• Tina (9/5): Superb - Very very nice and friendly family, they helped us a lot. Room was beautiful. They arranged a breakfast for us when we asked. They also offered a taxi service. No hot water, and it would be nice because it was quite cold in the bathroom.
• Dani (7/5): Good - Location very close to Besakih temple. Very local village. The bedroom is pretty basic but clean and beds are comfortable enough. The bathroom is ok. There are (almost) no food options in the area, though the owner can ride you to a nice restaurant for a (fair) price (8 Km). No hot water can be a problem for some people as the weather is cooler than other areas. Not much to do other than visiting the temple and relaxing.

• Maja (9/5): Superb - It was perfect for what we were looking for. The hosts were super friendly and helpful.
• Antoine (2/5): Very poor - KADEK VOLEUR We spent a night at Kadek. The welcome was warm with fruit with fruit and hot drinks but it was to better coax us. With my friend we were looking for scooters and Kadek called his friend to provide us. The price was disproportionately high and the scooters in bad was (300 000km on the odometer and engine failure eb full running). This is just a glimpse of Kadek’s schemes. We left for the night trek of Mount Agung and Kadek heavily insisted and aggressively to keep the keys to our room. We had to raise our voice to keep the keys. Strange ... Speaking of the trek Kadek offered us bottles of water before the climb and charged us before leaving. The room is uncluttered at will: no air conditioning, no furniture, no blankets and holes in the wall since they let mosquitoes in. At the time of our departure, Kadek offered us a taxi service provided by another friend (Kadek runs the economy of the village). He made fun of Grab because of these competitive rates by ensuring that we would come back to him because the Grab do not pass in this region. Clever Kadek. He offered us 350,000 the first time to go to Padang Bai. When we came back because there was no Grab in this campaign, he demanded 400,000. After long negotiations, we finally accepted our will. Our stay at Kadek cost us a lot of money and we recommend you withdraw a nice sum before you go to this individual. #kadekthief

• Yujiao (10/5): Perfect location to visit Besakih Temple - Very quiet with a beautiful view of Mount Agung, perfect location to visit Besakih Temple. The host is so so nice, he drove me to restaurant and to the temple, and helped me to find a boat to my next destination.

• Alessandro (9/5): clean and great host family - close to the Mountain climb and very clean room. the host family is very accomodating always making sure we were okay and took us into town to eat as there’s no many places close by that you can walk to. Plumbing is basic but works well. I’ll be staying here again when I come back to the area no places to eat close by but like i mentioned the host till take you into town
