JORGE (7/5): Buena - El servicio de todos los empleados desde que llegas hasta que te vas es espectacular. Es una cultura del servicio muy bien lograda en toda la ciudad. Los precios son muy buenos en general, la comida del hotel es muy buena. El transporte es facíl de tomar y las distancias no muy largas. 30 min. aprox a los templos. Inicialmente nos tocó una habitación con problemas de olores en alcantarillado. (el baño olía muy mal en algunas horas). Pero nos quejamos con servicio al cliente y nos asignaron de inmediato otra habitación sin ningun problema. Fué mucho mejor la nueva habitación sin recargos.
Thomas (8/5): I come sure again back - The Staff in Rembrandt Residence were very nice and friendly and tried to fulfill all our wishes. Thank you very much. The Staff by the poolbar from Rembrandt Hotel and the Mexicano Restaurante Autentico,they were unhelpful and didn't even ask us if we wanted to order anything in 45 minutes. The six employees were more interested in small talk than in taking care of the guests.

בכר (7/5): - חדר ממש גדול לא ציפינו לכזה גודל וזה היה מעולה. צוות המלון שירותי מאוד. קרוב לקניון טרמינל 21 שזה קניום גדול עפ מלא דברים. חוץ מהקניון המיקום דיי מרוחק מהרבה דברים מרכזיים בבנגקוק ומצריך נסיעות ארוכות.

The breakfast buffet was on the other Rembrandt building nearby and one of the staff managing the pork station was really very rude with the guests showing his attitude for no reason!

Mélissa (8/5): Je recommande rembrandt résidence malgré les 2 points négatifs - L'hôtel est idéalement bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, ce qui rend le séjour agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le bruit de la clim est malheureusement horrible au moment du coucher ce qui gâche la qualité du sommeil car les lits sont confortables. Et petit Bémol nous étions 3 dans la chambre ce qui était prévu mais tout est prévu pour 2 personnes.

Mirifix (8/5): Helt ok - Rommene var store. Vi hadde junior suite med koblet rom til. Aircondition i alle rom. Daglig rengjøring og påfyll av vann. Stort kjøleskap, mikro. Rommet var ekstremt gammelt, så gammelt at det aldri ser rent ut. Badet var ganske falleferdig. Aircondition var enten full guff eller ingenting. Og rett mot sengen og fjeset.

Igelström Larsson (7/5): Bekvämt boende mitt i city. - Läget, poolen, trevlig personal och bra frukost, bra wifi. Att man behövde gå till en annan byggnad ganska långt för att äta frukost. Det fanns k het poolcafe på plan 11 och det var aldrig någon som städade och höll efter runt poolen. Tråkigt också att poolen mestadels låg i skuggläge.

Eigenlijk niks behalve dat ik de laatste ochtend uit mijn bed getimmerd werd: reconstructies pand ernaast. Kan gebeuren.

Olga (10/5): Замечательный отель с отличным расположением - Всё было отлично. Большие апартаменты с кухней и гостиной. Большая ванная комната с хорошей сантехникой. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки в соседнем здании. В номере было чисто, мебель достаточно свежая, уборку и воду предлагали каждый день. Отличное расположение, рядом 2 станции BTS, Asok вроде поближе. В пешей доступности Икея :) -

Jasmi (7/5): Hyvä sijainti ja aamupala - Sijainti ja hotellin kuljetuskyyti oli loistavat. Uima-allas kiva, vaatisi tosin hieman päivittämistä. Saimme vaihdettua myös huoneemme helposti, sillä ensimmäinen ei vastannut varaustamme. Aamupala oli erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen! Asiakaspalvelu ja henkilökunta oli erinomaista! Remontoidussa huoneessa oli paljon pieniä torakoita. Olen yöpynyt Bangkokissa kymmeniä kertoja, missään ei ole ollut näin paljon torakoita. Niitä löytyi myös hammasharjasta...ensimmäinen meille annettu huone ei myöskään vastannut varaamamme huonetta. Se oli aika vanha ja kulunut huone suhteessa hintatasoon.

In my previous stay, my room had a bathtub. For this stay, the same size room did not have a bathtub. Also, no hot water in the dimly lighted standing shower bathroom. No detergent was provided for the washing machine.

AC was somehow the challenge, I was struggling to set it up in a comfortable way to sleep but had to press on/ off during day and night time. Please fix it - it was noisy, no proper cooling, it either makes too cold or too humid.

Chen (7/5): נחמד מאוד, לא מתאים עם ילדים קטנים - החדרים מרווחים וגדולים מאוד המיקום מעולה שחדר האוכל נמצא במקום אחר המלון לא באמת מתאים למשפחות! 1. כתוב בבוקינג שיש שירותי בייביסיטר בתוספת תשלום, מסתבר שעובדות משק הבית הן אלו שעושות את הבייביסיטר ומחתימים על חוזה שאין לתבוע את המלון על רשלנות. נשמע לי הזוי 2. אין ארוחת ילדים 3. כשרציתי להאכיל את הילד בחדר לא הסכימו לי להשאיל כיסא אוכל מחדר האוכל לשעה 4. מיטת התינוק לא נכנסת בחדר ונשארה בסלון
Kazzy (4/5): Sadly I won’t go back. Thailand even for 3-4 stars accommodation is usually clean. This place is neglected sadly. - Location is great. Staff were friendly. Please owners clean the residences up. The whole place needs updated. Check the rooms before guests go in to see if things are working and cleaned properly. Not the staffs fault they were very accommodating over things that weren’t working. Cockroaches in the kitchen I’d say coming up through gaps under the sink. Overall it’s a great location but lack of management. Pool lounges broken, no bathroom plug. Kitchenette hob wasnt working. Wheelchair was broken. The residences is very affordable and as a local said to me guests keep coming so I guess why change anything 🙈😬
