- Kathy (10/5): Livingston wedding guests! - I loved the look and the layout as well as the furnishings.It was a plus to have the washer and drier.Great location and just cute.I also enjoyed reading the log with comments from guests and writing my own.The host supplied everything we needed. I wasn't sure when I emailed with a question about the air conditioning whether or not it was sent directly to our hosts or through booking.com.

Provided more than the basic supplies like laundry detergent, personal hygiene items (even razors!). Definitely staying here every time I visit; made me want to move here!

- Cleo (8/5): Very good - I didn't appreciate the size of the property until the sofa bed was used. Very little extra room in the "living room." It is more appropriate for a couple using just the bedroom. Slow response from the hosts to texts, and I could not contact them through booking.com.

- Dunn (9/5): No luxury hotel room can compare on features, price and enjoyment. - Very clean, very quite, close to downtown. Located in a residential area, gives a homey feel. Classy decor. Yale push button combination lock, don't need a key. Very cold air conditioning on lower level. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Comfy bed and couch. Large TV with streaming. Would like to have a coffee maker (Keurig), screens on windows upstairs for night air, towel bar in bathroom for cloths/towels. Cold air stays down stairs, up stairs gets a little warm at night (maybe a fan?)

Communication was excellent - just enough but not too much. Exceptionally clean & well-equipped. Exceptionally easy in/out. You'll wish that you had a "Carriage House" on your property! Only improvement that some may want would be better WIFI. With streaming only TV, signal kept getting lost (or was poor) and at times made watching programs difficult (if at all). But if you travel with a good book or two like I do, that's a better use of time than TV (IMHO).
