• TAKESHI (10/5): 長期滞在したくなる宿 - キッチンが広くトイレは部屋にも共有スペースにあるため勝手が良い。クーラーも完備。 また、共有スペースが一回吹き抜け部と陽当たりの良いバルコニー二つのスペースがあるため広くて快適で心に余裕が持てる。洗濯を干すスペースも広い。ランドリーは30kスム。 キッチンにらフリーのティーやコーヒー、ウォーターサーバー、お湯、油、塩、コンロ3つ、そして十分な食器類があるため快適。 もちろんクーラーも完備でオーナーもとても良い人。毎日清掃スタッフが入るので清潔。ドル払いでも受け入れてくれて、お釣りはスムかドルどっちも選ばせてくれた。スーパーめ350m先にしっかりとしたのがある。レギスタン広場までは徒歩15分ほどでそこまで遠くは感じない。目の前はシャーヒ・ズィンダ廟群があり、バルコニーから見れる。 やっぱり何より広いってのが良かったです。またサマルカンドに来た時には泊まりたい。ビザを待っていたのもあるけど、気づいたら2週間も泊まってた。

Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan de aankleding en dat zie je ook terug. De ruimtes zijn gezellig en goed onderhouden. Het was schoon en de bedden comfortabel (minder hard dan andere accomodaties in Oezbekistan). Het geluid van de poort + rumoerige gasten ‘s nachts was in onze kamer (3 persoons, benedenverdieping) erg goed te horen. We konden hier niet van slapen. Dat is echter vooral te wijten aan het gedrag van andere gasten. Een strikter stilte beleid zou kunnen helpen.

Luckily, cleaning was done afterward and the last two nights were fine. I met the owner, who was kind and took my feedback seriously. However, he pressured me to leave a positive review when I checked out, which I didn’t appreciate and makes me doubt the reliability of other reviews. Hopefully my experience was an exception.

Das Hostel verfügt auch über trinkbares Leitungswasser, und es ist Rund um die Uhr immer jemand erreichbar falls es Probleme gibt. Die Aufenthaltsräume laden zum verweilen ein und man kann gut andere Reisende kennenlernen.

The hostel itself is beautiful and cozy. Amazing value for money . The location was really strategic, in front of the Shah I Zinda and everything else is easily walkable. There is a terrace which gives an amazing view of the city roofs. You can also wash your clothes for small money. Beautiful people and experience we have lockers on the beds were nice. both options for dormitory or private rooms.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed me to checkin early since the bed is available. :) I especially like that guests can use the stove and microwave to cook. Also very helpful that they installed filter into their faucet so we can drink the tap. :) The hostel has many places to chill, the inner courtyard or the rooftop.

• WU (9/5): - 地理位置绝佳。去各个古城都比较近，预计步行10来分钟。店主基本上很尽职尽责从早到晚都在接待客户。每天都有保洁阿姨打扫卫生，整体装修比较简约大气。楼上有一个大露台，可以看到陵墓群，面积也比较大，适合发呆。所以会显得比较干净舒适，在这里开小白条比较方便还主动提供，厨房做饭也很方便大厅有一个休闲的大沙发，睡午觉特别合适，已经在这里睡了4天的午觉。哈哈哈

Терраса на свежем воздухе - выше всяческих похвал. Гуля - невероятная душка! Поможет, подскажет, позаботится! Даже поселит в вип-комнату, если вдруг изначально забронированное место будет почему-то занято) Единственное, почему-то не работал вай-фай в общей комнате. Очень рекомендую!!!

Её обаяние и забота приведут нас именно в этот хостел столько раз, сколько мы будем в Самарканде. Красивые восточные интерьеры, зона отдыха на первом и втором этажах. Все очень чисто. Есть место и для велосипедов, и зона сушки для вещей. В номерах кондиционеры. Свои душ+туалет в каждом номере - чисто, аккуратно, перебоев с водой нет. Всех гостей каждый день угощали арбузами! ) Ставлю 100 из 10!
• Adam (8/5): Great value - I recommend - The best thing about this hostel is definitely its location. While the surrounding streets feel a bit run-down, it’s within a comfortable walking distance to most of the city’s main attractions. As is common throughout Central Asia, the first question you often get is “Where are you from? Japan? China?” – something I personally don’t enjoy, but it seems to be a cultural norm in this region. That said, the staff were otherwise friendly and even offered watermelon during my stay. Outlets by the bed worked fine, and they provided a lock for the security locker, which is reasonably spacious but might be a tight fit for backpacks larger than 40L. Guests are given a card to access the gate, and the upstairs area provides space to hang clothes or sit and chat, though the outlets up there don’t work. Indoor slippers are also provided. Overall, despite some minor inconveniences, I’d still recommend this hostel for its value and location. The AC in the room worked only partially and shuts off at certain times.

The host tried to argue that the price on booking was wrong and that I need to pay more. This happened in other places in Uzbekistan and was clearly a scam but I believe at Azaliya Hostel it was just an honest misunderstanding. However, it still puts you on guard.

• Elizabeth (10/5): - First, I really appreciate that the owner of the hostel picked up when I called. I was confused about directions from the train station. He was very kind and helpful. I felt I could call again if I need to. His wife welcomed and checked me in, and the place I felt like it was a house with lots of people coming in together to relax and see the beauty of Uzbekistan. I got to meet lots of people and actually make friends there. We walked to Registon square every night to see the light/history show there. Everyone staying seemed very happy and comfortable there. Gr8 vibes!

• ANDREI (10/5): - Гуля - хозяйка, очень гостеприимная и добрая, старается всем помочь. Приятное место, находится в старом городе в 10 минутах ходьбы от площади Регистан - удобное расположение. Там же рядом есть рынок. До жд вокзала можно доехать на автобусе без пересадок примерно за 30 минут. Впечатления хорошие, спасибо🙏
