• David (6/5): - The rooms are okay, it does not really look like the pictures but i guess its fine for siargao We had a day without warm water, we had one day with brown water. The pool is not really inviting as it looks in the picture at least for me

• Odei (5/5): Lovely staff, but the stay was overpriced and far too noisy - Location is good, close to Cloud 9. Room is also big and clean, a bit overpriced for what you get on return. The restaurant food is amazing. Pool is nice but is small. First of all, even though is advertised by the hotel, the constructions near by (literally in front of our room) destroys the view and makes imposible to sleep. If you are a sensible sleeper, this is not your place. The restaurant is good but you cannot paid by card, something strange as the hotel is pricey (other hotels in siargao has this basic service).

• Annika (10/5): Schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal - Tolle Unterkunft mit einer schönen Anlage. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und man konnte Roller mieten und Ausflüge buchen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage nicht weit von General Luna und von Cloud 9 entfernt.

• Alban (9/5): Un magnifique séjour à Siargao - Très bel hôtel et super central entre le centre ville de General Luna et Cloud9. L’équipe est vraiment sympathique et très serviable. Ils sont géniaux. Les travaux qui sont encore là de 8h à 17h, on aurait aimé le savoir en avance.

• fernandez (8/5): - !Todo fué perfecto! El personal ha sido super amable con nosotros en todo momento y nos han ayudado para lo que necesitásemos. Las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son muy cómodas. Si volvemos a Siargao no dudaremos en reservar de nuevo! La única pega fue que cuando llegamos no había agua caliente y la cisterna del wc no funcionaba, pero nos lo solucionaron enseguida :)
• Andreea (10/5): Amazing - We had a wonderful stay at Caracoa Resort. The place is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and extremely clean. Everything felt fresh, calm, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff was amazing – very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel truly welcome and at home. The location is great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Caracoa Resort to anyone visiting Siargao.

• Niklas (9/5): Super Aufenthalt in Siargao, wir würden wieder kommen. - - Super nettes Personal, hat bei allem was wir brauchten geholfen - Alles sehr sauber - warme Dusche ☺️ - Kostenfreies Wasser und Kaffe - Ruhige Wohngegend und trotzdem zentral. - Die Klimaanlage roch leider etwas modrig. Mach Rücksprache mit einem Bekannten, der Klimaanlagen wartet liegt das nicht an eventuellem Schimmel sondern dass die Anlage durchgereinigt werden sollte. Gesundheitlich unbedenklich 👍🏻 - Nebenan war eine Baustelle, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich Nix. Bauarbeiter starteten um 08:00 Uhr morgens etwa bis ca. 16 Uhr aber alles im Rahmen von der Lautstärke her - Leider keine Möglichkeit für Frühstück in der Unterkunft

• Jennifer (9/5): - Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits vom Trubel. Trotzdem erreicht man sowohl Cloud 9 als auch das Zentrum von General Luna gut zu Fuß. Das Bett war bequem, die Klimaanlage leise. Sauberste Unterkunft während unseres Urlaubs auf den Philippinen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben wird mir die herzliche Rezeptionistin Gema. Sie hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und Ausflüge, Transporte etc. für uns gebucht. Danke Gema! Unser Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört.

• Chris (7/5): Great place, staff, location, beautiful, lots of mosquitoes - The staff were great and helped with anything we needed, beautiful resort and nice location. There was a big mosquito problem. No matter how many we killed in the room there was always more. Staff provided help with spray but it only helped so much.

• Kim (9/5): I got an awesome stay, I felt safe at the hotel. - I like that there’s a free coffee in the lobby ☺️ the room we’re okay and the bathroom it’s not that big but its very aesthetic. The staffs there are really welcoming and kind. I would like to stay again here. What I didn’t like is outside our room there’s a bad smell, I don’t know if it’s like a sewage smell. But it goes away after the rain, or maybe I just got immune with the smell of it.
• Stephanie (10/5): Great room and a beachfront resort. - Photos from the website is exactly the same in person. The room was clean and really spacious. It also has a small fridge which was really useful to store our drinks and food. The AC in the room was very cold. The location is a bit far from the busy street (where the clubs are usually located) so our stay really quiet and peaceful. The bathroom has a hair dryer which is a big plus. Staffs were super friendly and accommodating. There's no signage outside of the property indicating the resort's name.

• Matias (5/5): - Very helpful staff - Some rooms not hot water - Wifi almost unusable - AC had upgrades installed in the middle of our stay which resulted in breaking it (no AC after, got room moved but still) - Staff when cleaning goes and sorts all your personal things even when told not to

• Stacy (8/5): Very good - The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The location was good, close to everything. The pool is nice and the gardens around the grounds were lovely. The complimentary tea and coffee and rolls were greatly appreciated. The bright spotlight that came on during the power outage in the night in our room. We could have used an option to pirchase a jug of water for our stay as well as bins for recycling. And basic cutlery.

There was construction going on so breakfast was at a different hotel a 15 minute walk away and the baloney of our room was consequently out of bounds. There was also a shortage of sun beds at the pool but overall a wonderful hotel and would recommend.
• Dan (10/5): A perfect stay in the heart of Siargao — clean, convenient, and with amazing staff - Siargao was by far my favorite island in the Philippines, and staying at Caracoa made the experience even better. The hotel was very comfortable, super central, and had everything I needed. I was able to rent all I needed directly through them. The place was clean, stylish, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Everything was excellent. Honestly, nothing. My stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
• Patrixia (9/5): Overall, our stay was excellent and I would recommend this place! - It was very serene and felt like you were in a secluded area because of all the luscious greenery & trees. However, it was not secluded at all in terms of location because we were able to walk to restaurants and cafes easily! All the staff were excellent especially the lovely front desk ladies! We didn’t get to dip in the pool at all but seems like it would’ve been nice. The room itself smelled good & clean. We had 2 beds, 1 downstairs & 1 upstairs and is good for 4 people. There’s breakfast included but it’s currently at their sister hotel, Bahandi. It was nice that we could have our breakfast packed and brought to us on days we had early activities planned. The bathroom was good but when you shower the water does get everywhere on the floor outside the shower but it wasn’t that big of a deal. There was construction going on but it didn’t bother our stay at all during sleeping hours. I did find some tiny bugs inside our room..probably from when we open the doors & they fly inside. There is a beach behind the resort that we walked to but the beach was not swimmable.

• Martyna (10/5): Great - Great and very nice staff. Breakfast was delicious and when you are going for a trip you may ask for takeaway option. Room was clean with really comfortable bed. You can rent a motorbike or buy a trip- Veronica and the staff will help you with everything. It’s a place worth coming back! Pool area needs some renovation work but they are working on some improvements.

I liked everything but maybe have some hanging space or more shelves on the top floor as we had to lay or stuff on the ground now. And a kettle in the room would be lovely with some cups. To make coffee or tea.

• Chatlyn (9/5): Great place to stay - We only stayed for one night but the room was very clean. Ideal location for us because it was away from the busier area. Marlyn was extremely helpful in organising tours for us. Very prompt with communication. She went above and beyond. Would consider staying again. Good value for money. Maybe the pool area needs a bit of tending. Spa wasn’t working when we went.
• Joris (6/5): Good rooms with great staff in a resort that has potential (but just isn't finished yet). - Caracoa is part of Bahandi resort, which is about a 5 minute walk. Breakfast is served over there, and it's good. The pool at Caracoa is large, and seemed clean (we didn't use it, though). The rooms have a small veranda and are tastefully decorated, and the bed is comfortable. Airconditioning is working excellent. The rooms are clean, and kept on a daily basis. You can rent scooters through the main contact person (we communicated with Marlyn, who is super nice and very responsive). We didn't have any noise of the neighbours that are constructing or renovating their property, so the notice / noise warning wasn't applicable to our stay. Our main point of feedback is that the place is just unfinished. The reception room, the pool bar, the large front room in front of the property are all empty - which gives a bit of an eery feel to the place, especially at night. And for the money, you expect a fully functioning resort. Now, don't get me wrong, the rooms are great. The staff is great, too... But next time I'd book something that's just finished for this money. Last point - there are many electricity failures on Siargao. And since our room was out of power for a while, I figured that this resort doesn't have a generator - that's not the end of the world, but the water comes from a deep well and shuts down without power. Now that is just very unconfortable, and shouldn't be the case for the money you pay for a room like that. If Caracoa would be finished and has a generator, I'd for sure give it a 10.
• Stef2b (10/5): Great kind staff and nice place! - Staff very kind and available to all our requests. Very good position in General Luna near the beach. Nice and clean room, fantastic swimming pool. We really Enjoyed the stay , and recommend it. There are no signs for the hotel, it has been hard to find it, staff is usually located at Bahandi hotel, so you can get there for check in or write on WhatsApp at the provided number.
