Fiona (8/5): - Cute Spanish style place with a pool. Pool was quite busy with lots of kids. Kitchen is well appointed but need icecube tray to make juices. Provided fans for the rooms which was needed as it was quite hot in the room. The location is by a street that is quite sketchy at night. My husband had a couple of interactions that he said he felt worried and came back to the hotel. The sheets on the single beds did not stay in place. It would be good to have a table and chairs near the kitchen as well as around the pool. At times the pool tables were being splashed by kids and there were smokers so another area to eat would be good.

Casi no hay presión de agua en el baño. Las cortinas dejan entrar mucha iluminación y no puede uno descansar de la luz de los pasillos El parqueo tuve que pelearme casi para que me dejaran un espacio dentro porque afuera no me pareció seguro dejar el vehículo. La piscina tenía el agua como estancada no le vi sistema de bombeo encendido para que limpiara el agua

Cindy (9/5): Overall really good value hotel - Very pretty hotel, clean, comfortable & well-maintained. Rooms are a good size & have good quality bed linens, pillows, towels (unlike many of the cheaper hostels & hotels in Nicaragua). Nice well-maintained pool & pool area with nice spots to sit in the shade or sun. Definately very good value for the price. My biggest complaint would be the noise from the staff & the noise in general. The rooms are all built facing the pool courtyard where people hang out visiting, swimming, watching stuff loudly on their cellphones without using ear buds, so at times it felt quite loud & busy even in our room. That's not really an issue staff can control - other than maybe requiring people to use headphones in this area... But my biggest issue was the noise from the staff themselves. The reception desk is at one end of the open courtyard area, & the cleaning staff hang out spot (there seemed to be constantly people around sweeping & cleaning) is on the other side of the courtyard area (both down very short hallways). In both cases, staff sit in these 2 areas throughout the day watching stuff loudly on their phones. Anytime we sat outside our room, we could hear the various TV/You Tube shows/social media content that staff were watching. I found this extremely disruptive, especially as this is something within the hotels control. Requiring use of earphones would be such a simple fix!

We could leave our backpacks after the check out time. One of streets next to it might seem a bit sketchy at night. During the day it is ok.

Johannes (10/5): Hier wird Sauberkeit großgeschrieben - Super preisleistungsverhältnis. Bequeme Betten und saubere Zimmer. Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Küche. Schöner Pool. Das Personal hält die Unterkunft ständig sauber, es wird gefühlt den ganzen Tag darauf geachtet, dass alles gereinigt ist. Das hat uns sehr beeindruckt.

The shared kitchen for reg rooms is a bonus and the private kitchen with the a - 4 of us travelling together, the three bedroom fully equipped apartment was perfect and very affordable. Most of the staff are very friendly. Good location, everything is close enough for walking. The pool is always clean and a welcome respite after a morning/afternoon outing. I cant think of any negative points to this hotel… I also stayed here last year and was happy with it then too.
Rene (6/5): Insgesamt eine solide Unterkunft, die genau das bietet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Sehr gutes Hotel mit einem wirklich stimmigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist praktisch und man kommt gut überall hin. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber absolut ausreichend und verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, was bei den Temperaturen wirklich angenehm ist. Auch die Küche ist ordentlich, sodass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann. Besonders schön ist der Poolbereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass alles sicher und abgeschlossen ist, sodass man sich hier jederzeit wohl und gut aufgehoben fühlt.
