But very noisy - Location was perfect for me, it was close to the Galway university where I needed to be for a competition. And close to the coach station too! I had room number 1 and that’s next to the door. I could hear every time the door was opened. Some guests would slam it behind them at 3 - 4 am at night. Walls very thin. I could follow conversations that people were having in the kitchen from my room.

Muren zijn erg dun, dus veel lawaai als er ergens in het gebouw een deur open gaat of wc doorspoelt. Om 3u 's nachts zat er iemand te bellen in de keuken, het klonk alsof ze langs ons bed stond. Prijs-kwaliteit toch wel zwaar ondermaats! €160 voor 1 nacht in een bed ter grote van een twijfelaar... Rotslechte nacht dus voor toch best veel geld...

• KayleenIZ (10/5): Quiet and cozy place with an excellent shared kitchen. - This place offered nicely appointed rooms with comfortable beds. The place was quiet and other guests were quite friendly. The shared kitchen was large with lots of dishes and each room came with a dedicated mini-fridge. It met our needs for the one night we stayed. Overall this place was great. The bathroom was smaller than expected. We were able to find a spot, but the parking was limited.

Troppo piccola, il letto è meno di una piazza e mezzo, il lavandino del bagno è così piccolo che non riesci nemmeno a lavarti le mani e tutto con un odore di muffa insopportabile. The shared kitchen was well appointed with a fridge for each room and plenty of cookers / ovens and kitchen utensils. It's convenient to Galway city centre in a nice area. There are bus services a mixture across the road and there's about a 30 min walk to the city centre. Nothing to dislike about this place

House was about 2.5 k to the city...bus stop across the road. The bedroom was tiny...2 single beds as requested but no where to put your clothes or even hang up your coat or store a small bag. No hooks, hangers or shelves. A very hot night so left bedroom window open but some crowd of lads outside the front door chatting for well over an hr... disturbed our sleep...despite shouting down to them for quiet...that was at 1 am.

Probleme um alles und bat auch um Mitteilung an den Hauslord). Betten bequem. Ausstattung relativ neuwertig. Bequeme Betten. Busstop in der Nähe. Gemeinschaftsküche mit eigenem Kühlschrank, gratis Tee, Kaffee und sogar Cerealien und Milch. Gute nutzbare Waschmaschinen und Trockner inklusive Tabs für wenig Geld (5 Euro insgesamt). Individueller Zugang über frühzeitig kommunizierten Türcode. Es handelt sich im ehesten Sinne um eine Unterkunft für Arbeiter auf Montage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Connemara Region. Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht und kamen in der ersten Nacht erst sehr spät an. Das mittlere Bett hatte auf dem Laken einen ekligen Fleck (sah aus wie Blut), so dass wir eigene Kleidung darüber legten. Bettwäsche roch in dem und dem äußeren Bett irgendwie chemisch. Das hat in der ersten Nacht für großen Verlust von Schlafkomfort geführt. Jeder hatte nur ein großes Handtuch. Duschgel fehlte (Shampoo und Conditioner waren aber da).

• Michaela (5/5): Gute Lage, aber das Zimmer hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt - Gute Lage.Bushaltestelle (Bus404) fast vor der Haustür. Die Strecke in die City ist auch zu Fuß gut zu bewältigen. Es gibt einen Weg durch das Univiertel. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab beinahe alles, was man für ein einfaches Frühstück braucht. Küche war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer Nr.1 ist winzig. Für zwei Personen eindeutig mit einer Person überbelegt. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Im Bad ist uns gleich schon der Handtuchhalter entgegen gefallen. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat,sollte dieses Zimmer meiden, da es direkt neben der Eingangstür ist. Man hört die anderen Gäste kommen und gehen, aufgrund der Lage des Zimmers.

• Mohamed (10/5): Ett bra och bekvämt boende med en fantastisk hyresvärd, men tyvärr inte lika trevligt bemötande av städpersonalen. - Boendet var rent, välutrustat och bekvämt. Jag uppskattade verkligen att allt fungerade smidigt och att ägaren/chefen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Städerskan var inte så välkomnande och kändes lite dryg. Det gjorde att jag inte riktigt kände mig bekväm i hennes närvaro.

Very noisy people staying there kept me awake at night, my children also waking up several times. The heavy fire doors were being slammed, they had no consideration for other guests. Somebody shouted at people to get out of the hostel and be quiet. Very disturbing.

• Michelle (8/5): Clean and comfortable one night stay. - The location is really easy to get to and had free off road parking in the driveway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was simple and compact. The kitchen well equiped. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed, shower was great. The room itself and the kitchen were both SUPER clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The only thing I can really complain about is the lack of sound proofing in the room, although this is being nit picky as I understand with some buildings it sometimes can't be helped. In saying that the noise from the kitchen + other guests settled out early and the house quieted and we had a great sleep.

• Jerry (8/5): It was a place to sleep out of the weather for the night - This is an interesting place, and it suit my needs OK. It is a self-catering establishment so you get a code, get in the front door, find your key, and get to your room. It was OK for my needs as I arrived very late, soaked to the skin from riding my bicycle in the rain for hours. Since there is no staff on site, I had to sort things out for myself, which in this case involved figuring out how to secure my bicycle, sorting the kitchen, carrying my luggage to the third floor, etc. The kitchen is well-appointed. This is really a dormitory style self-catering establishment. I had a room with three single beds. This is in a student area it looks like, and it would more suit someone coming into town for a few days and buying their own food to cook. For a traveler looking for one night's lodging, it doesn't provide much more than a bed.
