• Michal (10/5): מצוין - הגענו ללילה אחד. 3 מבוגרים. הדירה במרכז העיר חמש דק הליכה מהטיילת . דירה חדשה מעוצבת בטוב טעם. מאובזרת. כולל חניה. שני חדרי שינה מפנקים. הוראות ההגעה לחניה בחניון סמוך והוראות כניסה לדירה , ברורות ומפורטות. למרות שלא נפגשנו, הבעלים דאג לשמור על קשר רציף. ודאג שהכל לשביעות רצוננו. נהננו מאד

Paturi confortabile, 2bai deasemenea ofertante,un living foarte elegant si o terasa care completeaza armonia... Gasesti in apartament absolut tot ce ai nevoie inclusiv masina de spalat si uscator de rufe... Bucataria de asemenea echipata perfect inclusiv masina de spalat vase... Curatenia perfecta!... Locatia de asemenea este f buna iar comunicarea cu proprietarul deasemenea la inaltime... Vinul din partea casei a fost foarte bine primit!☺️.. Bravo! Excelent!.Asteptam cu nerabdare sa revenim! Nu am gasit nimic care sa nu mi placa!

• Alexander (10/5): Great Value for Money! Would be awesome for a long stay :) - Great location and views of Thessaloniki! The hosts were very communicative as well - gave us everything we needed in advance and left a bottle of white wine for us. Also we always love a well-designed accomodation - this one's interior design, albeit located in an old apartment, really stood out as cozy and modern at the same time! I would LOVE a long stay in this apartment. The elevator is quite small (it's an old apartment) so we took quite a few times getting all of us and our suitcases upstairs. Also be advised that the parking is not on site - it's around 300 meters or so at a municipal parking lot, where they waive your parking ticket. Also pro tip: be sure to download WhatsApp and register it with the number the host has on file as they typically reach out that way in Greece, and we didn't know that :(

Biz kışın konakladık ev soğuktu biz rica ettik dereceyi yükseltti(smart home bir ev)yine ısınmayınca klimayı çalıştıralım dedik kumandası yok.klima kumandası evde bırakılmamış .istedik ulaştırdı.bu rahatsız ediciydi evin ısıdının bile kontrolü ev sahibinde.küçük çocuğu olanlar için uygun değil bence.

Veoma čist i moderan, u stanu ima sve što je potrebno za duži boravak u stanu (mašina za veš, sušenje, peglu, itd) i dovoljno mesta za stvari. Do Aristotelovog trga se može stioći i peške, jer je stan odlično pozicioniran. Velika pohvala za besplatan parking. Možda bih dodao korisne savete i predloge na nekom papiru u smeštaju (npr koje linije prevoza idu do centra, kako pozvati taxi, predlozi za restorane ili kafiće u blizini)

• ANTHI (10/5): The embodiment of hospitality - This stay was absolutely amazing, I have no words! It exceeded all our expectations! It' about an 8th floor apartment, beautifully designed, extremely comfortable (high-quality mattresses / white linen), warm and thoughtfully equipped with everything a guest could possibly need to feel at home. The layout of the apartment is also fantastic, making the space both functional and very pleasant to stay in. The location is perfect, just 15' walking distance from downtown and a huge plus is the the free parking space the apt has at a very close underground parking. Periklis, our host, was so nice, always responsive and available, making us feel really welcome! The thoughts of offering us a box of delicious, fresh croissants and a bottle of wine on our arrival as well as a bottle of champagne with a vasilopita cake on New Year's Eve were so generous! We 've found our "home", when in Thessalloniki! Highly recommended!

The host was extremely kind, always available, and helpful with every request and question we had. He also prepared personalized recommendations for us, for both restaurants and sightseeing, enabling us to enjoy Thessaloniki to the fullest. The apartment was modern, beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped (Nespresso pods ❤️). We liked everything.
• Ζαχαρίας (10/5): - πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, δύο μπάνια, άνετα κρεβάτια και έπιπλα , ωραία θέα από το μπαλκόνι τι νύχτα , πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα αξεσουάρ.
• DENİZ (10/5): - Merkezi bir konumda idi. Beyaz Kule yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede bulunmakta. Bir blok ötede tesise ait özel bir otopark alanı mevcut ve giriş-çıkış imkanı çok kolay ve çalışanlar çok yardımcı. Ancak genel olarak Selanik'te özellikle de merkezi yerlerde bir otopark sıkıntısı var. Her yere özel aracınız ile gitmek özellikle de bizim gibi şehre ilk kez gelenler için uygun bir seçenek olmayabilir. Biz genel olarak akın mesafelere yürüyerek daha uzak mesafelere ise taksi tutarak gitmeyi tercih ettik. Zaten taksi ücretleri de gayet uygun. Tesis yeni restorasyon gördüğünden ya da yeni açıldığından son derece modern , şık ve temiz idi. Çalışmayan hiç bir unsur yoktu. Son derece bir zevk ile döşenmişti. Makine, teçhizat, elektonik alet ve aparatlar kaliteli markalardan oluşturulmuştu. Şehir manzaraları balkonu da güzeldi. Daire doğal gazlı olduğundan kışın ısınma sorunu , her odadaki klimalar sayesinde ise yazın serinleme problemi olmaz. Daire sahibi Peraklis de tesisle ve Selanik şehri ile ilgili olarak son derece yardımcı oldu. Size göndereceği restoran ,cafe ve pastane tavsiyelerini dikkate alın bence. Sonuç olarak biz gayet memnun ayrıldık. Tekrar Selanik'e gidersem mutlaka tercih ederim. Tesisle ve genel olarak Selanik şehrinde olumsuz bir durum ile karşılaşmadık. Ufak tefek önemsiz şeyleri burada yazmaya gerek duymadım. Çünkü her yerde olabilecek şeylerdi.

• Thoma (8/5): great place to stay in Thessaloniki with family or friends - brand new renovated immaculately very comfortable to stay with family or friends amazing view of Thessaloniki from the balcony car park was not close by. the instructions to find car park was difficult, I would have thought a carpark was at the same place as the property , it is a 5 minute walk away on another street you could not park outside the building to drop off your luggage . this caused stress at the beginning of our stay , however the contact for the property was great and helpful during this time other than this the apartment was great

Mooi ingericht ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden en 2 badkamers met een goede douche. Goed uitgeruste keuken met Nespresso en cups en thee. Alles aanwezig voor een langer verblijf. Lekker balkon met zitje, wel aan een drukke weg, maar dat weet je in een stad. Een parkeerplek op 5 min. lopen. En dan de communicatie met de eigenaar: zo vriendelijk, behulpzaam en ontzettend attent 🙏🏻. Dankjewel Periklis je hebt ons verblijf in Thessaloniki onvergetelijk gemaakt.

The balcony was absolutely wonderful — a perfect spot to relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Honestly, I could go on and on, but I’ll stop here because everything was simply perfect. But what truly made our stay special was the host. I’ve never met such a kind and thoughtful host before. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and to our surprise, the host brought us beautiful cakes and left them at our door — such a lovely gesture! They were always available, very helpful, and made us feel completely at home. There’s also free parking just 2 minutes away, which was super convenient. A huge thank you for everything — we will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone! Absolutely nothing — everything was perfect!

• Luljeta (10/5): Comfortable, pleasent and very clean! - There isn’t anything to not like. I liked the parking, which is a hassle in Thessaloniki. I liked the safety in the building. Appartment was brand new, and with everything you need from toiletries to even slippers, very comfortable bed sheets, soft and aromatized towels. Bathrooms were a 5⭐️ which is not so common. During night you could not hear anything from the streets, it was very quiet! That we couldn’t stay longer😁
