• Jedrzej (10/5): Wspaniałe miejsce !!! - Przepiękny i duży dom idealny dla kogoś kto pragnie ciszy i spokoju. Dom jest doskonale wyposażony i tak samo kuchnia. Na najniższym piętrze jest stół do Ping ponga, piłkarzyki oraz w domu dużo zabawek dla dzieci. Na tarasie grill a tak naprawdę dwa grille. Cudowne miejsce ! Właścicielka Anna to wspaniała i przemiła kobieta która z chęcią służyła pomocą. Na pewno wrócę w to miejsce !! Nie znalazłem żadnych minusów

• Dorian (10/5): Nous avons passé une excellente semaine ! - Belle et grande maison. Emplacement très calme au pieds de la montagne. Possibilité de faire de très belles randonnées à pied derrière la maison. Grandes chambres avec une salle de bains pour chacune, piscine, table ping pong, baby-foot… idéal pour grande famille ou avec des amis ! Très bonne accueil d’Anna Maria. Nous avons adoré !

• Nikhil (10/5): Exceptional Family Villa Experience in Southern Sardinia - Our group of 8 (two families with tween and teenage children) had a wonderful week at this beautiful villa in Poggio dei Pini, west of Cagliari. The property served as the perfect base for exploring southern Sardinia’s stunning attractions. The Villa: The accommodation exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout featuring 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 3 levels - ideal for our large group. The good-sized pool was a hit with all the kids, and the large wood-fired BBQ with large patio area with plenty of seating provided great option for a couple of meals together at the villa. There is gated parking available as well for a few cars. Thoughtful Host: Our host was incredibly generous and thoughtful, providing all the essentials including towels, soap, washing up liquid, and laundry provisions. We were delighted to find welcoming touches like food, drinks, and coffee pods for the coffee machine upon arrival. Perfect Location: The villa’s location proved ideal for day trips. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches at Chia, took a fantastic half-day boat trip from Villasimius for swimming and snorkeling, played golf at Is Molas, and explored Cagliari with its fascinating underground walking tour. There was a great pizzeria (La Terrazza Pizzeria Ristorante) locally as well for a couple of evening meals. This villa offered everything we needed for a memorable family holiday in Sardinia. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for spacious, well-equipped accommodation with a generous host and easy access to the region’s best attractions. There is not much negative to say, the villa is a bit far (depending on age and fitness of the group) if you plan to walk to local beaches or walk to the local shops and restaurants.
• H.C. (9/5): Mooi, ruim en rustig gelegen huis met fijn zwembad. Kleine reparaties uitvoeren en dan is het een 10 - Meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een groot gezin. Mooi zwembad met voldoende ligbedden met zowel zon als schaduwplekken. Bij aankomst genoeg dagelijkse benodigdheden zodat je niet meteen boodschappen hoeft te doen. Goede afvalscheiding in diverse bakken die regelmatig over de week worden opgehaald Voor ons was niet duidelijk hoe de doucheknop op de begane grond werkte. Meerdere stroomstoringen waardoor de airco niet altijd naar behoren werkte

• Joost (10/5): A beautiful, relaxing stay in a spacious villa with everything we needed for the perfect Sardinian summer getaway. - The villa was perfect for our group – very spacious with enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. We especially loved the outdoor area: the pool was clean and refreshing, and we used the open grill every evening to cook and eat together. It was great to be able to stay outside and enjoy the warm summer nights without any restrictions There really wasn’t anything major we didn’t like – everything was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The villa is a bit older, but it comes with authentic Italian charm that actually added to the overall atmosphere.

The hosts were lovely and the property was extremely clean and well equipped. The attention to detail (including food and drink) made our stay even better. The villa is situated in the lovely village of Poggio dei Pini, only a 25 min drive to Cagliari and a 5 minute drive to La Maddalena which has a beach. We ate at La Terazza Pizzeria Ristorante (closed on a Tuesday) which is about a 25 minute walk thorough the village or a 5 minute drive. The scenery was lovely and we felt very safe. The villa itself is amazing - very charming and has everything you’d need and more. The pool was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend more and can’t wait to come back in the future! Nothing bad to say.
