• Caroline (10/5): - Tolles Gästehaus, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, richtig heimelig und zum Wohlfühlen, Gastgeber extrem nett. Frühstück sehr speziell, es ist alles angerichtet und im Glaskühler bereit. Jeder kommt und bedient sich, alles ist frisch. Es war wirklich toll und alles beruht auf Vertrauen.

• Ashleigh (8/5): Lovely stay in Dingle - Beautiful location that is within walking distance to the town. It is in a more quiet area of Dingle, away from the busyness. The views are beautiful! Rooms decent sized and clean. The breakfast was a disappointment for a B&B, wish they had some hot and fresh options.
• Tara (9/5): - This is a lovely place to stay, with exceptionally kind, informative, and accommodating staff. They also offered a great breakfast with fresh fruit and a wonderful view. It's just far enough out of the main downtown area of Dingle to have easy access/parking, while also being a walkable distance to all of the good pubs and downtown shops. Highly recommend!

• Inken (7/5): Bay view over Dingle - Nice view over the bay, parking, heating was turned on during the chilly night Breakfast option extra (only continental); quite a bit of walk to the centre, therefore a bit overpriced (but it is Dingle, a tourist hotspot). Bed too hard for me (but that may be personal preference).
• David (10/5): We spent only one night at the Lighthouse. The host is congineal and knowlegable of Dinge/ - The Lighthouse is an easy walk to Dingle and then to the Dingle Peninsula. Breakfast was convenient in the lodging. Everything was very nice.

• Tina (8/5): Beautiful time in Dingle with a kind and helpful host. - The location of the property is just outside of the town, 15 minute walk. The view from the breakfast room is beautiful. The selection at breakfast although buffet is very good. Dermot made us his special porridge which is not your usual porridge, and is stuffed full of delicious berries and bananas. Loved Coco the non-resident cat who is a character and made us laugh every day with his antics. Beautiful village to stay in. Our favourite in Ireland We didn’t have a view from our room as we were at the top with a dorma window but it was ok as we didn’t spend much time in it. Also would have preferred a separate shower rather than a shower in the bath.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the stories he shared – it gave the whole experience a very personal and memorable touch. His recommendations were also spot on and really helped us make the most of our time. Breakfast was a highlight: the porridge was absolutely delicious, topped with fresh fruit and prepared with great care. A perfect start to the day. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Overall, a wonderful experience – we would happily come back.

• Sarah (10/5): Great family room just outside the centre of Dingle. - We had a spacious family room which was very comfortable for us and our two teens. Dermot is a very gracious host and provided lots of helpful advice. It is an easy walk into the centre of Dingle, and despite unfortunately grim weather it was a quick pop down and back for dinner and pubs. -

It wasn't full when we were there, but the noise traveled through the halls so it could be a problem if all the rooms are full. The bed was smaller than expected, and not terribly comfortable. We did not do breakfast, as it was quite spendy for a continental breakfast.
• LoraMarie (4/5): Kind owner/manager but do not recommend - The Lighthouse is in a nice location in Dingle. The owner/manager was kind and gave helpful tips on places to go and things to do in the area. Parking was tight and not very plentiful. The breakfast was not as advertised or explained to us. We were told there would be hot items (hot porridge) but the only items available each morning were a minimal selection of pre-packaged yogurts, cereal/granola, croissants/bread, and fruit. There was coffee machine where you can make your own coffee but it wasn’t working properly the second morning. The croissants/bread were not refreshed during our stay and the fruit had started to turn bad.

• vladyslava9 (10/5): A wonderful stay with a beautiful ocean view, a cozy room, and an incredibly kind host - Our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately, our plans changed and we spent veeeery little time at the property, but we truly enjoyed every moment we had there. We had a special request regarding the room, and it was kindly fulfilled, which we really appreciated. We had a room with an ocean view — absolutely beautiful. The shower was comfortable, the bed was very cozy, and the whole room felt warm and inviting. The house itself is simply incredible — like something out of a movie. The owner is very friendly, sincere, and kind. We are especially grateful for his help, for welcoming us despite our late arrival, and for organizing a small tour for us. We would absolutely love to return and stay longer next time to fully enjoy the experience and explore Dingle and all the beautiful places in the region.

Dermot is a top notch host who goes well beyond expectations to make guests comfortable and happy. More clothes hangers or towel bars would be appreciated for those clothes and coats that get wet in Irish rain!
• Laura (10/5): - The place was so clean, easily accessible with clear instructions. The lighthouse was a super close walk to the main town which was perfect! Such a beautiful space with a gorgeous view over the harbour. We were up early every day so didn’t get to meet the hosts but they were easily contactable and again it was an easy place to get keys and make ourselves at home very quickly. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again! We didn’t have any faults!

We enjoyed our one night stay. We met the host when we left he was helpful regarding our return journey. A little disorganised when we arrived, things were not ready for 3pm guest arrival, however the staff member was pleasant and welcoming. It’s an easy walk to town, however a distance if it is raining.
