parking on property. The kitchen wasn’t stocked very well. No frying pan to cook an egg. Not very close to a beach. The roof of the building in front of balcony blocked part of our view.

- Tony (8/5): Good but could be better. - The apartment was very comfortable and in a better good location close to the old town with great views. Bed was comfortable and the parking was easy. Having a lift was also a bargain!! The apartment was very comfortable although the shower floods the room every time you have a shower. Also the room could be better equipped- there was only 1 breakfast bowl, no tea towels and very little in the way of basics such as sugar etc.

- Gabija (6/5): Not great - The apartment has a great view through the balcony. The bed is very big and comfortable. Every time you take a shower the water gets to the apartment area, because there is nothing to stop water from leaving the shower area to the bedroom. When we first came in the apartment had sand all over the ground, so the ground probably was not cleaned properly before we came in. When we came in we couldn’t find the TV remote anywhere, after asking for the remote for several times the cleaning lady came in after 2 days to give us a new remote because there was no TV remote in the apartment. We stayed for 3 nights, 2 of those we had no TV remote even though we have asked for it on the first day. When we tried to cook our food in the kitchen the hotplate was not working. It was on but it was not heating up.
- Qazal (5/5): It was ooay - Very clean, someone came to clean everyday and provide new towels. The accommodation sleeps 3 people to 4 people but the shower is completely open and visible to everyone. I would understand if it was a couple’s room but it is not. It was the most uncomfortable and awkward thing. Glass doors for the shower and no door for the bathroom area.

- Jill (7/5): Will be great when they iron out the new property glitches, but great value for money - Brand new, spacious inside and out, great air con. Very very comfortable beds. Good shower. Great views. Walkable distance to the Old Town - even if it was a bit of a climb on the way back. Good parking Hob stopped working on day 2, no remote control for the tv, no coffee machine. Some unfinished parts of the apartment- I think it had only just been finished in a hurry. Only one set of clean towels over 4 days, no bin bags provided (or kitchen bin). WiFi worked spasmodically.
