- Gerke (3/5): Our stay was disappointing. - The beds was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The rooms my family stayed in there were two because we came back late the second night and the lights and outlets had no power so we changed rooms they weren’t the cleanest. There were spills that weren’t cleaned on sides of furniture, walls, and doors. The bathrooms and I mean both had mold on the ceilings because the fans did not work. Both rooms needed some repairs from wear and tear. Housekeeping walked into our room without announcing themselves or knocking, that felt very off putting. Especially knowing I had the DND sign on the door. Last thing that was a bummer is that the pool was very cold despite it saying it was heated on their website.

- Brandon (4/5): Friendly staff and good food, but safety and cleanliness concerns made the stay uncomfortable. - The staff was excellent — very friendly and went above and beyond to help. The cook was especially kind, and the food was good. The location is also very convenient and easy to access. There were some serious maintenance and cleanliness issues. The smoke detector was hanging by a wire, which is a safety concern. One of the towels provided was visibly dirty. The elevator did not feel safe or well-maintained. Additionally, the overall atmosphere wasn’t very comfortable, especially with the surrounding environment.

- Keshia (1/5): Worst hotel stay EVER - We did not stay. We were in the room for less than 2 hours and checked out. The pull out bed had urine stains on both sides. The shower had hair on the walls. There were small black spot on the bed covers. The fridge was dirty.

- B (9/5): This stay served it's intent and purpose. - Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. Water for showering was not very hot. Parking was not as amiable as I would have liked, alot of big trucks were there and parked taking up multiple spaces.

- Pam (1/5): It was horrible a living nightmare - The cheer or dance team that was there was horrible running up and down the halls knocking on my door and running off they continue being loud even the parents were loud and obnoxious it was horrible playing on the elevator and it gave out had to use stairs also the water wasn’t even hot it was cold toilet had issues flushing this was by far the worse experience of my life and at the price I was charged was absolutely ridiculous

- Alicia (4/5): Gross, not clean - Nothing The room was disgusting. The door frame in the both room had black mold. Bathroom had hair, where the toilet and the lid connect was old pee. There was a butter knife under a night stand. Air conditioner looked like it was about to fall off the wall, with exposed wires. Hallway always smelt like someone took a poop right on the floor. Breakfast was gross. The waffles were almost sour, like the batter was old. This hotel was gross, very gross. The lock/ hinges on the window to open it, were broken off. Would never recommend and will not return. We stayed in room 422

- Patrick (2/5): Horrible experience and still unable to get our money back despite not staying. - The staff was friendly and attempted to accommodate us but with a mobility challenged individual in my party, the room was simply not what we paid for and would not work. It was also not ADA accessible. There was no way to get a wheelchair or scooter in the bathroom.

- Julie (1/5): Roach motel with incompetent management. - The location was good. Near everything on the main strip. i accidentally booked the wrong weekend. The night manager said the general manager would approve a cancellation of the wrong weekend. They kept telling me they approved it, Booking kept saying they didn’t. When I called to see if I still had rooms for the following weekend, they said I did not because they approved the cancellation. Turns out they didn’t approve it, and I should have still had the rooms I paid for. They stole from me. On the weekend we did stay, the room had roaches. The pool was ice cold and had a cover missing from one of the pool filters at the bottom of the deep end - leaving an open hole. The manager is never available, and refuses to reply to my attempts at communication. Do not stay here, There are too many other options in the same area.

- Makayla (7/5): My stay was great except for the freezing cold pool - The hotel staff was amazing! The suite was the best I’ve ever stayed in! It was very clean! The pool was supposed to have been working and heated. When me and my kids went to get in the water was freezing. It was the main reason we chose that hotel so we could go swimming but instead had to sit in the room the whole time.

- Sharon (3/5): Very disappointing for a Comfort Suites. Will not return to this particular location. - Location & good breakfast. I had stayed here several years ago and was pleased at that time - HOWEVER, this time my king plus room 204 was very run down & unclean - it smelled stale and musty when you opened the door to enter off the hallway. Carpet was ragged with seams evident in bedroom area & needed to be replaced. Bathroom floor was sticky. Floor area around vanity was visibly unswept. There was a hair in the sink before I even arrived. Tub drain definitely clogged. Cooling unit generated a lot of noise & humidity. Bathroom door paint was peeling on both sides. Shower / bath mat literally had 2 holes in it. No towel rack at all.

- JaShanti (5/5): The location is very nice, but there can be some improvements. - The location and how it was conveniently placed by stores and restaurants. The hotel had a smell to it. The room also had a smell as if the carpet was dirty. This was my second time booking this within the year and the room always has a stink to it and the AC never cools the room down. In both rooms that I stayed in the AC worked, but it didn’t cool the room, even on the lowest Fahrenheit and they were also limited front parking spots.
