• YUNYUN (9/5): - 环境很不错，有冰箱可以放，有可以晾衣服的地方，也有衣架，但是这边基本不提供吹风机，自然晾干也很快，老板挺热情的，原谅我早上不辞而别没有去退房，因为退房时间写的七点，但是我们六点半就走了，所以把钥匙放在了桌子上，外面小阳台可以抽烟吹吹风，挺好的，离公交总站1有1.8公里左右，个人可以接受

• Samuel (10/5): - Comfiest bed I've had in my entire time in south east asia. Well equipped rooms, massive fridge, kettle etc. Shops and food very close by. Nice terraced area. TV with netflix and YouTube Rooms cleaned daily No complaints! Outstanding for the price :)

• Rosa (10/5): A lovely short stay with friendly staff - The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. They provide laundry service for only 20 baht for however much laundry you have, and you just hang it up to dry yourself. The location is really convenient, and the balcony is lovely
• Jonathan (7/5): Good, comfortable place to stay in Chiang Rai, not the best wifi. - Big comfy bed. Friendly staff, recommended places to eat nearby. Drinking water in recyclable bottles replaced every day. Wifi was really bad. Water pressure in the shower was bad, but was fixed the same day when we mentioned it. Hotel information mentioned a bistro serving food but that wasn’t there.

• Kenneth (10/5): A very affordable comfortable and quiet place to stay. - Januspur Court is located approximately a 15 to 20 minute walk from the bus terminal in the center of town. If you are not a walker you can easily find public transportation to the location for around 80 baht. The owner/host speaks very good English and is polite and friendly. The rooms are nicely furnished, very clean with a comfortable bed. You get all of this for a price about half of what similar accommodations in the immediate area are charging.
• James (8/5): Absolutely fine. - The owner's grown up son Jiab speaks fluent English and was incredibly helpful with a couple of problems that arose - eg my computer needing to be fixed, which he helped me to get repaired Very comfortable room. Wifi was a bit sporadic in my room, but other guests I talked to had no problem.
• Hadi (10/5): Just love it! - Easy to come, just told a Took-Took driver, and he knew the place. It was just 5 minutes to arrive the guesthouse. The place was clean and comfortable. Threre are enough useful facilites. Good WIFI signal. The convinient stores and restaurant are not far (I found that this is a kind of center of the local people, food is cheap though!). The owner and staffs are helpful and friendly. I agree that some comments said they feel like home. You did a great job, Jansupar! It was quite cold in the night I stayed. I kinda missed my electric blanket at home, but I know they don't need it here in Thailand for sure, Ha Ha Ha!
• Ketkaew (10/5): Exceptional; glad to recommend this place. - First of all, the place is so nice. Clean, tidy, and peace. There are everything I need, big bed, private clean bathroom with good quality soap and shampoo, fridge, internet, even the service laundry machine with the space for hanging after washing. The place is just close to Sunday walking street, 7-eleven, many good restaurant, amazing coffee shops (as I heard that Chiang Rai is the land of coffee beans, distributed to the whole country), tea shops. The owner at Jansupar Court is very helpful. He also speaks very good English, which might be nice for the foreign guests. Most of all, I love this place. Thanks to all staffs.

I love the provided shampoo and liquid soap in the bathroom, and so on the wash basin. We feel safe and comfortable staying here, and would love to do it again in next visiting. nothing

There was a kettle, but no coffee or tea provided, couldn't get TV to work & while there was shampoo & shower gel in the shower, there was no hand soap.

The mattress feels like heaven, good water pressure in the shower + hot water, mini fridge, working AC & fan and there's even room service every day. No complaints what so ever! We loved it, 100% would stay here again. Not directly in the center but still very walkable (15-20 minutes), perfectly reachable by scooter and very quiet due to it's location. Wifi wasn't stable but worked most of the time.

• Terry (8/5): Great place to stay! - Great value for money with a host speaking excellent english. Shower water pressure low,but for 500 baht thats not an issue! About 15 min walk to bus station and night bazaar,but again not an issue. 100 baht for a tuktuk!
• Justin (9/5): A clean, comfortable, and quiet stay in Chiang Rai a little outside of the city center. - This was a simple clean and quiet location. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and clean. Overall a very good stay. The room was spacious and came with a refrigerator and free bottled water each day. While it was quiet, it was a solid 20 minute walk into the main part of town. I like walking so that was fine. The advertised breakfast was no longer available. There are some good restaurants fairly close to the hotel. The WiFi was weak and it got worse in the evenings by 8 pm each night I couldn't get Netflix or YouTube to work at all (I was there 3 nights, so it wasn't just a one time thing). I wasn't feeling well, so I spent more time in the room than usual. I was able to stream OK earlier in the day, so I suspect that too many users were on the same router at night. While several WiFi networks showed up, I was only able to log into on (not the one for my room), so I suspect that may have been the case for other rooms so we were probably all on the same router at night. Needs a way to refuse daily room service.

• Zoe (10/5): Exceptional - We could not recommend Jansupar Court more, we absolutely loved our stay here with the family who own the facility going above and beyond for us. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The stay is far enough away from night life to get a good night sleep, but not too far away that you can walk or jump in a less than 10 minute car journey.

• Laura (7/5): Basic & clean room with all needed amenities for a very reasonable price - The room was reasonably priced, and for the money paid the room was absolutely ok: it was clean (very important to me), towels were provided, we had a fridge and even a wardrobe. The furniture & interior looks rather outdated. It is clean, but if it were slightly "prettier for the eyes", this accomodation could easily get to 8.5 stars.

• Aga (9/5): Superb - Room was absolutely fine, great value for money, wifi was ok but not super fast, owner recommended us a bike rental and we had no issues with renting a bike there without leaving our passport. Fresh water every day. Location is fine but it is not ideal. I think you need a bike to see surroundings, you should drive to the tea plantations or if you want to see some nature and local villages. To be honest, the popular night markets in the city are horrible, tourist trap... unfortunately... you can still find some nice real markets but you need a bike or taxi to get there

• Rick (8/5): Perfect hotel although somewhat distant from the city - Very clean! The talkative landlady is helpful and knows a lot. Airco was very cold. Distance to the centre was a bit too far for walking. Especially since there is no pavement or sidewalk, most of the distance.

He is really just humble, decent, calm person. Me I am not an easy person but he tried to solve all kinds of problems for me, making me feel like home. The bed is kinda hard, for me having back problems is not really good.

The location is not so good, a bit creepy at night, not very good restaurants nearby. It s better to rent a scooter to enjoy this place.

Nice owner who rented us a scooter and booked the 2-day boat ride to Laos for us (we got picked up by a van at the guesthouse and everything went smoothly). Wifi barely worked in our room so we had to sat in the hallway under the router to download some stuff 😅 (but some rooms are closer to the router).

Our room was spacious, fresh, extremely clean and well equipped. They cleaned our room everyday and provided us with fresh bottled water daily. There's also laundry service available. Location was good for us. Quiet and only about 20 min walk from the night bazar. I highly recommend this place!! The WiFi connection wasn't always great, but not a big problem for us.
