• Yazan (2/5): Horrible experience - Nothing There were no reception staff nor check-in upon arrival, a worker opened one room for us and gave us the keys... Payment was made in cash with no invoice nor receipt, the room didn't have the basic amenities (no tissues, no drinking water, no soap, no shampoo or any bathroom supplies, no wifi) and most importantly, there was no hot water in the shower... Eventually, when checking out, we were told by the staff to cancel our reservation through booking.com as they gave us the wrong room otherwise we will have to pay extra (noting that no hot water was available to even use the jacuzzi). I highly recommend avoiding to stay at this hotel as it is surrounded by much better chalets and hotels in the area.
