• Patricia (9/5): Fantastic staff, lovely terrace and balcony views. Wish we'd stayed longer! - The staff were so warm and welcoming - truly wonderful people! They were able to accomodate our request for the two rooms to be near each other or connecting. One of our rooms (as planned) had a lake view balcony that afforded a fantastic panoramic view of the lake since the hotel is located up on the hillside. The rooms were quite spartan, however they were very clean, in great condition and included everything we needed. The pillows were not to my liking - quite flat and firm - but that's a "me" problem. I'm sure I could have asked if there were other pillow options, but didn't.

• brigitte (9/5): on est conquis dès le premier regard. - la vue en panorama sur le lac de Come, belle terrasse, facile d'accès, belle piscine, hôtel un peu suranné, mais c'est ce qui fait son charme à l'italienne. la gentillesse de tout le personnel, le restaurant est excellent, le calme loin de l'effervescence des villes touristiques et pourtant situé dans une ville de renommée du Lac. nous avons pris tous nos repas sur place, ce qui n'arrive jamais pendant nos vacances, la carte est super, proposition d'une demi-pension mais trop copieuse pour nous. j'ai entendu parler de leur minestrone excellent, et j'en ai parlé, le lendemain je l'avais dans mon assiette, fabuleux....belle ambiance familiale, tout le monde parle français. besoin d'être véhiculé, car éloigné du centre, mais on a qu'une envie: rester sur place! parking sur place en sous-sol ou à l'entrée de l'hôtel. rien

The place seems specialized in welcoming 50+ guests, which is great, but if you are looking for more dynamic evening, you better drive down the hill.

Man kann auf einer wunderschönen Terrasse sitzen und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Das Abendessen war zwar nur mit einer kleinen Auswahl - zwei Menüs mit 3 Gängen - aber dafür sehr gut!!! Wieder regionale Speisen und sehr hohe Qualität. Der Pool auch mit tollen Blick auf den See. Man kann das Auto in einer Garage parken - dort auch E-Lader vorhanden. Das Personal sehr freundlich - sprechen viele Sprachen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nur zu empfehlen!!! nichts!!!

L'unico appunto: per scendere in paese bisogna prendere la macchina o fare una lunga passeggiata in discesa (che ovviamente diventa in salita per tornare in albergo).

It is way up the mountain, which is great for views, but make sure to have transportation ready. We rented Vespas. Live like the Italians!

• Jack (10/5): The warmth of a family run hotel with spectacular views - Well appointed very clean room with a large bathroom. Lake view from balcony was amazing, really amazing. We spent hours on the terrace watching boats on the lake while drinking cappuccinos. The owner went out of their way to assist with transport to surroundings. Hotel restaurant food was authentic and delicious, and they catered for allergies. Breakfast had a wide selection and eggs-your-way to order. Walking from the bus stop to the hotel with luggage is terrible - hire a taxi or ask owner for a lift.

• Jacob (7/5): Nice for the view. - Great view from the room. Nice breakfast. The owner expecting you to eat dinner in the hotel and seems to be very unhappy when we decided to eat outside. Dinner starts really late and based on a fix menu with relatively high price. Parking was good and nothing to do around the hotel.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice hotel, were there at the end of August 2024, main reason why we choose it was pool with great view on lake, but when we arrived to hotel, we were supprised with location, beautiful garden and place itself. We felt like we were in our own Villa and not in a hotel, it was very cool to rest near pool. The hotel has its own underground parking, thanks to which the car did not heat up in the sun and the hotel area looked neater. Wonderful friendly staff, a beautiful room with its own entrance to the garden, where you could put up sunbeds and relax while admiring the beauty of the lake. In the morning there was a wonderful breakfast on the terrace of the main restaurant. Unfortunately, we were only in this hotel for one night, but we will remember it for the rest of our lives.
