• Guðrún (7/5): Frábær vika við hjónin komum til Tenerife til að spila golf og njóta. Toppurinn í ferðinni var að fara holu í höggi á - Íbúðin var fín, snyrtilegt, útsýnið frábært. Fínir veitingastaðir í nágrenninu. Veitingastaðurinn í húsinu til fyrirmyndar góður matur vel framborinn og góð þjónusta. Moll í nágrenninu og frábær asískur veitingastaður þar. Einnig nuddstofa á neðstu hæðinni í blokkinni. Hefði viljað hafa aðgang að sundlaugasvæðinu. En þar voru framkvæmdir og mér skilst að sé ekki innifalið hvort eð er.

• beatrice (9/5): Vista spettacolare - L’appartamento è molto accogliente, sa proprio di casa al mare, al decimo piano, fronte mare. La mattina si può fare colazione sul terrazzo, godendo di una splendida vista sull’oceano mentre la sera il tramonto conquista gli occhi! L’unica pecca è il boiler dell’acqua calda. Troppo poca per due persone in un periodo di mezza stagione dove fuori non fa ancora troppo caldo. D’estate sicuramente non ci sono problemi! Ma questo non fa un problema insormontabile. I proprietari sono stati gentili e ci hanno supportato sempre

• Michelle (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Prachtig uitzicht. Studio zag er goed uit. Alles was aanwezig, zelfs een wasmachine. Genoeg restaurants binnen 2 minuten lopen. Bus voor de deur naar Costa adeje. Gratis parkeerplek altijd gevonden in de buurt. Soms wel 10 min lopen, maar was prima. Tip: Roca negra sunset club voor zonsondergang. Heerlijk eten! Het is een beetje gehorig. De voordeur is vrij dun. Wij hebben er niet wakker van gelegen. Maar je hoort af en toe wat. Het pand is wel verouderd, maar wordt opgeknapt. Zwembad is nog in aanbouw en duurt nog wel even denk ik.
• Milo (8/5): El sitio nos ha gustado y estaba muy bien situado, una zona bastante tranquila. - Ha estado bastante limpio y muy acogedor, con unas vistas espectaculares. La cama era mejorable, digamos que no ha sido muy cómoda, y una cosa más me llamó la atención, cuando miramos a reservar el sitio vimos que ponía fotos de una piscina enorme, y cuando llegamos resulta que estaba aún en obras. Pero bueno todo lo demás muy bien.

• Jan (10/5): Wonderful!!! Highly recommended. - It’s a very clean place and colour coordinated soothing to the eyes. Convenient and the supermarket at the entrance with fresh bread each morning is such a big bonus. Owner is approachable and accommodating. We were able to have a wonderful holiday and restful sleep each night. Towels are clean and so with the bedsheets freshly laundered. Exceptional view!! Thank you! Nothing
• Sara (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno, consiglio vivamente! - Appartamento abbastanza silenzioso, posizione ottima con spiaggia letteralmente sotto il balcone. Buona la possibilità di poter riservare il parcheggio e avere il telecomando. Cucina dotata di tutti i comfort Mancanza di una ventola di aerazione. Gli inquilini del piano superiore avevano i piedi un po’ troppo pesanti, specie la notte a mezzanotte.

Головне це вид з балкону, та розташування в хорошій локації, пору магазини, ресторани, пішохідні зони для прогулянок, де видно чудові заходи сонця. Також захід сонця видно і з балкону. До пляжу спуститись 5 хв. Нам не вистачило духовки, та прийшлось купувати елементарне: олію, цукор, сіль, каву. Було би добре це мати в квартирі.

• Leigh (9/5): Excellent position, clean, tidy apartment with excellent views. - The location is perfect for this resort with wonderful views from the balcony as it’s on the 10th floor and facing the ocean. It was our second visit after being so impressed last year. We stayed three weeks in January and the weather was wonderful. It’s modern, very clean and compact. The communication with Alex who manages the apartment was first class, before and during the stay. Would highly recommend. Even though we had a great time and was our second visit, I must say the noise in the corridor at times and lots of smoking from a neighbour on the balcony did bother us on times. Fridge in apartment seems to make strange noises during the night.

• Terri (10/5): Fabulous apt on 10th floor. - Fabulous view from the balcony ,spotless ,everything in apartment was new I didn't like the hard sunbeds at the pool if you could pay for cushions it would have been perfect ,pool area was lovely.
• Aleksandrs (8/5): With a view like this, you overlook everything about this apartment - Astonishing view, best you can get for such price in playa paraiso. Very tidy, pretty fresh interior, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, big storage space, great terrace. Plenty of good restaurants around, private pool, shortcut to the seaside, neighbours taking care of local cats. All the downsides are not that critical due to magnificent view and great Tenerife landscape! You can even see La Gomera island from your bed! No air conditioning. It does have ceiling fan and it’s pretty fresh at nights but during day time staying at the room is not comfortable. Not friendly guardia (not all of them), also feels like residents are not happy to share building with tourists. Annoyingly slow elevators, also without a/c. Not enough parking spaces.

• Nicole (10/5): Perfect - Everything was better than expected. The host - amazing. Every question was answered in a short time The apartment- outstanding. Spotless clean. The furniture/bed cozy. The kitchen all you need. The location - perfect. Quiet but close to all tourist spot. The view - one of the best we ever had. Absolutely stunning All in all - nothing to improve If there is a dislike to mention then that there had been construction work in the apartment across. Nothing in our hosts responsibility and he offered to talk to the security when they would work overtime. But as we were away the most of the day it didn’t bother us that much.

All the things you'd need for a holiday supplied. Nice and clean room. Supermarket just outside and nice tandoori restaurant. Fridge made a loud noise. Boiler was small. Tv was not really a smart tv none of the apps work.
• Priya (10/5): Exceptional - Alex was very accommodating and helpful with anything we asked him! The apartment was beautiful and had such a fantastic view from the balcony. There is a swimming pool in the apartment complex which is a nice touch. The location of the apartment is a little out from the central tourist locations but there's a bus stop 1 minutes walk away from the apartment making it easy to get to and from places. There is an array of restaurants and shops along the road where the apartment and a beach within walking distance. I would recommend staying at this apartment, it's nice and quite away from the noise of tourist locations but its easy to get to other places for the day if you wish to do so

• Andrea (8/5): Great view, budget solution for practical stay. - Amazing views and fairly cheap compared to other solutions in the same area. The apartment had most of the basics you need for a few days there. There is a supermarket next to the entrance and the bus and taxi stop is 50 mts from the door. Some of the plates were dirty with oil from the previous usage, the building is fairly old and some neighbours had dogs that barked all the time. We spent too much time inside, as we got sick the day after we arrived, so we might have looked at all little details way too much, but overall happy with the solution.

• Paulina (9/5): 3 days in Costa Adeje, then moving North (me and my girlfriend) - A very cosy apartment in a fantastic location, just a walk from the beach. Very clean, comfortable and modern with all the necessary facilities. Swimming pool available, nice restaurants, supermarkets, bars and cafes around. Good contact with the host. Easily accessible - the key was waiting in a locker with the code sent by mail. I fully recommend Ocean's Paradise.

• Eszter (10/5): The best choice for a couple in the Playa Paraiso area. - A beautiful, clean studio with breathtaking views. Has everything you need, all facilities were excellent and in a well maintained building with pool and bar. This is the perfect place to stay for a couple, if you want to be in Playa Paraiso near restaurants and bars but in general a quiet area. You can move with car or with buses (bus stop at the house) to Los Cristianos or other beaches. The communication with the host is 10/10. -
• Michał (10/5): Exceptional - + Fantastic view from a balcony (we stayed at 10th floor) and the balcony itself very nice + Hard Rock hotel accross the street with good live concerts + very nice promenade for walks and sunsets + supermarket close by + plenty of restaurants nearby (we like indian and checked 3 of them, but the only one OK is Mumbai) + car parking (5EUR/day, 50EUR deposit for the remote control) + nice tiles in the bathroom + comfy bed + no AC, but the fan under the ceilling was enough + swimming pool (however we didn't have time to use it as there's a lot to do in Tenerife)

• Chris (10/5): Relaxing stay in beautiful spot - The apartment was modern and fresh, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with the most amazing sunset sea views from the balcony. Extra touches by the host were lovely and really appreciated. The building itself has a lovely pool area, and lots of friendly folk giving you a regular 'hola!' each time you pass. The area has nice places to eat, supermarkets, beautiful walks along the coast, and close bus links to the larger areas of Los Cristianos and Los Gigantes etc, without feeling mega busy and cramped. The beach in the isn't the biggest

It has the most beautiful unrestricted view of the sea from the balcony. Super simple to check in & Alex the host was very helpful! We will 100% be back!

There is not a good beach near you .the very small cove beside you is not a beach .so you have to get a bus half an hour away .which is a pain .the sun Loungers around the pool are very uncomfortable you wouldnt lay on them for long ,heard everybody saying the same thing around the pool.and there was no were to leave your suitcase while waitingbto go home I was very disappointed 😞 with the host .he wanted me to pay him 20 euro for glasses i had broken that fell of the drying rack which they didnt fit properly but had no other way of drying them .
• Monika (10/5): Amazing holiday, very recommended. - Amazing view from the balcony, good location as it's close to the supermarket, pharmacy etc, (we were moving around the Island a lot anyway), swimmingpool, proper hairdryer, iron, 4 mins walking distance to the beach. Private parking is available and it's additionally paid but is worth taking as the street parking is usually busy. There is also a cleaning fee added to the price of the reservation. There was also a small gift from the owner waiting for us when we arrived which was very nice. Owner is responsive in case of any questions. Nothing to complain really. I recommend to take ear plugs because in some days in the evenings there was a party (i guess karaoke) taking place in the hotel nearby, however it was not hearable with balcony closed. This is rather normal in touristic places with lots of hotels and it wasn't like this everyday so it didnt bother us.
