• Daniela (10/5): - Locația este foarte frumoasa, pe vârful unui deal înconjurată de livezi cu măslini. Katia proprietara este foarte drăguță ne-a răspuns la toate întrebările și ne-a ajutat. Apartamentul este mobilat în stil toscan pe doua niveluri la parter living, bucătărie și baie iar la etaj doua dormitoare și o baie de serviciu. Locația este ideala pentru excursii :Florența, Siena, San Gimignano, Voltera.

• Jaan (8/5): Väga hea koht suviseks puhkuseks. - Imelised vaated, asukoht keset loodust, väga hea koht suviseks puhkuseks. Ühes toas oli suitsuhais, keegi eelnevalt toas suitsetanud. Küsis turismimaksu, kuigi sel ajal on majutusasutus sellest vabastatud (november-veebruar).

• Walter uit Schilde (8/5): Rustige en goede locatie voor verschillende toeristische uitstappen - De locatie was ideaal gelegen voor uitstappen naar verschillende toeristische plaatsen zoals San Gimignano, Siena en de chiantistreek. Het was ook zeer rustig gelegen en goed aangelegd met tuinmeubelen per appartement. Het appartement had zogezegd 2 badkamers, maar 1 was zonder douche of bad. De tuin van het aangrenzende appartement was niet goed afgescheiden met het onze zodat we niet altijd privacy hadden.

• Kris (10/5): Prachtige vakantieplek op toplocatie - Toplocatie, bovenop een Toscaanse heuvel, mooie uitzichten en heel rustig. De ligging is echt ideaal om uitstapjes te doen: San Gimignano, Siena, Firenze zijn echt vlakbij. Mooi, ruim appartement met voldoende keukengerief. Heel goed onderhouden domein. Leuk zwembad. We hebben al in verschillende agriturismos verbleven en dit is de eerste waar we moesten bijbetalen om de wasmachine te gebruiken. Wij zijn voorstander van een all-in-prijs. Airco op de slaapkamers zou een fijne aanvulling kunnen zijn. Er is wel een ventilator aanwezig.

La proximité de San Gimignano, Sienne et Florence. Le parking pour la voiture Le calme environnant La propreté ++ des lieux tant intérieure qu'extérieure, avec la tonnelle, le petit salon turquoise pour siroter un spritz ! La possibilité de laver moyennant le prix raisonnable de 6€ la machine L'huile d'olive est délicieuse et proposée à la vente en litre ou bidon... Le wifi parfait La gentillesse et la réactivité de Katia la propriétaire ! La maison est fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement car ce fut un séjour formidable en famille dans un cadre splendide ! S'il devait y avoir 2 petits bémols, ce sont : - Le manque de lave vaisselle (pas d'économie d'eau quand on fait une vaisselle pour 4, 2 à 3 fois par jour !!!) - Le manque d'un pied de parasol car pas d'arbre vers la maison J pour profiter des transats avec un peu d'ombre pour lire en face de sa maison !
• Dietmar (9/5): - Die Lage mitten im Herzen der Toskana und es war sehr ruhig. Der große Pool war super und der Garten mit del Liegen war sehr schön. Die fehlende Klimaanlage war bei uns im Juni noch nicht ganz so schlimm aber im Hochsommer, glaube ich sind die Nächte nicht so angenehm.

• Kristýna (9/5): Superb - Great location, beautiful surroundings, great price. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact there’s no coffee on site which is a norm at this kind of accommodation. I would really appreciate if there’s at least a small amount of coffee to use upon arrival. I had to go to the store right away. Everything else was great.
• Luka (8/5): Very good - The location is really great, on top of the hill overseeing the land and the other hills around it. San Gimignano is 20min ride from it. Our host was also nice, there to answer all the questions and help us around. The kitchen is well-equipped. They produce their own olive oil and wine which you can buy on-site and the prices are reasonable, olive oil is great. The object has listed a washing machine and a dryer so I was a bit shocked to learn that you have to pay for each load of laundry (6EUR for washing, 6EUR for drying). Also, heating is an extra charge before 1.11 and since it was rainy and cold when we arrived inside of the apt wasn't so warm.
• Giun (5/5): Passable - Very quiet Host is very helpful Good for a group (4+ people) The grocery store Pam is just 5 mins away by car. Isolation issues, you could hear nearby neighbor or the toilet flushing. Bedroom doors make so much noise when you open and close them. Bedroom is pretty small and the mattress is not very comfortable. Not enough wall plugs in bedroom, we have only 2 in ours and one is already occupied with the bedside lamp. No shampoo, no body wash available, remember to bring your own. Swimming pool is not heated and no bath towel is provided at the pool, you have to use your own towel. Laundry costs €6.
