• Cesar (10/5): I was completely satisfied with the location and the room!! - The location was excellent. The room was super clean!! The parking was great!! It was very peaceful and well maintained. I wish the price was a little bit better for a few ne night stay. Other than that the place was great for an anniversary getaway.

• Lynda (1/5): HORRIBLE - I liked the pool and the cottages looked cute from the outside. From the moment we arrived we noticed that the floors were dirty , there were hair and crumbs and my kids noticed it under their feet, the bedsheets were stained with crumbs which we have pictures and we sent it to the the office, the next day the manager came with the housekeeper and she stated that she checked the room after it was cleaned which she completely invalided my experience and my feelings of what I just told her, she must have not done a good job inspecting. On one of the days i saw the housekeeper clean the floor with a sweep covered with a towel, there is no vacuum, how does she expect to thoroughly clean with a sweep that is covered with a towel. The remainder of our stay she never came back to clean except for that one time to fix the mistake, to get clean towels again was a hardship for a family of 5 who went to the beach. Bring your own towels even to wash yourself, there is no laundry facility on site so if they are not going to give you fresh towels for the amount of money that you pay then at least provide laundry facility. There is 1 TV in the living room that glitched out constantly, no TV's in any of the other bedrooms. Not worth the price, they obviously don't know how to clean the first time , only the second time around they got it right and they have a manager who could do better when someone has pictures and is obviously telling you it was not cleaned properly!!!! Her response to me should have been an apology and make it right not go back and forth with me so we can play she said , I said :( , do you think the first thing I wanted to do when I got there was to have a confrontation? obviously something was wrong if I went out of my way and wasted my time on it. My daughter found dried mac and cheese on the floor of her bed when we first arrived. Not clean, not worth the price!!

I had a sofa with terrible stains on it. did not sit on it. no closet, just hooks. bathroom door was a slider. no locks. no complete privacy. Bed was huge, pillows were so high our necks hurt. tv was on the side wall of the bed. had to lay sideways to see it. The women who runs everything was very nice and very helpful. would love to go back with family, just dont know if i would
• Paul (10/5): - This place is a hidden gem in Cape May. The cottages have a home feel, super clean, beautiful grounds. Within a 10 minute drive you’ll be in the heart of Cape Bay, beautiful beaches, sunsets, restaurants. It’s super well located and their staff is very friendly and responsive.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Dirty, bug infested. Do not stay here! - Property was infested with bugs - ants and spiders. Dirt on the window sills and dusty and musty. Owner’s response was indifferent and told me this is expected being in the woods. First of all, its not the woods, its route 9. Second, I live in a wooded area by a reserve and do not have bugs in my house. We had to stay there for one night and were able to switch into a nicer upgraded cottage. But on our last day, the entire property did not have running water. Couldnt flush toilets or shower. We paid a substantial amount for a family weekend trip. Never again.

Location, cottage all was great. I loved the pool! Two small things i would have liked - an extra door lock to lock door from the inside would be great. I like the key pad. A nice tall mirror would be nice for the ladies, especially.

• Mondal (1/5): Overall, hygiene of the place was poor and concerning. - The location close to Cape May Cleanliness was poor. There were a chain of bugs in the corner of each wall. Many ants were also found. An email was sent after the stay to Dawn Leone requesting a partial refund and provided videos and photos, but an agreement was not found for this partial refund.
• Torres (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage had a simple elegance to it. Perfect for two people. The setting of our cottage with the other cottages with the trees and flowers and the pool made us feel like we were on a little oasis. It was very nicely kept up. The only thing would be an upgrade to the quality of the bed.

If it had been warmer we would have really enjoyed the pool. It was just unseasonably cool while we were there. I wish we could have stayed longer. • Rings (10/5): Home away from home! - Pictures don’t do it justice. The area is tucked away and quiet, the little cottages are SO CUTE and well maintained. If you want to feel like you’re at home on your vacation this is the place! We will definitely be staying here whenever we come! The tv was really small and far away so hard to see. The shower didn’t have a liner and the curtain was short so water would get all over the floor. There was no hand soap for the sink.
• Christy (8/5): - The cottage was very nice, well maintained and cozy. The front door could use some WD40!! Very loud. Plenty of parking but was rocks/gravel so hard to roll suitcases. Sprinklers were on every morning, so had to watch where you walked. But all in all, a very nice, quiet place to stay and easily accessible to all major attractions.
