- JULIANA (8/5): - O ar condicionado do apt é bem potente. O quarto é bem confortável e o apt todo é bem limpo. Tanto seu Rivian, proprietário, quanto dona Cássia, faxineira, são muito prestativos. O condomínio fica a poucos minutos a pé do centro comercial da cidade. Fiquei seis semanas e meia no apt e recomendo muito :)
