• Julien (8/5): - Superbe ambiance authentique servie par un édifice ancien, très bien entretenu avec une décoration parfaitement choisie car très adaptée au lieu sans jamais tomber dans le vieillot. Les chambre sont calmes, confortables, propres. L'établissement est vivant, notamment en soirée, et il très bien situé. Les chambres ne sont pas immenses même si elles restent confortables et fonctionnelles.

The location was good The restaurant was a big let down as in it wasn’t a proper dinning restaurant of an evening just the same menu as the lunchtime snack bar. The breakfast we felt was not worth the 16 euros per person.

• Stephen Charles (9/5): Very enjoyable stay, we will definitely use again if returning to Cognac. - Great location, very central and nice to use as a base to walk around town. Invited friends to the hotel bar for drinks and food. Our second stay had us in a easy-access room which was not so good for us.

Très bon accueil, personnel à l'écoute et disponible. Chambres rénovées confortables et calmes. Bon rapport Qualité/Prix. Confort et équipement salle de bains, robinetterie désuète et peu pratique. Pas de parking associé à l'hotel.

Belle décoration, Personnel au petit soin, Bon petit-déjeuner avec du choix Seul bémol nous sommes tombés sur une chambre adaptée PMR et je trouve que la salle de bain n'y est pas bien faite : manque de rangements (étagère, porte-serviette), et sol mouillé dans toute la salle de bain dès lors que l'on prend une douche

• Fabrizio (9/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Cognac - Posizione centralissima nell’area pedonale di Cognac ma a 200 mt da un parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Stanza piccolina ma arredata davvero con gusto così come il resto della struttura. Personale molto gentile.

• Sarah (9/5): Central location, friendly staff. - I had a lovely stay in the Heritage hotel, room was clean staff were lovely. Good breakfast. It is a central location easy walks to restaurants etc. I did have an evening meal - which was disappointing.

• DERU (5/5): Une étape qui a perdu tout son charme - Le charme de la bâtisse. Le calme la nuit. L'hôtel est situé en zone piétonne sans dépose minute ni parking, même les GPS ne le savent pas, donc vous tournez un temps fou avec votre voiture sans jamais trouver l'hôtel. Au téléphone, ils nous indiquent de rester là où nous sommes et de venir à pied. Sur leur site ils indiquent un parking, mais ils n'en ont pas ! Nous choisissons des hôtels avec ascenseur pour un problème de mobilité et ici après l'ascenseur vous devez monter 7 marches courtes et à pic. Un exercice pas facile. Le restaurant n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de la description sur leur site. La carte indiquée n'existe plus, il s'agit maintenant d'une carte d'encas à partager et d'un petit menu fixe très basique et sans intérêt. Pour le leur avoir signalé, ils nous ont offert une bière et un verre de vin, malheureusement, nous ne cherchions pas les "offerts" mais le bon restaurant indiqué. Des odeurs très nauséabondes remontent dans la salle d'eau.

• cyrielle (8/5): Agréable et rapide. Cognac est une très jolie ville - Couchage confortable, calme. Salle de bain PMR non demandée donc pas de paroie de douche. Non pratique car de l eau partout qui n a pas séché pendant la nuit... Et le matin, sol mouillé. Sinon, parfait.

• david (9/5): - Central location was great. Very cheap parking.close by. The hotel has been refurbished to a good standard. Our room had a walk in shower, seperatè from the toilet. The bed was comfortable with large pillows. Downstairs the breakfast room was large and airy. Excellent selection of hot and cold food. Coffee machine worked fine. Freshly squeezed oranges on tap. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. For the low price paid an excellent hotel. We will definitely visit again when passing.

• Bengt-Olov (6/5): Att komma till Cognac en söndag är att möta en helt stängd stad, svårt att hitta något att äta. - Den var ganska bra dock saknades riktigt bröd, läs grovt. Enbart vitt bröd. Restaurangen på hotellet var stängd trotts att man gjorde reklam för den. Personalen var helt okunnig om både vin och cognac.
