Vlotte communicatie met eigenares 👌🏻 Gelegen in een gebouw met veel appartementen, tijdens onze reis was het redelijk rustig maar ik vermoed dat het hier tijdens de echte vakantiemaanden wel redelijk druk kan zijn…

• John (9/5): Super dejlig 6 ugers ophold med sol og dejligt vejr - Dejlig lejlighed med en skøn terrasse med udsigt over havet, svarede fuldstændig til billederne vi bestilte efter👍
• Eliany casanas (10/5): - La cercania al paseo , el pedazo de instalaciones que tenia con todo tipo de servicios , parquin a todas horas y las vistas del apartamneto espectacular , el apartamento era una pasada y muy comodo Al ser invierno todos los servisios del condominio estaban cerrados ( piscina , spa , supeemercado , restarunate )

• Rebecca (7/5): Would recommend if bathroom fixed for leak and sun loungers cleaned. Otherwise good - The balcony was lovely and spacious. The decor and set up of the kitchen was modern. Claudia was really helpful in messaging us back when we raised issues. The pool area is huge and cafe on site is good. Nice supermarket on side. Felt safe in the complex and good that taxi rank is right outside. The shower leaked in the bathroom really bad so much so that we avoided using on the last day! It had obviously leaked previously as the skirting had blown on door frame. The sun loungers outside were stained and need replacing. Randomly no batteries in the TV remote.
• Birch (1/5): - The kitchen was a good standard Everything the company mis sold us the room ,the patio where the red table and chairs were wasn't even the property it was next doors, so yes sea view if you stand up . The company didn't give us our £200 deposit back just sent us a photo of the table on the balcony with some kind of water mark on it .text read what is this .horrendous never ever book with them they are truly nasty.
• Simona (7/5): Okish - The apartment was large and spacious, but the bathroom is small and tight. The terrace with seaview was amazing, we could have breakfast and dinner there. I appreciated the big closet from the bedroom, a lot of space to deposit our belongings. This is an apartment in a huge complex of apartaments and the facilities are really old and not taken care of. There are pools but the water is dirty. The food from the water-park fast food is terrible. Concerning the accomodation itself, even if we had a coffee machine, they didn´t provide tablets. Also, I could´t find the dishwasher and sponge and when I asked the host he just stopped answering. I managed to find them at the end of our stay when it was too late.. The couch inside the apartment and the couch outside on the terrace could deserve a deep cleaning.

• Corton (2/5): - La terraza aunque estaba muy sucia La falta de limpieza, el mal equipamiento de la cocina y lo sucias que estaban las toallas. Éramos tres huéspedes y solo nos han proporcionado dos toallas asquerosas.

• Pagani (9/5): Benalmadena Top x famiglie - L'appartamento è molto bello e piuttosto accessoriato, si trova all' interno di un mega residence dotato di un comodissimo parco acquatico (compreso nel prezzo), super mercato, bar, e palestra (a pagamento). Sistemazione ideale per famiglie con bambini. Molto comodo e scenografico l'ampio terrazzo con vista. Posizione strategica vicino al mare e al centro con tutti i ristoranti e negozi. Pulizia del terrazzo migliorabile e tutta la struttura del residence è un po' datata, meriterebbe di qualche intervento di ristrutturazione.

• Anthony (9/5): Loved the apartment and the area and would certainly stay again. Very enjoyable. - Beautiful apartment, comfortable and very spacious. The balcony was huge with distant views of the sea. Very comfy lounge chairs and table for 7 people on the balcony. Very good shower with plenty of hot water. Good TV but no British channels. Excellent washing machine and fridge/freezer. I would certainly book this apartment again. No door handle to the bathroom which I believe is being sorted. The cushions on the lounge chairs outside are not waterproof so they must be covered (blue plastic cover in box) if it looks like rain. Beware the kettle as the lid flies open and it would be easy to get burnt. 2 more wine glasses and mugs would be nice. The beds are firm but we found them perfectly ok. Not keen on Bolster type pillows but a minor thing. Repair work is in progress on the outside of the buildings and at some point the concrete area above the balcony will be done. Check when this is likely to be done as it would be invasive.
• Lena (10/5): In all we loved our stay and hope to be back spin. - We loved the terrace, the well equipped kitchen with new pans, and the nicely decorated rooms. We also appreciated salt, pepper, detergent etc. There was no handle in the door to the bathroom, but we hope it will be fixed till we come next time. Too many papers to fill in one day before arrival including copies of passport, credit cards etc.
• Alastair (9/5): Great apartment & location - Apartment is fantastic. Great location & size and kitted out with all the essentials. The on-site supermarket is very close & cheaper than the shops on the streets nearby. Pool was really big and chilled out with some slides depending on the time of year. Tip to get to the beach quicker - go out the back entrance (ground floor, past supermarket then turn left). Some confusion at first at reception to get keys but it was sorted out within 20 minutes with help from our host who was great.
• Max (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect, but it is wery big and confusing. My appartment was super nice but otjers might be different as it is a huge komplex. Great gym and tje pools are nice. It is big and digficult to navigat in.

Not informed that you had to pay for sun beds around the pool Not able to use the pool before 11 am No English channels Sofa very uncomfortable to sit on Only 2 mugs both chipped General upkeep of the building not good The arranged taxi from the airport had no idea of the property address General information would have been useful We did not know that the key fob opened the gates around the property

• Miriam (10/5): A lovely stay - Apartment was just as seen in photos. Spacious and clean. Great views of the sea from the large comfortable balcony. Amenities such as coffee machinesl and smart TV with streaming services welcome for a 1 week stay. Complex in great location next to many lovely restaurants. Taxi rank right outside and supermarket onsite and reasonably priced. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with and easily contactable when needed. Would definitely recommend! Nothing
• Ilana (8/5): Enjoyed the warmth of Southern Spain! Very comfortable place for R & R. - We enjoyed the spacious apartment, outdoor balcony and ocean view. The beds and pillows were comfortable, which is so often not the case. The kitchen, washing machine & outdoor drying rack were greatly appreciated. We were not comfortable with providing confidential information directly through/with the host but it was insisted upon. We are still waiting for the deposit return & it made us wary of that information being misused. There was not enough toilet paper or towels provided for our 3 people reservation. The disrepair of the exterior was a detractant.
