• Ali (7/5): Bad bathroom and bad customer service - Living room only Bad bathroom No ac in all rooms Problem with owner he didn't give us the keys on the time I stayed long time outside and i call him too much he said I can't open the apartment after 7 pm I tell him I paid full amount he tell me sorry u can cancel the booked if I cancelling I have to pay 50% and this not my problem u not give me apartment after 7 pm and not noted this in the booking.com
• Randall (8/5): Nice new apartment, but some missing details and security concerns - Location, Size, Modern, AC, comfortable, good Wi-Fi, easy parking, host responsive, cameras in front of property. Checking in there everything was good and left for the day. When we came back the kitchen smelled strongly of fish as if was it was used while we were out, a bit weird and concerning for security. Water pressure was low and could have invested in having hooks in the bathroom. Front door building locks not working
• Paula (10/5): The perfect place in Marrakech. - The property was perfect, great location and very charming. They gave us the possibility to purchase a breakfast, and it was a great value.

• Marian (8/5): Spaceous apartment, chilly in winter - A lot of space! Big beds. Easy parking. A small grocery shop downstairs, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Good location. We were there in winter (end of Dec) for four nights and always felt cold or chilly in the apartment. The heating is just not strong enough to heat up all the space. For sun seekers: in winter there is sun on the balcony from 10.30-12 h., the rest of the day the sun is hidden by the other buildings around the apartment which gets quite dark.

• Leora (10/5): Super spacious and clean - excellent stay - This home is SPACIOUS, clean and a perfect home away from home! Convenient small shop downstairs. Loved the functional washing machine, which was much needed as a solo traveller travelling light. And I had a good choice of restaurants in the area.

• Furqan (8/5): Great Apartment Fez! Would definitely recommend! - The layout, style, space and furniture all great. They really made it feel like a home. This depends on the person and It’s not a major issue but due to the amazing weather and temperatures during the stay, the lack of air con in 1 of the bedrooms did make the nights a little uncomfortable.

• Arslane (9/5): Beautiful apartment and enjoyable stay - Very big apartment. The pictures dont do it justice. Very nice and quite area. Very close to all your needs. Shop and bakery is just downstairs on same street. The kitchen needed some pots and pans and maybe a microwave for fast reheating. Also there was a strong smell of gas in the last morning which was not there during my stay.

• Nakki_mike (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was a beautiful space, a home away from home, beautiful linen, and located in a very quiet area, with a cafe just around the corner. AC in the bedroom and lounge areas. The main access door into the apartments didn't lock and was left open all the time which didn't feel very safe, also the apartment could do with cooking equipment eg.carving knife bread knife chopping board and maybe salt and pepper washing powder, just the basics needed to be supplied. Maybe a list of cafes, stores, and restaurants in the local area. Otherwise, it's a great place.
