• Olga (10/5): - Понравилось всё) Милейшая квартирка на мансарде, лучше даже, чем ожидала. Очень чисто, есть всё необходимое, обустроено все с заботой, как для себя. Расположение отличное, недалеко от центра и в 7 минутах от остановки Zeleni venac (откуда идет автобус в аэропорт), что мне было важно. Хозяева живут напротив. Общение было приятным) инструкция по заезду понятная. Иногда не работал лифт. апартаменты - на 5 этаже

• Nika (10/5): Отлично - Просто прелесть. Есть абсолютно все удобства, все мелочи, начиная от ватных палочек и заканчивая письменными принадлежностями. Кровать очень удобная, чисто, повторюсь, есть всё. Отличное расположение, очень близко к центру. Колоритный двор. Хозяевам отдельное спасибо за отзывчивость, участие и доброту!
• Christian (10/5): Volle Punktzahl - dank der Gastgeber - Total witzige Dachgeschosswohnung mit Flair, Charme und vor allem Ruhe. Unweit von Sava, "Altstadt" und Belgrade Waterfront gelegen, sodass fußläufig eigentlich alles erreichbar ist, was man als Belgradreisender braucht. Der Flughafenbus hält ungefähr 12 min Fußweg entfernt am Brückenkopf. Der Rückweg dorthin ist etwas schweißtreibend (aufwärts). Von den Gastgebern wurde ich so zuvorkommend behandelt, dass eine andere Bewertung als "10" nicht in Frage kommt. Die fünfte Etage erfordert einen Aufzug und, was die Brücke zwischen Vorder- und Hinterhaus angeht, Schwindelfreiheit. Nach einem heftigen Gewitter am Vorabend meiner Abreise war der Aufzug leider nicht mehr in Betrieb. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die niedrigen Dachschrägen. Die Badezimmertür sollte dringend erneuert werden.
• Ronald (10/5): Wonderful, homey apartment close to the heart of Belgrade with kind host. Simply excellent! - Apartment contained everythnig one could hope for, including a washer and dryer, and everything one might need in a complete kitchen. It's very homey and feels as if you're staying in someone's home, not in a rental. Very comfortable and quiet. Host was very attentive and welcoming. Great wifi, hot shower. Very convenient to the core of Belgrade and all the sites. In sum, an excellent place to stay while in Belgrade.

• Kumo (10/5): Exceptional - For those who want nostalgic Soviet-type apartment experience, this is very good accommodation. But the facility is modern, an air conditioner works very well, so it is not Soviet-type, but only seemingly such one. The outer walls have been renovated, but the outer walls on the inner garden side remain in a state of disrepair. This is not an obstacle to living in the house, but it might be better to know beforehand. The lift is of traditional Soviet construction, with a retrofit between two buildings and a crosswalk between the buildings. It is, of course, of the double-door type. Anyway, I enjoyed the stay here. A late check-out was initially agreed, but two days before the check-out, Mina, the owner, informed that late check-out was impossible as the next guests would be arriving. This is not a hotel, so it was possible. I should have booked an extra night by myself and considered the extra night as a late check-out fee. I think it is inexpensive enough that this would not be a problem. Nevertheless, I have stayed in a variety of flats, both on Airbnb and booking.com, and this is the first time that a pre-agreed late check-out has been cancelled, which was more than a little confusing. If I was told in advance that it was not blocked, I would have added an extra night beforehand.

• Andrej (10/5): A comfortable apartment in a great location - We were there during 2 Rammstein concerts. Everyone else had ,, technical problem " and canceled the booking in order to get more money except Mina. She was the only one that was fair and didn`t raise the price even though she was well aware of the 2 concerts. That tells you a lot about what type of host she is. The location is 100m from the bus station. Mina is available and responsive on calls and messages. You have all the essentials in the apartment even iron. The room is on the back side of the building and there is no noise at all. I recommend Mina`s apartment 10/10. Next time traveling to Belgrade I would definitely stay here again if available.
• Aleksei (10/5): Great stay. Totally worth the money - The place is really nice. It’s an old building with a history, which was renovated. The apartment has everything you need. The hosts were super helpful and did all necessary paperwork for us - we needed бели картон from the police station and it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was great. The only thing, I’m 1.9 meter and there were 2 spots where I had to be careful to not bump the ceiling with my head

• Tatiana (9/5): Very cosy place - It’s a very cool apartment with a very pleasant host. You can find everything what you want inside and even use coffee machine. The atmosphere inside is cosy, you can contemplate interior’s things which are plenty amount and enjoy flowers. The location is quite good, near the bus station. Wi-Fi connection is not very stable. It’s possible to work but video calls could lag.

What a lovely, stylish , vintage and sweet home to live:)) this house was very very clean, smelling perfect! The host was so friendly and helpful, you can find everything you need in the house, perfect decorations, lovely small but quiet relaxing house, the location was great, very near to airport by a taxi, very closed to downtown… well prepared.. There is nothing bad to stay!
