- Verenice (3/5): - I didn’t like the fact that the lady from the morning breakfast would go and clean everything I touch including with the people I was and she didn’t do it to the others which made me mad and angry that I told my family never again ! We will not book here . As far as the rooms we didn’t have no tiny essentials like shampoo, soap, or even toothpaste.

- Antonios (8/5): Everything in general, was okey - Was good,I didn't like the breakfast very much.very unorganized and poor Breakfast
- Mark Anthony (3/5): Staff are okay, bfast is okay. Needs a lot of improvement with the room cleanliness - Not crowded The room are smelly, i cant explain the smell. And it's like dusty, i have asthma and had been coughing my whole stay. My kids started coughing as well right before we left the hotel.
- Dulce (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend it to no one - Nothing really Everything! Their was ants in the pool the girls got bite so many times we had to leave… our shower was left on bc the handle didn’t turn it off all the way… if we checked out early we had to pay extra
- Michael (10/5): Very pleased, will stay again and have already recommended Comfort Suites to others - Much better than I expected. I have had some bad luck with discount motels of late. While Comfort Suites was not the cheapest, it was much less expensive than other area locations. I was only staying one night so I figured I could put up with what ever I encountered. Everything was far above my expectations. Facility and room were very clean, neat, well appointed, and comfortable. Staff was friendly & professional. I did have the complimentary breakfast and it was very good. Nice selection, eggs, sausage, and tortillas for breakfast tacos were hot, flavorful, and plentiful. Several juices and coffee were all good. I will definitely be staying at Comfort Suites for any future travel needs Nothing. Everything was excellent and well worth the price. Only slightly more expensive than Motel 6 or Super 8 and far superior in every facet. Room was large with comfortable beds, an extra room with couch and chairs, nice sized TV with great selection of channel options, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron w/ board. Plentiful towels in the bath, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Shower water was hot almost immediately and had a strong stream, something I prefer.
- Jaymie (8/5): Our stay ultimately was just fine and we would stay again. - The bed was super comfortable and my son loved the sofa sleeper. Our room was clean but the desk chair looked like someone found it on the side of the road. The end door going outside did not lock there was tape over the door lock so anyone could get in at anytime without a key card.
Breakfast was not terrible but not good.
- Tracy (2/5): Disappointed - Staff No working shower
Air conditioner didn't work
- Patti (9/5): -
- Beatrice (9/5): -
- Bryonna (1/5): I would never return!! - It seemed to be a nice property but the people they allowed to stay were ratchet!! We had a terrible situation and they rectified that immediately that was great. The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The hallways were filled with people going in and out of each other's room. Someone knocked on our door and communicated threats. We left the property immediately.
- Amy (5/5): We bowl travel league and decided to stay here. The facility was clean but the girl behind the counter was not friendly. - Clean The girl behind the counter wasn’t friendly and told us they didn’t take cash when they clearly did
- Uleta (8/5): Wasn’t bad and met my needs - Breakfast was ok. The bananas were great the juice wasn’t over sweet and the coffee wasn’t too strong. The room was clean and well stocked. And the halls were clean and tidy. The water didn’t get hot in the shower, there was a dead wasp in the window sill that had been there a while. The curtains didn’t close (like the outer dark ones) the sheer ones did but the morning sun was bright.
- family (7/5): Comfortable nice bed nice office room but bathroom need work . - loved the bed it was amazing the water had a drip only took a shower once water was cold got warm not even hot.
- John (9/5): Nice, comfortable room - Staff was help full, clean room, clean building as a whole I didn't like storage freight blocking a lot of the parking
- Irving (8/5): -
- Carlos (8/5): - La ubicacion Qe no funcionaba el gym y qe no tenian agua natural para tomar en los cuartos
- Vento (8/5): - Location I saw some Computer chairs in very bad condition. I think they really need to be replaced. Also room had a some what bad smell. Maybe the carpet. Also the room phone not working.
- Faith (1/5): - Price and location There was no hot water in the morning or at night to shower with. The TV you had to program your information. So we couldn't watch anything. The air conditioner didn't work.It felt like it was on fan all night. The refrigerator wasn't cold either.
- Juanita Villegas (9/5): Satisfecha - Amplios espacios El desayuno fue algo pobre y poco variado
- Rose (9/5): - Location, friendly staff, breakfast.
- Clarissa (4/5): - Smelled like mold immediately when walking in. Huge hole in the ceiling across from the front desk with mold around.
- Rafael (10/5): - Very nice place friendly staff 👍
- Melissa (10/5): - The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable.
- Tammy (10/5): - The hotel was perfect. Great price and clean. The only thing it needed was better hot water. The water was luke warm.
- Tim (2/5): Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed the night in - Hotel smelled musky from entering. Staff attentive and respectful. Room also spelled musky. Definitely not well maintained. In desperate need of a remodel. The picture of the desk chair I will attach. Should give you the impression of my room.
- Travis (6/5): - Paid for the room ahead of time and booked for two days, knowing I’d be getting in late on the first night of the booking. At the time of check in I’m told they did an audit and my room was cancelled. How is the room I prepaid for canceled? I didn’t reserve it… I paid for it knowing I’d be getting in during the middle of the night. The woman assisting my check in was very kind and helpful. The woman assisting with my check out was nasty and had an attitude with me immediately. Acted like it was my fault for not checking in before 2 a.m. As if I have a curfew or something.
- Bryant (10/5): -
- Zamayra (10/5): - The rooms were clean
- Stephanie (10/5): - Staff was very friendly, nice rooms, decent breakfast
- Alba (10/5): - Clean
- Monica (4/5): - AC did not work properly. Bathrooms were old and dingy.
- Denise (8/5): - When you walk in to the hotel it has a weird smell that is not pleasant. The breakfast could also be better. They really don't have a lot of options and once breakfast is closed they even take the coffee away which sucks.
- Rauf (4/5): I will not stay again there. Room smells bad (like humidity). AC works fine but it did not help - Location The room had a strong unpleasant odor. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, the new room also smells bad.
- Katrina (6/5): Not as happy as last time - Stayed in room 220. The room smelled very musty. The shower kept dripping and the lock on the door was loose and missing screws. The pillows were terrible and we woke with stiff necks. We overheard the person in the room next to ours say they had mold.
- Houston (4/5): Decent. Not sure I would stay there again. - Good location. Pool was dirty. Ants in the room. It was hot in the room.
- Adriana (8/5): - Comfortable beds, clean and shower was great.
- Danny (8/5): Everything was good - You know what to expect from comfort suites. Everything was fine.
Please bring down the carts so they are available when you need them.
- Irving (9/5): -
- Susanna (10/5): - We arrived very late and the front desk girl was so friendly and welcoming and prompt!!! For the money and a quick stay the room was so big and comfortable!!!!
- Luis Horacio (10/5): - Everything was good
- Maksym (10/5): - Super
- Kurt (6/5): Overpriced - The property is okay but overpriced. The property is tired and needs upgrading, e.g. my desk chair surface was half worn off. The breakfast was okay but not great.
- Jessica (1/5): -
- Lauren (8/5): - Quiet and comfortable but the ac could have worked a little better
- Dykeisha (2/5): Stay here only if it’s a last resort. - The front desk accommodating when there were problems with the room. The property needs a deep cleaning. As soon as you walk in the building there is a musk smell and also in the rooms. There were roaches and water bugs in each room that we tried, and mildew on the sofa in the room. The room was not cleaned at all. Hair was on the floor and in the tub. Crumbs were found on the each sofa bed that we checked. The curtains were mildewed also in each room we tried. The breakfast was bland. Sausages looked like they were just heated in a microwave for 2 minutes. The waffles and syrup had a weird taste too. I believe the machines need to be cleaned.
- Daniel (10/5): - Really clean
- Bruce (10/5): - N/A
- Kimberly (2/5): - Homeless people hanging around and ac & tv did not work. We received no help from the front desk.
- Irving (8/5): Very good -
- Angela (8/5): - Great stay. Great service. Clean.
- Jason (8/5): - Here for business. Nice enough hotel but needs upgrading. Pretty clean and staff was accommodating. Not many choices in Ennis.
- Irving (8/5): Very good -
- Ofelia (4/5): - There was no hot water, the blinds did not close all the way.
- Maksym (10/5): - Super
- Jessie (10/5): - Very clean and good staff
- Rachel (8/5): - My only complaint is it was a little musky in the room, but didn’t take long to go away once the ac was turned on. We had a king bed with sofa bed. They didn’t provide the sheets and blanket for the sofa bed. There were 3 of us. I think that should already be in the room or provide at check in.
- willie e. (10/5): - No issue, Great staff and rooms excellent.
- Brad (8/5): - This property looks good on the outside, but it is in need of repairs my room had unfinished ceilings and mildew smell everywhere.
- Michael (6/5): - Overall, the hotel seemed to be nice, but it did have a weird smell
- Randy (2/5): - The first room had a terrible smell. Also, the toilet didn’t flush. So, they changed rooms.
I don’t know how it was possible, but the second room had worse problems than the first. The shower was black with a filthy mess on the tub. The refrigerator had a putrid smell. The room smells awful. I went to the front desk and complained again. I wanted a refund, and I was not going to stay there. They said a refund was impossible. So, I packed up and found another place to stay. I lost time, money and was completely exhausted and frustrated with the whole situation. I will never forget that experience. WORST Customer Service experience ever!!!!!!!
- Irma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jerry (6/5): - it was extremely loud at night
- 884delt (2/5): The Comfort Suites in Ennis, TX is the worst hotel experience you can hope for, sincerely. Don’t stay here. - The first hotel room had vomit on the floor. The second room had a broken A/C and plumbing. I can’t recall a worse hotel in Texas. Forget maid service or cleaning.
We checked in on May 23rd and discovered something foul smelling on the floor of room 107. We should have left, but instead I told the front desk and they moved us to another room, 212.
Initially, things seemed better. But the A/C slowly died throughout the night. We left the room and went to our event and returned and the temp in the room was 80. I notified customer service, no reply. We thought we could tough it out because it was so late. We were wrong.
I forgot to mention, the toliet does not work very well. And maid service was non-existent.
I have notified everyone I can. I doubt they will make it right. At this point I just want to warn everyone else off. If you want a miserable hotel experience, this is the place. Avoid at all costs.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The air conditioner seemed as if it was going out. At times it would not blow out any cold air,I had to mess with control panel to get it to come back on. My husband and I had to do this several times through the night because the room would get very hot.
- Tracy (6/5): - Had to initial several lines upon check-in stating I understood all of the hotel policies. Almost made it feel like a by the hour motel.
- Donita (5/5): Passable -
- Tanya (8/5): Very good - Staff were very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was good! Kids enjoyed swimming almost everyday but the last 2 days they closed the pool and said it needed to be cleaned. Rooms very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer available was a plus! Nice quiet hotel that is very family friendly! Last 2 days of our stay the pool was closed, they said it needed to be cleaned. Fitness center had no functioning cardio machine.
- Orval (9/5): Superb -
- Dawson (9/5): Superb - clean and pleasant
- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent Hotel - Decent property and comfortable enough for a short stay.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointed - The hotel room bathroom toilet wouldn't fill up and we kept having to open the lid and mess with it. The pool was green, and full of leaves and bugs.
- Perez (1/5): I will never recommend this place to friends and family. - As soon as we walked into our room and sat on the sofa fleas immediately began to jump on me and my children. After calming my kids down I was finally able to go downstairs and explain the situation. They were able to give us a different room on a different floor. Thanks god this room did not have the issue our last one had but the water to shower did not warm up at all leaving us with no choice but to take a cold bath. The ac in the room was not working properly as well.
- Kaitlyn (4/5): No hot water for bathing - Needed to shower myself and 2 children and the water never got even warm. Horrible. Also waited over 15 mins for a waffle… there was a baseball tournament in town so a lot of people staying there and if you are going to have that many people you need more than 1 waffle maker.
- Russ (6/5): - Ok, but the rooms on the highway side are very noisy all night.
- Carolyn (10/5): - I travel to Texas as much as possible to see my kids and grandkids. I won't stay anywhere else.
- Benjamin (8/5): Nice for business - Nice stay for business but the WiFi is spotty.
- Hawkins (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was good but selections were few.
- Kyle (10/5): - Great clean place.
- Chad (8/5): - No hot water the whole time we were there. Only very, very vague lukewarm. Absolutely terrible for showers and bath.
Other than that, everything was good
- Tonya (10/5): - Large rooms, clean and friendly and a decent breakfast
- Luis (8/5): Great value for the price - Nice stay for the money … clean and comfortable
- Kimberly (8/5): - We thought our room was great and very clean. We tried to check in 20 minutes early and the girl st front desk made us wait til exactly 3:00. Several of us had gathered there with all our luggage waiting to check in. It was odd!
- Amy (10/5): - The place was pretty and clean and the beds were amazingly soft. The only problem we had is the tv. Most of the channels wasnt working.
- Emilio (10/5): - Good
- Carolyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pedro (10/5): Excellent - It was very clean and very comfortable and I enjoyed the stay and my daughter had a safe shower in handicap upgrade
